Great home from home

We had a lovely time in the apartment in the port of Pollenca. The location was great, close to the beach but also very peaceful. The apartment was very well equipped and we spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony in the sun.

Ein sehr schönes Appartment, großzügig Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Sehr angenehm waren die Klimageräte in den Schlafzimmern. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Kontakt und Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Zum Start gab es auch eine kleine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln. Die Lage ist etwas am Rand von Porto Pollenca, dafür ist es aber angenehm ruhig. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Am schönen Strand ist man bereits nach 2-3 Minuten. In der näheren Umgebung findet man auch zwei Restaurants, beide haben uns gefallen. Schön ist auch die Beachbar La Rocca. Das Appartement ist in einer kleinen Anlage mit insgesamt 12 Einheiten. Einen Pool gibt es ebenfalls. Parkplätze gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung immer, so das ein separater Stellplatz nicht nötig war. Daher 5 Sterne von uns.

Lovely apartment close to the beach

My family and I had a lovely stay at this modern, airy and comfortable apartment located in a quiet road 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and a beach bar. We arrived late and were able to self check-in. The welcome gift of drink and food were a lovely touch. The building is well maintained and has lift as well as a swimming pool and a lift. The only thing we missed was a full length mirror. We would come back.

Great appartement

Thoroughly loved our stay in this lovely apartment. Loads of space, two large bedrooms and good bathroom facilities to wash kids!! Really close to the beach and about a 20min walk into the centre of town with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment

We had a lovely 2 week stay and the apartment was fantastic! Aina the host was very helpful and left us a welcome pack of essentials which was greatly appreciated as we arrived late due to our flight being delayed. We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Really nice apartment in a quite area about 30 minute walk to the port. The beach is close by. Aina the host is really lovely and welcomed us at the apartment and supplied a nice welcome pack.

Lovely, clean apartment that had everything needed for a very comfortable stay.

The welcome pack was very welcome. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 06.00 so it was great that we didn't have to go out to get the basics. We had a minor plumbing problem and contacted Aina and it was sorted in 20 minutes. Very reassuring to know that any issues will be dealt with so promptly. The apartment is in a lovely area, quiet and very close to the beach and some lovely restaurants. There is also a bus-stop close by which opens up the whole island. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Perfect Apartment

Such a lovely holiday in Port de Pollensa, the apartment had a great location in the quieter end of the town but with a few bars, restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. A lovely walk (about 20 mins) takes you to the harbour/Pinewalk end where there's an array of restaurants and shops. The beach is so close and the pool was great, the apartment was so well equipped and plenty big enough for a family of four (with two teenagers) better than we all expected. The owner was so helpful and we loved our welcome package. We would definitely love to visit again. Thank you

Fabulous apartment

Wonderfully relaxing time in Port de polenca. Apparently is clean and quiet and approx 200 m to beach. WiFi worked really well. Aina was a great host and provided supplies for us on arrival. Would have no hesitation staying again. Thanks very much 👍

Perfect apartment

We loved this apartment during our stay last month. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. It exceeded our expectations and we couldn't fault it. We had no problems with the WY-FI connection while we were there. The apartment block is quiet, in a nice location and a just few minutes walk to the beach and a couple of nice really restaurants. Aina is a lovely, very helpful and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. We very much appreciated the supplies she provided! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others. What a great find! Thank you very much.

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment. Quiet location. Wonderful and clean pool. Only two blocks from the beach and 3 blocks to a small grocery store. The big supermarket is about 6 minutes with a car. Very well located to travel around the island with a car. Bus stop nearby. Everything was great. Aina was very helpful and she is very knowledgeable about the places to visit, etc. She left food for us in the fridge and "ensaimadas." The only negative was the WiFi/internet. It was inconsistent and didn't work for almost 3 days. The other days was 5 minutes on and then 5 minutes off. We informed Aina about it but this problem was not solved. All the rest was excellent, beds, bathrooms, tv, kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, pool, safety, cleanliness, etc. There are 2 beach chairs, a buggy board, books, many games, even pencils to color for kids. Also there is a binder with lots of info about anything and many brochures. I would stay there again. Hope the next time the internet service will be working. :)

Photos do it no justice

The apartment is clean and modern with a sea view (just) it's much bigger than the photos display and Maria met us there to go through things and even put some essentials in the fridge for us. Aircon was great and you can leave it on too if you wanted to which was great as we were there when it was about 38 degrees heat!!! The wifi was hit and miss and if it did work you had to stand in a corner whether it's like that all the time I'm not sure as one of the other residents said hers was broken. It's half hour walk into town which is fine as it builds up an appetite it's €5.50 for a taxi back at night. There is a restaurant right near the apartment called swing make sure you book it's lovely and does an amazing paella. Don't make the mistake of buying buckets and spades and floating aids as the apartment has it all for you to use. We left a couple of bits there. On a whole we would definitely book again it's clean and the towels and bedding is changed twice a week.

Smart apartment...Relaxing holiday

Very smart apartment, great for a relaxing holiday. We arrived after 11pm and Aina was there waiting for us with a warm welcome and some groceries in the fridge for breakfast the next morning, very thoughful. She gave us her number in case of any issues. The apartment is modern, well equipped, in a small complex, 2 minutes to the beach and a very pleasant 15 minute stroll along the prom into town. I'd recommend a car if you plan to do lots of food shopping...there's a couple of large supermarkets about 5 minutes drive away. Overall couldn't fault the stay...would happily return.
