Secret Corner in Drôme Provençale

Imagine... Once through the heavy gate, you are left speechless in front of the panoramic view that is offered to you from the garden where 2 olive trees and a hundred-year-old almond tree stand majestically. A grey wooden driveway winds through the lawn and invites you to head towards the house and its terrace conducive to long summer evenings... an ideal vantage point from which to admire the sumptuous sunsets that plunge into the distance, all over there behind the silhouettes of the bluish mountains of the Pre-Alps of the south.
There, on your right, the covered terrace area generously accommodates 6 to 8 guests for convivial meals. On the practical side, a gas plancha, an antique wood-fired oven to enjoy grilled meats and homemade pizzas, as well as a fridge-freezer are available.
Back to the house... The light, Provençal-style façade contrasts with a resolutely modern interior. As soon as you walk through the front door, you enter the kitchen. Modern design, dark colours, oak furniture, large worktop, central island and high-tech equipment.
Go down 3 steps, here is the living room with sofa, armchair, glass and oak table... on your right, a pocket door opens into the "Ficelle" bedroom (double bed 160) with chest of drawers and clothes rack, in which a soft coolness reigns conducive to long summer naps.
Tracking shot... To the right of the entrance, the corridor gives access to the first floor via a Japanese-step staircase. In front of you, a large shower room in dark tones and noble materials with Italian shower (160x90), washbasin and toilet (suspended toilet), completed by a laundry/storage area (MAL drying).
Upstairs, on either side of the landing, is a bedroom. To the left, the "Lin" master suite (double bed 160) with large storage chest of drawers, light wood wall cupboard and its private bathroom, Italian shower, totem basin and toilet.
On the opposite side, the "cotton" bedroom with a double bed 160 cm (2x80 if wou ask me), wall-mounted storage cupboard and chest of drawers in light wood.
Back in the garden... And the pool says, where is it??? The swimming pool (7x3.5), below the garden, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley.
Black screen... End of the tour... Totally under the spell and convinced that you have found the ideal place to take a break... away from the hustle and bustle of the city... Go ahead, go for it... Book... Yes, right now, right now!
