Unsere Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern ist eine große (2200 Quadratfuß), komfortable Einheit direkt am Strand in El Anclote. Nur wenige Schritte von einem der besten familienfreundlichen Surfbreaks an der Küste entfernt bietet es auch den Komfort eines Zuhauses! Unser Apartmentgebäude (früher als Hotel Cinco bekannt) verfügt über zwei Pools (einen auf dem Dach) und einen auf der Strandebene sowie ein Fitnesscenter. Das Restaurant in unserem Bullding bietet hervorragende Möglichkeiten zum Mittag- und Abendessen sowie zahlreiche Strandrestaurants entlang der Straße.

Das Gerät verfügt über eine komplette Küche mit Geräten der Spitzenklasse. Wenn Sie also gerne kochen, haben Sie die richtigen Werkzeuge dafür! Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Queen-Size-Betten und ein eigenes Bad. Dazwischen befindet sich ein Gästebad. Unser Gerät verfügt über ein Soundsystem, mit dem Sie Ihre elektronischen Geräte, Wi-Fi und Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer anschließen können. Individuelle Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum ermöglichen es Ihnen, die Temperatur nach Ihren Wünschen zu regulieren. Wir haben ein Apple TV-Gerät hinzugefügt und sogar einige unserer Lieblings-DVDs zum Anschauen zurückgelassen!

Sparen Sie beim Mieten Geld, denn unser Gerät bietet ein komplettes Erholungspaket für den Ozean - wir haben Booties in verschiedenen Größen für Gezeitenpools oder zum Spielen im Ozean, 2 Boogie-Boards, Schnorchelausrüstung für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder), 2 Aufsteher Paddleboards und Surfbretter für unsere Gäste. Bei Bedarf haben wir sogar Rettungswesten für Kinder.

Wir befinden uns in einem kleinen Apartmentgebäude (das früher als Hotel geführt wurde) am Strand von Punta de Mita. Punta de Mita ist die kleine Stadt etwas außerhalb des Erholungsgebiets Four Seasons Punta Mita. Unsere kleine Stadt hat alles, was Sie für einen abenteuerlichen oder erholsamen Urlaub brauchen. Tolle Restaurants, kleiner Markt und einige einzigartige Läden. Wir sind nur eine Stunde vom internationalen Flughafen Puerto Vallarta entfernt. Sie genießen eine spektakuläre Aussicht von Ihrer eigenen Terrasse (wir befinden uns im zweiten Stock) und können die Leute beobachten, wie Boote direkt vor dem Ankerplatz abheben. Alle Wassersportarten werden vom Surfen, Paddeln, Schnorcheln, Angeln und sogar Tauchen oder Speerfischen angeboten!

Unser Concierge-Team hilft Ihnen gerne bei der Organisation von Abenteuern oder Luxus, die Sie sich wünschen - von einer Mahlzeit, die von einem Küchenchef in der Unterkunft zubereitet wird, über Reiten, Seilrutschen, Geländefahrten und vieles mehr! Unsere Einheit wird unabhängig verwaltet, so dass alle Serviceleistungen unabhängig erbracht werden können - auf Wunsch auch Housekeeping, Wäscheservice und Flughafentransfer.

We had a great stay at this condo in Punta Mita. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated—perfect for our family. The location couldn’t be better: an easy walk to the local coffee shop, all the dinner spots in town, and super convenient access to boats for surfing. The rooftop pool was an awesome bonus and a great place to relax. Frank was very helpful with trip planning and made everything easy. We’d definitely come back—our family had an amazing time.

Perfect family vacation spot!

Our stay at Michelle and Frank’s condo in town in Punta de Mita couldn’t have been more perfect for our family spring break. The actual space is beautiful and perfectly suited for a family and the location is unbeatable. From Frank and Michelle to Bella, the concierge, everyone made our stay perfection from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

Lovely beachfront property

Wonderful condo in town and on the beach! You literally enjoy the sound of waves to fall asleep. Location was clean and secure. Also a close walk to most restaurants and next door to one of the best restaurants in town with another great restaurant just downstairs! Hosts are extremely helpful and communicative. They love to surf and allow you to use their boards which is so convenient. My kids loved using both pools which are really kid friendly. The rooftop pool also has a restaurant/bar which had great food and wonderful staff. Finally the concierge for the property was amazing and so helpful in assisting us with anything we needed. This was our first visit to Punta De Mita, and the stay here was everything we wanted for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Beach Vacation

Terrific condo in the best part of town. Close to everything and condo is very well stocked with everything you need and more. Building is quiet and pool area was perfect for our family of four. Only two small things that did not really affect the trip for us, but could be important for others: 1) the two en-suite bathrooms do not have a door that separates them from the bedrooms. Could be awkward; and 2) the restaurant a few buildings down plays loud music with big bass from about 12 noon daily until late. You cannot hear it inside the condo but it could be irritating for people that want perfect quiet on the deck. Overall, we loved it and hope to be back soon.

Awesome spot for a family vacation

We just returned from a stay in Punta de Mita and highly recommend this beachfront condo. It looked exactly like the pics; actually, it was nicer than it looked in the photos. You cannot beat the setting -- the balcony overlooks the ocean, you can hear the waves (gently) all night, and we could see migrating whales in the distance. The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked (although we did have to do a little trial & error with the oven). We could pre-order groceries so we had everything stocked when we arrived. Beds were comfy, bathrooms had nice showers, there's a closet filled with everything you need for the beach, including surfboards! It's a great location - right at the top of a cute little strip of shops & restaurants. The building has a fantastic beach-front restaurant called Tuna Blanca right on the ground floor, if you want a fancy night out. The rooftop pool is warm and pretty, with a great view. There are chairs in the shade and the sun, a fun bar where you can get drinks & snacks, and a beautiful breeze. There's also a smaller pool right by the beach. You can relax poolside in nice chairs/umbrellas, or take a dip in the ocean, then hose off and swim in the pool. The beach itself is a little rocky, so you'll want water shoes, but very swimmable. Conch in the beach shack can hook you up with surf lessons (we recommend Adam & Felix for beginners), SUPs, etc. Frank & Michelle are great hosts. Great communication & experts on the area. We would stay again!

Family vacation!

The property is beautiful and in a great spot in the little town of Punta Mita. There wa plenty of space for my husband and I and our three teenagers. great views of the beach, boats & the ocean just right outside off the deck. We could see how the surf was rolling right from there. The security and staff at the condos were super sweet and nice. Location is awesome with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, souvenirs, boutique, shopping and tour guides right outside your door. We rented a car and had parking on site with security. Very relaxing and definitely would come back! The condo is fully equipped and Frank and Michele were a great resource if we had questions.

A lovely break.

Wonderful location. Walking distance of everything. Great views . Would be nice if PDM was cleaner , travel to San Pancho for comparison. The seafood is amazing at the various restaurants. However it is not cheap and neither are groceries.

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. Everything was clean and kitchen has everything we need to cook good meals. The owners supply boogie boards and even surfboards and stand up Paddle boards! So great to have the paddle boards to take the kids out! The downstairs pool was a great place to hang out and grab take out from the restaurant next door. The beach out front of the condo has great surf! There is small rocks and the surf can get big. Be careful for sea urchins(my husband got stuck!) so bring some water shoes . Sitting on the deck watching surf was a great afternoon activity! Great spot right near condo with ice cream and coffee! Short walk up hill for groceries! The concierge company was super helpful with anything we needed! Only downside is sometimes the restaurant down below can get a little noisy. Thanks Frankie and Michelle! We will be back!!

Up for sunrise!

My family and I had a great time in this unit. The concierge service is amazing and the building staff are all super friendly. Having a pool right on the beach was amazing for us and our young children. Lots of pros to this place, most of all the view of the water and the proximity to all the amazing restaurants in town. The only cons are that it is a bit noisy out on the balcony (there is a restaurant bar below that was playing it’s TV the entire time) but that’s what you should expect being in such an amazing spot. Highly recommended!

We have visited Punta Mita for over 20 years, returning back each year and paddling and surfing. We stayed in several different locations throughout Nayarit (all along the ocean) and when we had the opportunity to purchase this condo, we jumped at it! We love the liveliness of the area, the perfect view of the surf and the friendly people of the area. As paddleboard surfers, there is nothing better than just tumbling out the door and into the surf in your front yard! This is us celebrating an anniversary at Tuna Blanca -- the restaurant below the condo!
