The villa has a contemporary line, very airy and bright, offering style and practicality in a typically Mediterranean context with centuries-old olive trees. It is equipped with a 5 X 8 swimming pool and an outdoor bathroom with shower. A covered veranda adjoins the living area with a view of the garden. The garden with lawn surrounds the villa and the pool, there is a relaxation area under a pergola overlooking the pool, furnished with sofas and a further relaxation area near an olive tree, typical of the Apulian land.
Outside, there is also an outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing lunches or dinners while enjoying the healthy sea air.
A highlight of this property, in addition to its proximity to the sea, is the rich vegetation that surrounds it, flowers and fruit trees available to guests, which identify the Apulian land. 
 
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.
