Great house, great bedrooms, great kitchen and living room. very helpful and relaxing heated pool outside for winter travelers. Will come back again next year.

I was truly disappointed, the pictures on VRBO did not reflect anything like the true condition of the house. The refrigerator door was broken and beeped continuously, toilet tank in the main bathroom took forever to fill up. I had to purchase a bucket to put water so that it would flush. The second shower had no water pressure, and the pool was filthy was trash and debris. The house was not in the best of neighborhood’s. The pool was the reason for picking this place. I contacted the owner and all he said was thanks for letting me know. I was hoping to get small refund since the price for this place was high.

The property looks nothing like the photos the room were nice the furniture was off the backyard was really dirty nothing matched every thing was broken

Good bang for your buck Vegas style home. Decent neighborhood. You get what you pay for here but it’s an okay rental. Partially remodeled (windows were single pane so there was a ton of outside neighborhood noise). Kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed and pool was a great size. Tv didn’t work - remotes. Bathroom 1 didn’t drain in tub unfortunately for our baby to take a bath.. So our guests and family had to share the one primary bed bathroom! Outside cigarette butts made it unsafe for my toddler imo and the beds were not horrible but not amazing by any means. Like I said you get what you pay for. It was overall clean inside! Also this may or may not apply to anyone concerned but there is a small alley entrance alongside the bedrooms windows to an apartment next door and shed situation that I won’t go into detail and who were quite noisy with all night visitors.. so I wouldn’t recommend for a family with small children due to noise and each side had barking dogs. -Not the hosts fault at all but we practically had to bribe them to be quiet for our small infant sleeping. Not ideal for us specifically. Lastly, the fridge would not latch without being a total pain to close every single time which was really annoying specifically for me, who needed to get 8,192 snacks out However if you’re a large group looking for a dog friendly place to stay, and don’t mind occasional neighbor noise this place was excellent for a last minute budget friendly stay!

There were a lot of little things: one bedroom lights didn’t work at all. The host was going to come the following day to fix but it started to work by itself, which is worrisome. Beds were uncomfortable. We changed bedrooms to find more comfortable beds. Privacy film on the master bath was coming off in places. Some of the wall switches didn’t turn on lights in bedrooms. Master shower drain cover wasn’t screwed on. Stuck to my foot when I first got in. No TV instructions. There were 2 remotes and on the last day we couldn’t figure out how to get the TV back on. And notes said they had Netflix but no sign in information to access it. Most of the interior doors squeaked. The fridge door needed extra care closing because the connector thingy didn’t want to go in the slot. Noisy neighbors all hours or the night and morning. Not the hosts fault but it was annoying.

Had a great time. This was my first time renting a house and I didn't know what to expect but when the time came, everything was presented and the whole process went smooth. The only complaint i had was that I didn't know about the storage bin by the pools contents beforehand. There are floating and life jackets for your use.

This house is enjoyable

This house was very enjoyable for the short stay we had.Very spacious and comfy a bit out dated as far as furniture goes.The only problem I had during my stay was that the bathtub on one of the bathrooms was clogged up so my party of 11 was down to one shower which made it very difficult for us.The owners response was fast but could not fix the problem on the same day.Some of the beds are now comfy and some still need to have mattresses changed.We enjoyed the pool.

The house was okay.

The beds are terrible. The owner really needs to purchase new mattress. One TV in the whole house and it did not work. Reached out to owner no response. Did not use pool it had a vacuum that took up most of the pool . Hardly no room to swim. Property really needs some work to be done. Very out dated especially for the price per nite that they charge!

The house was clean and very nice and we did enjoy the pool but we did not enjoy the beds, they were old spring mattresses and not comfortable at all. Also online it said there was a king bed but all the larger beds are queens.

Beautiful home perfect for my family.

This house was perfect for my family. The maid was nice and so was the owner and his wife. Communication was on point. We did have a complaint about noise and the wife owner called me, but she was so nice about it. I would definitely book this place again..
