Eine voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alle Werkzeuge, die Sie brauchen, um eine köstliche Mahlzeit zu kochen, und eine Spülmaschine macht das Aufräumen schnell und einfach. Der Esstisch wird Platz sechs, mit Platz für ein paar mehr Stühle.

Draußen ist eine geräumige Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, einem Tisch und einem Gasgrill zum Grillen. Auf dem Rasen befindet sich eine Feuerstelle im Freien für Erinnerungen an die Dunkelheit unter einem Himmel voller Sterne.

Mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Vollbädern bietet dieses Haus Platz für acht Gäste. Ein Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett mit Zugang zum Deck, während zwei weitere Schlafzimmer jeweils zwei Einzelbetten haben. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem privaten Badezimmer ausgestattet.

Washer and dryer! Dryer doesn’t work unless you hold the door in the right spot and if you’re clothes bump the door, it turns the dryer off! really frustrating. The other part is the driveway looks flat in the pictures, but it’s extremely steep and should be mentioned before people go there. The company that is in charge of renting the place or pointless when I called them I would prefer to talk to the homeowner not a company that doesn’t know anything about the area that the house is in the house was clean and the beds were made. It was a nice house

This home fit me and my 5 friends comfortably. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and foosball tables. Beds were comfortable and I would recommend staying here when going to Yosemite National Park.

Great cabin for large families. Master bedroom and bathroom is located upstairs. Thee additional full bathroom, 2nd bedroom s located on the main floor the additional 2 bedrooms are located downstairs. Lots of stairs not suitable for older individuals or toddlers.

Clean home with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had all the dishws we needed. Thanks for having gas for the BBQ, came in handy. Did not give 5 stars as the AC was not working. Some repairs needed around the house, e.g, not all windows could open and some were pretty hard to open. That coupled with AC not working made for a very warm getaway on a warm weekend. Great play room in the garage too, but all pool Q sticks are broken.

Nice place but poor service support

We stayed here in April 2022. The place is nice - the deck, the fireplace, proximal to the lake (as mentioned in the reviews from last year, the carpets definitely need replacement). The low rating stems from the fact that heater wasn't working and there was no support after hours. On Day 2, the understanding was that the service staff will fix the issue in the evening but there was no follow up. It got quite cold at night and thus, was not pleasant with the heater not working.

Out of the 2 bathroom, one did not have any hot water for the shower. We called Friday night and was told maintenance went home at 5 . Contacted them again TWICE on Sat. No one called or came by until 4:30 pm. I was told the faucet handle needed to be replaced but stores were closed. Our checkout was the next morning. So nothing could be done for us. And so the 6 of us took turns sharing one shower in the master bath for all 3 days. Furniture & appliances were dated. Over-the-stove exhaust fan was dirty with caked in grease & dead bugs. A knife I picked up had grease all over the handle. A small countertop microwave sat on 2 pieces of wood slabs inside a hole used to house a built-in microwave. Since the bottom is not leveled, the microwave is very wobbly. Inside of microwave is dirty with dried up spills. The refrigerator water pipe must be clogged. We could barely get any ice water before it dried up. It took all day to make a few pieces of ice cubes. One basement "bedroom" outside another bedroom has NO door and shouldn't be counted as a bedroom. 15 steep steps to basement is not suitable for small children and elderlies. Game room is extremely cramped and worn out. Billiard table pocket had a big hole. Arcade basketball hoops were ripped. The parking notes of “parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles” is ambiguous and unclear. I messaged the host for clarification weeks before but received no response. We paid $50 PER CAR at the entrance.

Clean house...

The house looks clean and well taken care of. Check-in was seamless after our long drive. Beds and furniture was comfortable. Board Games upstairs was nice. TVs in each room for night time entertainment. The stairs and decking were weathered and could use a good touch up. Here is the big BUT....We chose the house over others because of the game room (it's even in the title). The ping pong table was kind of warped and water damaged, paddles were no good. Had lots of parts of darts, but not enough for a single dart. The big one was the pool table that had 4 cues (sticks) but all were missing tips or broken. Basketball hoops was ok. Flat balls, found pump later. Game room = 0 Stars Should save money on the satellite subscription. few local channels and a thousand info-mercial channels. Thankfully we brought our own Roku. Had Xbox (didn't try it) downstairs with Roku TV a plus. TV Entertainment = 1 Star Recommend listing pictures be updated. Some furniture (chairs) were either different or missing. Living room floor shows carpet, but had newer hard floors (a plus). The picture of the front doesn't reflect the actual driveway because it is a little steeper and trickier to maneuver than it shows. (not an issue for our big SUV) Yosemite and PML was great as always. It was severely disappointing that the game room of this house was unsatisfactory since we had other homes that we were ready to choose. The very sad part of this experience was we contacted the focal person who on the email for "Local Management" regarding the issues we had and heard nothing back. I sent a second email and NOTHING. We didn't let this hurt our stay or the memories that we created as a family, but definitely made us feel a little deceived and left out to dry. Hope you have a better experience.

Swing and a miss.

We did NOT have a pleasant stay here. We have many complaints but I'll try to condense to the most frustrating: -check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 4pm, pouring rain with kids ready to get out of the car. Because the cleaners were still there we did not get into the house until 6pm. So we sat in our car for two hours. -The house lists a gas fireplace. We couldn't get the fireplace to work. There was detailed instructions on how to turn it on, which didn't work. When we asked about it we were told it hasn't worked in ages. The house lists this an an amenity. -The master bedroom had no working lights. This turned out to be an issue with the fan pull but the fan is 12 feet up in the air, no way to get to it, and by the time they fixed this issue it was our last night there. -There was something FOUL in the clothes dryer. Filthy and smelled really bed. -Another amenity listed, and the reason we chose this location, was the game room. The problem here was many of the games are broken or so worn that you can't have an effective game. Kids were largely disappointed by this. -Another listed amenity was cable. We couldn't get any of the TV's to work with cable. In the end we just watched things on the laptop. -Bad leak in one of the bathrooms so the floor was in a constant state of wet. Shower door wouldn't close. -The house had 3 forks. We had 8 people. It made salad night interesting. In general this place is really run down and need of repair. When presented with these issues, we got little to nothing in the way of concessions, just an assurance that isn't up to their standards. But nothing was done about it other than to send someone to hand us a box of lightbulbs. Avoid this house until it gets some upgrades and gets stocked like a proper vacation rental.

Upon pulling up to the property the 1st thing that I noticed was the window overhangings had mold growing on them. As on them. As well as the middle level bathroom toilet had mold in it.. Convenient location, family friendly

We stayed here recently as a convenient location to visit Yosemite. The house suited my family (4 small boys) well with everybody having their own bed. The kids especially enjoyed the game room in the garage, which was also nice when they woke up in the early morning. There is a grocery store nearby for food and nearby restaurants as well. Really happy with this stay!

Nice & cozy

Nice and cozy it was just me and my brother in laws and we were very happy with the property. Make sure you bring necessities coffee filters, spices, etc. overall we were happy with the cabin, location, and all these above. After looking at other reviews I must re assure you it was a very clean and spacious cabin so don’t be worried about others opinions. Yes, it’s a little older but has just about everything you need! We will definitely revisit!

The layout of the house was nice, different as it was 3 levels. Fun game room in the garage, however some things didn’t work properly. Dart board led screen didn’t work and darts didn’t stuck well. No batteries for the basketball game. Man on foosball broken. House wasn’t filthy but could have used some cleaning of walls and carpets. Kitchen could use some mixing bowls and Clorox wipes for counters, or more towels. Overall was a nice stay, but house could use a little cleaning.

Nice location but needs attention

The place has the basic needs to survive a holiday weekend but could use some upkeeping given the rental rate. The living room carpet had ugly dirty stains all over it and needed cleaning or replacement. Also, there were spiders roaming around the downstairs rooms that scared our boys who refused to sleep in them. We dealt with all that, but what was really disappointing is the HOA gate people who forced us to enter on the same lane dedicated for checking in visitors and we had to wait over 30 minutes every time we leave the community and come back. When we politely asked them if they can route guests with existing permits through the lane dedicated for residents, they were very rude and dismissive of our suggestion. We will never rent at Pine Mountain Lake community again!

Groveland Getaway

Very good option for our family. Even during the 100+ temperatures the weekend was very good. House met our needs, lake is beautiful, and the quality of the restaurants in Groveland was a nice surprise.

Great Location but cleanliness???

Great location to enjoy the lake and nature. Easy access to Yosemite Valley. Quaint little downtown and market short distance away. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Upon arrival we went to clean ourselves up. All the towels were damp. So we rewarded all them just to be sure. Many of the cooking items (pots/pans/etc) still had food and/or some type of film/oil on them. Floors and hand railings were sticky to the touch.

Spacious, pretty and good location

We spent 3 nights during ski break. The reason is not a 5 star review is because there were things here and there that were not working properly. The house itslef is very nice with lots of space for a family of 9. Very nice large pantry to put away all.our groceries and snacks for the week, large table for all of us to eat together and a game room for the kids to play. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Strong wifi. We had to rewire the main TV in the living room because it did not work. The other two did not work and we did not bother fixing it. My son was able to play xbox during down time in the basemant TV after rewiring things. The only bedroom with good temperature was upstairs in the second floor. The queen room bedroom in the first floor was very hot and the basemant was very cold...both not confortable to sleep. We had to either sleep with light clothes and open the sliding door in the first floor or use all the blankets and use winter clothes to sleep in the basemant. We were looking foward to use the grill and firepit... both use gas and the tank was empty. So, if.you want to use those amenities, bring your own (not convenient). There were lamps without bulbs, so we could not use the ones in some of the night stands next to the beds. Overall, we had a good stay, enyoyed the area. It was a reasonable drive to Dodge Ridge, pinecrest lake and Yosemite. We dealt with the tempeture inside the house the best we could and focused in all the positive the property had to offer. I suggest to have space heaters for the basemant and the gameroom in the garage.

Love the house

Our family spend a week in Pine Mountain Lake area,during that time, we stayed in three different cabins. This house (cabin) is the best one, clean, spacious, comfortable, and owners provide all necessary staff, including paper towel, bathroom tissue, shampoo, conditioner and more. We really enjoy.
