My house is literally a breath away from the red-line subway station "Syngrou-Fix", one stop from the Acropolis (but I would suggest to walk through it) and two stops from Suntagma Center and the National Garden of Athens. The are plenty of buses that are passing through the Suggrou street and head to the coastal areas of Attica.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Athens! Just 5 minutes walk from the Acropolis Museum and the Parthenon and literally a breath away from the red-line subway station "Syngrou-Fix".
My house is also 7 minutes walk from the National Museum of Contemporary Art and 10 minutes from National Garden of Athens just behind the Parliament and Syntagma Square. The garden consists of native trees and plants from other continents, a beautiful lake, a small zoo, a playground and a children’s library.
Koukaki is a multicultural, lively, central area of Athens with stunning artwork, art nouveau, neoclassic architecture, and many cafés, restaurants and many different, small shops.
Everything you may need is literally at your doorstep.
The beautiful pedestrian street of Drakou Street has everything: supermarkets, restaurants (all kinds of kitchens) traditional taverns with souvlaki, cafes, a variety of art spaces and theaters are just some of the things you can visit and enjoy in my neighborhood, the Koukaki! To add it, the street of my apartment is a pedestrian street full of large trees, called Drakou and one of the most beautiful footpaths of Athens. Walking towards the street will llead you directly to the Erechtheion of the Acropolis.
I wish my guests enjoy my stay and spend pleasant time in downtown Athens.
All the best, Stephanie
