Alles, was Sie brauchen einen aufregenden Urlaub am Meer in Kealakekua Bay zu genießen.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Erkundungstouren in der Umgebung, für Spaziergänge in der Umgebung, zum Wandern oder für die Erkundung der Insel und die Rückkehr zu einem sicheren Ort zum Entspannen.
Wir haben auch verschiedene Schnorchelausrüstungen zur Verfügung, bei Interesse fragen Sie nach meinem Strandfahrrad!

Das Hotel liegt am Strand Manini Unterteilung, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu einigen der unglaublichsten Schnorcheln in der Welt .... die wunderbare Kealakekua Bay! Genießen Sie das kristallklare Wasser gefüllt mit bunten Rifffische und grünen Meeresschildkröten sind einige der schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten werden Sie erleben. Kajak oder Paddelbrett an ruhigen Tagen ... Sie können Delfine oder Mantas in tieferes Wasser und in den Wintermonaten Buckelwale zu sehen!

Das Studio verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile, mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Grill, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, elektrischer Wasserkocher und genug Platz ein ruhiges Abendessen zu genießen.
Eine Terrasse außerhalb wird von einem Fischteich umgeben, Pflanzen und Obstbäume blühen.
Die bequemen Queen-Size-Bett 100% Baumwoll-Bettwäsche, und es gibt eine neue Queen-Size-Schlafcouch, wenn Sie getrennte Betten benötigen. Ein für das Fernsehen Net Flicks und viel Platz zum Entspannen und Erholen.
Draußen ist mein Lieblings individuell gestalteten Dusche!
Strandtücher und einige Strandausrüstung sind zu enthalten.

Don't know where to start! Jill's welcoming friendliness, or the well-appointed kitchenette, or the wonderful outdoor shower, right next to the pond filled with blue lotus, and the breakfast table - all these and more. But it's the location, 5 minutes to Manini Beach if you walk slowly. Looking across Kealakekua Bay, Captain Cook's monument is right there, best snorkeling on the island. Four miles down the road to City of Refuge and Two-Step, another great snorkel spot. Outside of the hustle and bustle of Kailua, quiet and restorative, but only 20 minutes away if you're missing it. I can't wait to go back.

Absolutely loved this place, the whole place is a work of art, and the outdoor shower was so much fun! Got to see lots of cool insects, lizards,and frogs, and not to forget Shmozer the kitty, very loving outdoor cat! Jill was very cool, laid back, and accommodating!This stay was perfect for us, not too far from Kona, but far from the city living!

The Sweet Mermaid Studio was exactly as described/shown in the photos, and larger than expected. There was plenty of room for my partner and I to spread out and relax after long days of adventuring. Jill was incredibly kind, and it was fun to see her art on display in the space! The location couldn't have been better for easy access to fantastic snorkeling and felt very safe and secluded, although the road to get to the property might make you car sick.

This was my third stay at Jill's Mermaid Studio in the small, quiet village of Napo'opo'o, about 30 - 40 min south of busy Kailua. The village is right on Kealakekua Bay and close to the best snorkelling on the Big Island (IMO). Jill is very knowledgeable about the area and is always helpful and positive. The apartment had everything: good wifi, all the cooking tools I needed, lots of room and a great outdoor shower.

Great space and walking distance to beach

We really enjoyed this property. It was quiet, tucked away and walking distance to a beach with snorkeling. Checking in was a bit confusing after a long travel day but hardly a reason to not stay here. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This was a first, no-one has had any issues checking in, the studio is always open for your welcome! Google maps GPS does not take to the front of my house. They are confusing. VRBO should have the proper directions to get right to the door though! I am happy you enjoyed your stay! A hui hou, Jill

This is a lovely place in a fabulous location. The room is attractive, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The garden is restful and the outdoor shower is delightful. The host is friendly but also gives space for privacy. Best of all, Manini Beach and Sunset Point are two blocks away in one direction and a kayak rental place is two blocks away in another direction. If you want mellow time by, in, and on the water, this is a superb place to stay. Things to know: All food sources are at the top of a tall hill with a narrow winding road, but the room has a full-size refrigerator and good cooking supplies. Eating lunch out and having supper in the room works well. People go out to Sunset Point to quietly watch the sunset each evening. You will hear coqui frogs and roosters and perhaps guests in the unit upstairs, but the room is otherwise exceptionally quiet and private. There is a clothes line for drying bathing suits and such, which is really helpful.

I almost hesitate to say how dang awesome Mermaid Cottage is because I want it to be available whenever I want to return. I loved everything about this home and Jill, our host.

Lovely LARGE Studio

Way bigger than I imagined and I loved how it was decorated. Walking distance to the ocean and the studio is well equipped with anything you might need. I would absolutely stay here again.

I enjoy paddle boarding and swimming in the bay almost daily! I like sharing my Hawaii with my guests and I feel good when they've had an exciting adventure to share or just a beautiful day! I am an artist and I enjoy collecting art. I have designed this Sweet Mermaid Studio, I did all the faux painting and some of the art on the walls to create a colorful, warm space for you to relax and enjoy! Meeting new folks from different places in the world has been both interesting and rewarding.

I feel this location is some of the best snorkeling on the Kona side of the Big Island. There are many hikes and places to explore in walking distance. This neighborhood is quaint, close to the ocean and very quiet. I know all my neighbors and feel very safe here.

The short walk to the ocean entrance with an incredible, underwater marine sanctuary is wonderful to explore! There are many hikes close by and wild places to jump into the ocean if you're athletic enough to climb out scaling the wet rocky coast. Close to "Pu`uhonua O` Honaunau" the Place of Refuge, a National Park where there is educational history and more fabulous snorkeling at "2 Steps". Also, this is close to Ke'ei beach which is a white sandy quiet beach and has a great surf point for the more experienced surfers! There is an old Kings trail that travels along the coast all the way southward to Ho'okena Beach Park.
