Located in a great area outside the city, this five-bedroom villa is the best place to spend unforgettable days with family or friends and enjoying maximum comfort, their gardens and the outdoor pool.


Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment

​​300 square meters size and up to 13 people capacity, it is an exceptional place, decorated with all the attention on the smallest details all kinds of facilities attending to your needs and comfort.

The property has a lounge with coffee table and dining table, which has a great natural lightning because of the large windows, also another dining room just next, decorated on blue colours and Andalusian style. Next to it, we find a beautiful living room with fireplace, which we reach through a spacious hall with flowery decoration in red and white colours.

The accommodation has five rooms distributed on both floors of the villa as follows: two rooms with two double double beds, two rooms with two single beds each and one room with three single beds.

Finally, the house has three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub, fully equipped for those who decide to come and enjoy Villa Elisa.

Regarding the exterior, the villa has landscaped areas with sunbeds for sunbathing, swimming pool, bar counter, barbecue area and an amazing garden dining set surrounded and covered by natural vegetation.

The entire property has air conditioning inside, as well as six free parking spaces for our guests.


Location

Located on the outskirts of Malaga, in the area of ​​Pinares de Olletas, with easy access from both the city and the Mediterranean Highway (A-7), this beautiful villa is perfect for groups with different preferences, since both for those. Regardless if you want to disconnect and enjoy the sun or know the historic center of the city, the chance for entering in Malaga city center by car, taxi or bus line is easy and simple.


House rules
The timing for using the swimming-pool is from 08:00 to 00:00.
After 00:00, it is not allowed the use of the garden area and swimming-pol. If you would like to continue the evening, there is an arbor area covered by plants, where it is possible to continue outdoor the evening, as long as the guests behave not carrying any activity which could disturb the neighborhood.
In addition, it is not allowed loud music or noises which may cause distrub to the neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa and it is not allowed throwing cigarette butts along the garden area of the property.
