Hi there Brittany, and thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the issues with the public laundry facilities while you were here. The laundry repair company was notified recently of some issues that were reported and parts were ordered for those broken machines. We also touched base with the company today in light of your review. We hope to have these laundry machines repaired soon, as well as to have all machines cleaned. We thank you again, and hope that you will return to Holiday Surf in the future. Please call our front desk when you are ready to make your next reservations and they can assist you in finding one of our units with a private laundry setup.

Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. We routinely take photos of the condos, due to changes being made, repairs being completed. It is unfortunate that you did not find this particular condo suitable or represented accurately. That is never our intention and we will make sure we address and possible condition changes. The complex has only a handful of condo that have a washer/dryer set up and it would be highlighted in the description. This is the reason we offer two days of linen exchange to our guests.
