PUY SAINT VINCENT 1800 a winter_summer resort in the Ecrins Mountain range and National Park and the Skisun, a luxury apartment located on the ski area : direct to the slopes as soon as you leave the ski room.
Le-Skisun is particularly appreciated for its comfort, sunshine, quiet top-floor location and lovely view of the mountains and slopes.
The south-facing balcony/terrace is a great place to enjoy lunch in the sun, even in winter. The apartment is meticulously maintained, and its âmountain ambianceâ adds to its warm welcome.
It is served by 2 elevators and offers every comfort for 4 people (4 adults or family configuration with 2 or 3 children).
This apartment is designed for families and mountain enthusiasts in summer and winter alike.
You'll be welcomed on arrival, even at late hours.
The-Skisun includes :
- 2 BEDROOMS, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds (not bunk beds).
- a Fully-equipped KITCHEN: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave-grill oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, appliances for mountain dishes: raclette and fondue, etc...
- Bright, sunny, south-facing living room and balcony/terrace - equipped with garden furniture (2 tables, chairs and deckchair), where you can enjoy coffee or lunch in the sun.
The flat is fully equipped: flat-screen TV (80 cm), DVD player, WIFI (several simultaneous connections), electric fireplace, household products, vacuum cleaner...
- BATHROOM (bathtub), towel dryer, hair dryer
- Independent WC.
- PRIVATE lockable ski box on the first floor, in a room directly overlooking the slopes.
- outdoor parking in front of the Résidence or in a garage locked by digicode, free from April to December; optional from late December to April, only on request at time of booking.
- Heated outdoor SWIMMING POOL. Open July-August: private access reserved for the Residence. Service included.
- 2 SAUNAS with paid private sessions.
- Laundry in the Residence with washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).
To stay with friends or family (grandparents, tribe, children), you can reserve the adjoining apartment and enjoy a large shared terrace. Please contact us for availability.

Visitor's tax: the amount of the visitor's tax is paid by the Abritel/Vrbo platform. To know: Puy Saint Vincent is a family resort and does not charge tourist tax for children under 18.

During the French school vacations, children are welcome at the ESF 1800 ski school right next door to the RĂ©sidence (otherwise ESF 1600 or ESI, International Ski School). Older children can ski to the slopes and âcompetitionâ courses at the 1600 ski school in less than 3 minutes.
In the Résidence : sports store for ski rentals (discount for Résidence occupants), bakery, grocery store, takeaway restaurant/snack bar.
Near the Résidence : PSV 1600, Sherpa and 8 à Huit minimarkets, stores for shopping and errands, as well as restaurants, bars, cinemas and nightclubs.
