Featuring three bedrooms, this condo can host up to 8 guests at a time. There is a large King bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a private patio entrance attached. The bathroom has a soaker tub, a double vanity, and large standing shower as well. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has Toy Story themed decorations and a bunk-bed; with a twin bed on the top bunk and a full bed on the bottom. All the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. You'll love the deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even a dining table for family meals.



The suite is air conditioned, has in suite laundry machines, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a outdoor community pool, sauna, games room, fitness center, and meeting rooms.

•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.

• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.



Keep entertained with complimentary access to the condo's beautiful amenities open from 8am - 10pm, year round.

Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )

• A pet fee of USD 99/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of USD 99 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
