After many years of working across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, we promised ourselves one thing: if we ever found the right place, we would create a true haven of peace—somewhere with sun, sea air, and enough space to slow down and enjoy the simple rhythm of life. Spain, and especially the Málaga region, gave us that feeling.

What began as a personal retreat soon turned into a long-term project we cared for with real attention to detail. Over time, we fell in love not only with the views and the climate, but also with the culture, the food, and the warmth of everyday life here. A few years ago, we made the decision to move to Spain permanently—turning our “holiday home dream” into our real home base.

Since then, we’ve built and purchased a small selection of additional houses in the area. Each one was chosen (or created) with the same mindset: comfort, privacy, and a high standard of quality—without losing the authentic Andalusian character that makes this region so special. We don’t aim to manage dozens of properties. We prefer a smaller portfolio we can look after properly, with reliable standards and a guest experience that feels smooth from the first message to the day of departure.

Alongside hosting, we also operate some of the largest local websites in the region. Through these platforms we share travel insights, local events, restaurant tips, hidden beaches, and authentic experiences—so we’re constantly connected to what’s happening in Málaga, Rincón de la Victoria, and the Axarquía. We chose Lo Cea in Rincón de la Victoria because it offers the rare combination of location and tranquilidad: you’re close enough to the beach and to Málaga to enjoy everything the Costa del Sol has to offer, yet far enough above the shoreline to feel calm, private, and uninterrupted.

The neighborhood sits on a hillside, which is exactly why the views are so spectacular. From here you look out over the Mediterranean and Málaga Bay, with sunsets that change every evening and the soft sound of the sea in the background. In the morning you can watch fishing boats heading out, and on clear days you can see towards Gibraltar and the African coastline. At night, the lights of Málaga and Rincón create a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere—ideal for a glass of wine on the terrace after a day at the beach.

What we enjoy most is the rhythm: quiet mornings, warm afternoons by the pool, and relaxed evenings outdoors. It feels residential and secure, not touristy, and you can truly switch off. At the same time, you’re only a short walk from the beach and chiringuitos, and a quick drive from Málaga’s old town, museums, restaurants, and markets.

Rincón de la Victoria is also a perfect base for exploring: coastal walks, local food, golf nearby, and day trips into the Axarquía with its traditional white villages and vineyards. For us, this area represents the best of Andalusia—sea, culture, and calm—all in one place.

What makes Villa Rincón del Mar truly unique is the combination of view and location—two things guests usually have to choose between on the Costa del Sol. Here, you get both: a genuine 180° panoramic sea view and the convenience of being close to the beach and Málaga.

The villa sits on an elevated hillside above Málaga Bay, which creates a “floating over the sea” feeling.
