Early check in and late check out need to be arranged with the resort directly once you pay your reservation in full and receive confirmation of your stay.

Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $25 plus tax resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes: WiFi, four pools, waterslide, basketball courts, ping pong, tennis and other activities equipment, transportation to attractions (limited schedule), fitness center, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

ONLY THE NAME ON THE RESERVATION WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN, SO PLEASE ADD ANY ADDITIONAL NAMES NEEDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING OR FOR LAST MINUTE ARRIVALS THERE MAY NOT BE TIME AFTER BOOKING.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.
