First of all, thank you Michael for your reservation and for taking the time to write a review. You are right, the villa is impressive and you can walk anywhere. Communication with you was fantastic and you got all the information you needed in a timely manner. You also requested an early check-in and after changing our cleaning schedule, we were able to offer it to you for free. Our partner was there in time to give you the keys and show you the property: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, pool, etc. We are very sorry for the smell that you mention now because we did not have any news during your stay because in that case we could have gone there to solve it. As for the electrical sockets hanging on the walls, we take a note to check this issue, but as for the smell, we could have fixed it during your stay if you had told us. We are sorry but we do not have the pool maintenance of this property so we will inform the owner and we apologize for the inconvenience. To finish, you wrote to us asking where you could leave the keys when you left. We offered to leave them in the key box but when our cleaning staff got there and you were still in the villa, you asked them where to leave the keys and they told you to leave them with them or in the key box and you gave them to the cleaning ladies. We don't understand the problem because they are the most trusting staff and they reminded you of the forgotten trash inside the villa. You didn't ask them anything other than thank you. When our staff have an incident and break something, they immediately communicate the incident to be solved, we don't charge anyone what we can break. Anyway, we are very sorry for the inconveniences, but we must say that we are very proud of our staff and the work they do every day for the satisfaction of our guests.
