Convenient location and great security

I stayed here with my son and security was number one priority. The parking lot was gated in a 24 hour security building. Plenty of places to eat and shop within 5 min walking distance! There’s a deli/convenient store right across from the street which had most of the things. The place had everything we needed since I cooked most days. Bbq gas grill on the deck was very useful as well. The property manager was really helpful and was able to manage everything we needed. We definitely want to stay here again when we come back! Thank you!

Mahalo for your kind review! The security at the Four Paddle was a big consideration for my wife and I when we purchased the unit. We believe the security team there does an excellent job. The Island Country Market directly across the street has a full-service deli, gourmet coffee, bakery, ice cream parlor and gift and grocery shopping. It’s an upscale ABC Store. We decorated the condo and supplied the kitchen so when we walk in the door we can truly say “we’re home”. We are happy that you feel the same way. I also love the BBQ at the pool area. The weather in paradise gives us a chance to BBQ and eat outside while sharing the experience with some of the other tenants. We call our property manager our “Gem of the Pacific”. She does everything we would do if we were on-site. We are lucky to have her. We are pleased that you stayed with us and look forward to your next visit..

True luxury condo in the heart of Waikiki

This condo is a beautifully renovated unit, with every square inch of design well thought out. It is island-themed, in the best way. We really felt like were enjoying the best of Hawaii during our stay here. Upgrades throughout including quiet appliances, soft-close drawers in the kitchen, a fully stocked kitchen (with all the comforts of my kitchen at home), luxurious bedding, soft towels, an amazingly comfortable bed, and many more! The air conditioner works very well even on hot and humid Waikiki afternoons. The building is quiet with top-notch security and in a fantastic location within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again!

Exceptional and Incredible!

Suffice it to say, our stay was absolutely perfect. Every detail of this Waikiki accommodation was above all expectations. The apartment is furnished with the best of appliances and decorated to absolute perfection. It's proximity to Waikiki shopping and the beach was fabulous. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! We are looking at the possibility of renting for a few months next year so our kids and other family members can enjoy the same experience my wife and I did! It is the best and for sure and a 5 on the rating scale! Thanks for a fabulous experience in Hawaii!

Excellent stay in Waikiki

We stayed in Four Paddles for 5 weeks and enjoyed every aspect of it. The condo is conveniently located. There is a large convenience store (groceries, snacks, beach items) right across the street in Ritz Carlton, and a large Longs Drugs / CVS pharmacy 5 minutes away. Waikiki beach is a 10-15 minute walk. Fort De Russo beach is a 5 minute walk. There is plenty of restaurants and shops in a 10-minute walk radius. The condo is in a good condition, the pool was clean, the hot tub and grills were available every day. Sauna temperature was quite modest, but that was expected. Every apartment has a designated parking spot, which we used frequently. There is a storage with beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/snorkeling sets and beach toys. We did not bring any of that and were pleasantly surprised that they are provided by the host. The apartment itself is in a very good condition. Windows open to lush green mountains - you get a nice view from a high floor. The host was nice and pro-actively reached out to us a couple of times asking if we are enjoying the stay and whether we need any help or suggestions. There were only a couple of small issues with the apartment (such as printer running out of ink), which were resolved within a day. Highly recommend this place to families with kids.

The Island Country Markets located beneath the Ritz Carlton is new and just like you mentioned has a grill, gelato, pastries, coffee bar, grocery and is an upper-end ABC Store. Best of all it’s right across the street. We are happy to share our home with you and enjoy being on the Mauka (mow-kah), mountain side of the condo to be able to appreciate the beautiful mountains, cooler (away from afternoon sun) and quieter side (away from traffic). Awesome Hawaii Vacation

My wife and I stayed here and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. There was no issues getting our key and it was nice having a parking spot in the middle of Waikiki beach. On that note the security at the front desk and throughout the building was excellent and made us both feel very secure. The accommodations were immaculate and had all the amenities of home. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the living room furniture. One of our favorite elements of the condo was the washer and dryer. After going to the beach or hiking, the ability to wash your clothing in the condo was awesome. My personal favorite element of the condo was Netflix on the smart TV. After a long day out and most network programming off air, Netflix allowed us to watch desirable programs on our time. The location of the condo is in the middle of Waikiki beach with easy access to stores, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Honolulu.

Paradise Found

Hawaii is beautiful and I knew it would be hard to return home but our stay here made it even harder to go back to the real world. The condo is not only beautifully decorated and pristinely clean but the owners clearly take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. From the welcome kit to the high end kitchen to the luxurious bedding/towels to the crazy comfortable beds (made it hard to get up in the morning - it was a hard choice of getting up to see Hawaii and staying in the most comfortable bed ever). There were even beach towels, chairs and snorkeling gear which we were able to make use of - everything just made us feel like it was stocked up just for us. The owners were so helpful and made sure we were happy and answered every question we had promptly. The building itself was well-maintained and secure & there is an on-site manager to help if we needed. We felt completely safe at all times. We look forward to returning as soon as possible and while we highly recommend this property - we do so begrudgingly as we want it to be available when we are able to come back!

Beautiful, fully stocked home in heart of paradise

This is a gorgeous unit, complete with everything you need to live and vacation. It's been tastefully remodeled and decorated with high quality finishes, furniture, and accents. The hosts have thought of everything, from the heated toilet seat to the sake set to the beach chairs. It's ideally located in Waikiki, an easy walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and beachfront. (Be sure to check out Marukame Udon just up the road!) Highly recommend this unit, and the hosts are a delight!

Top condo living,all amenities and beaches nearby!

Stayed in this condo last year, five star furnished, clean comfortable.kitchen furnished with top of the line appliances cooking utensils equipped to satisfy any top chef, should you wish to cook at home.The building is very secure clean and quiet, great for families and adults. Onsite manager , Linda was quick to attend to our needs, which were minimal. The condo is centrally locatednext to the Ritz Carlton Waikiki Residences, in walking distance to food shopping, beaches,,,as well as fresh markets available at different days of the week. Amenities on site are first class, swimming pool, hot tub,and barbecues where you can socialize and make new friends if you so desire. We highly recommend this condo,with all the amenities at your fingertips, if you wish to vacation in great weather as well as having the comforts and security of home.

The perfect condo for the best holiday ever

My family stayed here for almost 1 and a half months and we had the best holiday I have ever had! Both Mike and Linda were so friendly and kind. Mike was very responsive to all my questions by email and so considerate for everything. When we arrived the first day, I couldn't stop smiling myself finding everything of the condo the same as I saw from the website and welcome Hawaiian gifts from Mike! During our stay, we also appreciated the convenience of the condo e.g. access to swimming pool, close to the beautiful Waikiki beach and shopping as well as the condo itself having everything we need sufficiently. The location is great and Linda, the onsite manager, is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend especially for families and long term stay.

After 15 years of renting in Hawaii, this is by far the best condo we have stayed in.

We have been coming to Hawaii for 15 years, this is the best condo we have ever stayed at, not only is it very comfortable it is very well stocked, you will want for nothing. This condo is very clean as is the building, all of the areas, pool, hot tub and barbecue are cleaned daily. The location is ideal a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distant. There is a parking spot but you can reach. anyplace on the island by bus which you can be picked up in front of the building. The pictures of the condo are spot on, the bed is very comfortable, more than enough dishes and pots and pans to cook in if you choose. We enjoyed our stay at 1011 Four Paddles and hope to return next year.

Finest condo accommodation ever for extended stays,after many years visiting Wakiki

After renting condos in Wakiki for the past thirty years or so, this has been the finest apartment we have ever rented.The photos shown were very much what you see on your arrival. The unit was clean as expected when we checked in(our cleaning standards are very high as are our expectations) The apartment is well decorated and appointed with good quality furniture,If you are there for an extended stay,the kitchen had everything needed to cook ,with good quality dishes , utensils and pots and pans, as well as top quality appliances. The master bedroom well furnished with good comfortable bed. So often this is lagging in a rental unit, also fully equipped bathroom. The common areas are very well maintained as well as the pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area.Great area to have a barbecue and socialize ,if you wish to do so.The building security is very effective , which gives you peace of mind as well! Linda , the on sight manager was very responsive to our needs, which were very minimal, since the apartment had everything you needed. Best stay in waikiki

We stayed there for a month and for a first timer in hawaii, the place couldn't be more perfect. The building is located just a block off the busy street in waikiki. Restaurants, shops and drugstores are closeby. Beaches are only a few blocks away. There's a parking spot which is valuable in waikiki. Buses going to major attractions are a block away. The apartment is very comfortable, nicely-decorated, sparkling clean and well-equipped. It's easy to maintain if you're staying long-term. Balcony looking over the mountains. Wifi works wonderful. They also provide us beach gears such as towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards, snorkles and even a cooler! The kitchen has everything we need to cook proper meals. Good quality appliances. Well-stocked basic spices. They even welcomed us with hawaiian coffee, macademia chocolate and spam! It was such a lovely gesture. It is very secured with sunny outdoor pool and jacuzzi and the property manager, Linda is always available to assist. Highly recommended and would for sure go back again. The best rental we have ever had!

Amazing Experience

My Rental at the Four Paddle unit 1011 was unbelievable. When you see the pictures online it truly doesn't do it justice. I thought the pictures were great but it really is better in person. The thing I appreciated most was the owner and the property manager really want to make sure your stay is the best it can be. If you need anything Linda is always available. The unit is spotless and it literally has everything you would need to live in the apartment. Bring your clothes and a toothbrush because the unit has everything else I could possibly think of. The kitchen is well stocked with upgraded equipment and you won't need for anything. The unit is very nicely upgraded and the 2 large tv's and amazingly comfortable bed made lazy day's easy to enjoy. The building has an awesome deck to go swimming or bbq'ing and it even comes with a covered parking stall which is a luxury to have in Waikiki. I couldn't say one negative thing about my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. It was so good I told my inlaws to stay there and they made a reservation already. Overall a great experience! Perfect for an extended stay!

Great location and a wonderfully appointed apartment. The owners have thought of everything from the well equipped kitchen, to plenty of towels and linens, to a fully stocked beach storage closet! We had everything we needed to help with work (like the printer & good wifi) as well as a fun day at the beach (with chairs, a cooler and even snorkeling equipment!) We didn't have a car for the entire stay, but having the parking spot available was yet another added bonus. Even though the beach is just two blocks away, we also spent time at the pool. The building has security and a gated parking area. Great location ... great apartment ... look forward to returning and staying at 1011 again!

Great Location, Tastefully Furnished and the Perfect Hideaway

The unit was nicely decorated, and includes all the touches of home. We noticed the kitchen even had a pineapple slicer! The beds were very comfortable, and the pull out couch mattress is made of memory foam. That was unexpected and resulted a good nights sleep. The bathroom toilet was even equipped with a bidet toilet seat feature that can be used. It's different, but oddly, all of us eventually fessed up to using it during our stay. Not sure what that says about us. The location was great, and provides easy access to the freeway to visit other parts of Oahu. A few blocks down Kuhio Blvd is Maurkame Udon. Try the curry udon, it was awesome. Parking is also included with no additional charge, and the building has a security staff. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and will be back.

Lovely Home!

Our stay at the Four Paddle condo #1011 was absolutely wonderful! It was exactly as advertised and it was clean. The security of the building and the free parking were big pluses for us. This 1-bedroom condo suited our family of five (husband, me and our three teenage boys). Two of the boys slept on the queen sofa bed; I’ve seen nothing like this before, there are no springs nor bar across the middle. They loved it and it seemed longer than a normal sofa bed. Our eldest son slept on an inflatable ‘Aerobed' that fills and empties in seconds. The queen bed in the master was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever found. The living room and bedroom both have huge flat screen TVs with cable and ability to watch internet programming. The one bathroom was sometimes a challenge, but we worked through it. There were plenty of towels for each of us and the always warm toilet seat and heated water for the bidet was great! We used the kitchen and ate at the dining table and counter many times during our stay. The kitchen has everything that may be needed to prepare any meal including BBQ tools. The five of us generated a lot of dirty clothes. The full-sized washer and dryer really helped! The beach was within walking distance and beach towels, boogie boards, swim fins and ice cooler are included in the storage closet. When not at the beach the boys spent hours in the pool and spa. To top all this off my husband is an airline employee and we received a discount when booking. What a deal! Our stay was fun-filled and we would go back anytime and highly recommend this vacation rental.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful Oahu condo with us. We had the best time. The condo was absolutely perfect for us, so beautifully decorated and we loved the location. It had everything we needed and more. Our stay there allowed us to enjoy restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and the beach just by stepping out and walking. The unit was well stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal or just to relax, and that was easy to do with large screen TV's, wifi and super comfy beds. Best sleep we've ever had on vacation. So many pluses, such as all the beach accessories and pool, sauna & hot tub was so enjoyable we would be crazy not to tell everyone about our excellent vacation and experience with Four Paddle and unit# 1011. We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful opportunity you have given our family. We have already recommended it to family and friends. Sent with Aloha🌺
