Diese gehobene Unterkunft wird Ihre Urlaubsträume wahr werden lassen. Dieses Haus direkt am Meer bietet eine fantastische Aussicht, einen privaten Zugang zum Strand vor Ihrer Haustür, wundervolle Decks und einen einzigartigen Grundriss, der einen riesigen, komfortablen Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich bietet, der 35 Fuß mal 24 Fuß groß ist. Dieser große offene Bereich hat eine gewölbte Decke, die es noch größer fühlen lässt. Es gibt 8 Fuß große Glastüren und mehrere 6 Fuß hohe Fenster, die auch einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ozean erlauben. Außerdem verfügen 4 der 5 Schlafzimmer über private Decks zum Sitzen oder Abhängen.

Das Anwesen verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Bäder, einen Aufzug und eine herrliche Aussicht, mit der Sie die Insel von Ende zu Ende und vom Meer bis zum Klang von mehreren Decks sehen können. Die Liegenschaft ist ungefähr 2600 Quadratfuß. Unser Platz kann mit einem angrenzenden Grundstück gemietet werden, das 10 Schlafzimmer, 8. 5 Bäder und 2 große Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereiche sowie Parkplätze für 8+ Autos bieten würde.

Parkplätze für 4 Autos, ein Abstellraum und eine geschlossene Außendusche mit warmem und kaltem Wasser befinden sich im Erdgeschoss unter dem Grundstück und für Ihre private Nutzung. Der private Fahrstuhl ist ideal, um Ihre Sachen, Lebensmittel oder einfach nur zu transportieren.

Wir befinden uns in der Nähe des Piers, des Boardwalks, des Jachthafens, von Geschäften, Restaurants und allen Annehmlichkeiten dieses Feriendorfs.

Dieses Haus hat alles, was Sie sich in einem Sommer mieten können. Insgesamt 15 Schlafplätze mit einem König, 2 Königinnen, 1 Doppelzimmer, Kinderschlafzimmer (3 Einzelbetten) und 2 Queensize-Schlafsofas im Familienzimmer. Maximal 12 Erwachsene (plus 3 Kinder).

Der Schlafraum ist speziell für Kinder mit Schlafplätzen für 3, TV, DVD, VCR eingerichtet. Es gibt Highspeed-WLAN-Internetzugang für Sie zur Verfügung gestellt. Essen für 16 Personen im offenen Ess- / Küchenbereich. Brasilianische Kirsch- und Fliesenböden, Silestone-Theken, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, eine Jacuzzi-Wanne in der Master-Suite und alles, was Sie sich in einem Urlaubsparadies wünschen könnten.

Parkplätze für 4 bis 5 Fahrzeuge und ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist nur einen halben Block entfernt. Es gibt eine private Außendusche mit heißem und kaltem Wasser und einen Ankleidebereich mit sehr attraktiver Landschaftsgestaltung.

Dieses Haus ist einzigartig in Carolina Beach und bietet Funktionen, Lage, Aussicht und Komfort, die das Salty Seepferdchen zu einem wunderbaren Zuhause weg von zu Hause macht. Das Haus ist komplett mit 3 TVs, mehrere Zimmer mit DVD / VCR-Setups und komplett mit sehr schönen Möbeln, Geräten, Dekorationen und Küchenzubehör / Utensilien ausgestattet. Komm und bleib hier und finde deinen Traumplatz für deinen nächsten Urlaub.

Die Umgebung von Carolina Beach bietet viele Attraktionen und Aktivitäten. Das fantastische North Carolina Aquarium ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Fort Fisher, die letzte Confederate Fort in den Bürgerkrieg fallen, ist gegenüber vom Aquarium. Das USS North Carolina Schlachtschiff, Museen und viele weitere Ziele befinden sich in Wilmington. Der Boardwalk am Carolina Beach hat Restaurants, Geschäfte, Arkaden, Putt Putt und andere Aktivitäten. Im Sommer gibt es am Boardwalk einen Vergnügungspark mit Fahrgeschäften und kinderfreundlichen Aktivitäten. Beautifully laid out and designed! Extras were great: chairs, boogie boards, elevator, tons of seating. Only 6 of us this time, but we hope to come back again and again! Just a lovely, tranquil, oceanfront escape.

Space was ideal for our family of ten. Our 3 kids and their families had plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. Beautiful main balcony and individual balconies gave quite space for all. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessaries for eating in. Ample beach chairs for all to sit at the beach. Thanks for sharing such a lovely place.

Wonderful Friend Gathering!

We planned an end of summer long weekend trip with a couple family friends, so there were a group of kids 2-6yo and the house was perfect with the kid room on the top floor. All the adults had their own space and bathrooms, and the kitchen, dining, and living space on the top floor were roomy. We enjoyed having a big dining room table and that we could all comfortably dine together. The location is great with private beach access and close to grocery store. I would recommend this house to anybody but especially families.

Exceptional Stay at the Salty Seahorse

Stayed at the Seahorse for my husband's big 6-0 birthday. All of our friends and family came and everyone had a lovely time. The Salty Seahorse is so spacious and comfortable. The pictures on the website really do accurately show the place. The kitchen is fully outfitted and designed for visiting and hanging out in the kitchen. The linens are very nice. Connected my computer to the large screen in the living room with no problem. Host was very responsive and texted me back quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this place. We all talked about going back again next year!

Great Location BUT DIRTY, improperly stocked, and not worth it at all!!!

When we first walked in (after you walk up the 5 flight of stairs to get in) we immediately noticed the floor was dirty. If you walked barefoot in the house your feet were discolored and had a ton of filth on them. The carpet on the stairs was as stained as it wasn't. 95% of the dishes were dirty with caked on stuff on them. 2 of the showers had hair all in them and slime/sludge on the curtain liner (which cost $1-2 at Big Lots to replace if you don't want to clean). I also killed 2 roaches in the King bedroom. Additionally the "queen" beds were full size. Our family that stayed in these rooms upstairs all have queens at home and these were noticeably smaller than a queen. Additionally the beds were mostly uncomfortable. The King has half the bed that sinks in like broken springs. There is also no linen service included but is included in the "Cleaning fee" Which is laughable because this was the most dirty rental I have ever stayed in. The towels that were provided looked incredibly old and very used. Some had major stains. They also all smelled SO Bad. We tried washing them and adding fabric softener, but they still stink. These all need to be replaced. Again, you can get cheap decent towels from target for $3. There also weren't enough towels. Providing 1 towel max per person, is never enough for a 4 day stay or even in general. Then there was the toilet paper situation. Not one bathroom had an extra roll in it and all the rolls that were on the holder were 1/4 - 1/2 full. We had to go buy some and probably left more toilet paper there than we got. Other supply issues: a bar area but no cork screw, only about 2 rolls of paper towels, and only 2 extra trash bags. The elevator is tiny and half our party wouldn't fit in there without crouching, let alone with luggage. The elevator also would not go down to the outside first floor (maybe you had to be in it to do that, but again, we couldn't transport any items which is the WHOLE point for us). The elevator would go between the living floors (which again, you have to walk up 5 flights to get to the first living floor). There are also foundation issues with this house. It would dramatically sway (almost knocked me out of bed one night). While the house is on stilts, if properly done and reinforced, it should not sway. Positives: Great view, nice patios, open living area. But that's it, not worth your money if you want clean and appropriately supplied Would never stay here again.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Though some of your comments are helpful and I will pass them on to our cleaning company, some are gross exaggerations and your complaints only started once we informed you that we could not accommodate your request for a late check out. The building is 3 floors with parking underneath. It is not 5. Our unit is half of the 2nd floor and the entire top floor. You should have been inside after 2 flights of stairs. We do have a residential elevator. This is a standard size residential elevator. I am sorry if you found it small. I highly doubt anyone had to crouch in the elevator as one of our family members is 6'7" and he fits in the elevator. I used the elevator after your departure and there were no issues. It must have been user error. We provide detailed operating instructions. It is clear in our materials, we provide linens and you pay for a cleaning but daily service is not provided. We also provide 1 set-up for the rental- All 5 of the bathrooms have 1 roll of TP, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 garbage bags, a dishwasher pod, a laundry pod and each bathroom has soap/shampoo/conditioner. Again, you did not express concern until you were checking out and advised us you were not cleaning out your food items in accordance with the rules. Thank you for your concern re: the structural integrity of our home but we have a report from a Structural Engineer that the building has no structural issues obtained for a recent project. The house was designed to move but I can assure you that you did not get “almost get knocked out of bed”. I was at the home after you left and stayed there through hurricane Ian. I did not fall out of bed. The bug you found were Water Bugs that are very common on the beach and most likely came if the master slider was left open. Regular treatments are performed. I saw some water bugs outside after the storm. I called our service provider for an additional service.

Perfect size for 10 family members.

You can't find a better location!! Right on the beach. The ocean view is amazing. The house was super clean and well stocked to get us started. I placed an online order ahead of time which we picked up before we went to the house so we settled in right away. Bedrooms are perfect size, with extra pillows and blankets if needed. Kitchen has a large assortment for cooking and plenty of dishes. We enjoyed the nice big dining table so we could all eat together. We would definitely rent this house again. Owners were great to work with.

BEST VACATION and VRBO EVER!

The Salty Seahorse was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! It was even better than the pictures showed! It was incredibly roomy, and the way Kate McCormick has it decorated, truly made us feel like we were in an ocean paradise! My family and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! The closeness of the ocean and the BREATHTAKING view from inside was just like Heaven! Check-in process was as easy as could be - and all the information we needed was neatly placed in a binder on the kitchen counter. The boardwalk was within walking distance - and our stay was just FANTASTIC!! Thank you SO MUCH to the McCormick Family for sharing their piece of Heaven with us - we were so honored to be there! We would recommend this place 100%!

We absolutely loved staying here. It wasn't long before my husband was daydreaming about buying the place, ha!! Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and right on the beach. Plus walking distance to the boardwalk. You honestly can't beat it.

Wonderful Birthday weekend getaway

We had a great time the Salty Seahorse location! The house is beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured online. It has a private walkway directly to the beach which was so convenient for us and our guests to bring down chairs, food and games. There is an elevator which made it so easy to bring up all of our heavy luggage and groceries. It is a bit of a walk to dinner, bars and the main touristy stuff but we enjoyed the walks. There is a small convenience store that sold ice just a few houses down which was perfect. Door dash is a thing but Uber is not! Don’t plan on getting an Uber. I heard the Lyft app is more useful but we didn’t try. I would suggest bringing your own chairs/umbrellas as the stuff that was at the house was very well used and some of it was broken. Luckily a friend brought a couple extra chairs just in case and they came in handy! The pool that was listed online was definitely a plus for us when booking this property. We were notified after booking that we wouldn’t have access to it. Not sure what the reason was but for us, just using the beach worked out fine! Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and plenty of extra's were available! Instructions were very easy to follow and we will definitely add this to our stay list!

This is a beautiful beachfront home. We were so pleased with the accommodations. The house is supplied with everything would need and more. Great communication with the Owners. I will rent again in the near future. Very well kept property.

Salty Seahorse

The Salty Seahorse is a beautiful property, well furnished and well stocked for everything you will need during your stay----plenty of linens, dishes (especially coffee cups) beach chairs, a great big table to seat the whole family, large washer and dryer and much more!! The view of the ocean is spectacular with easy access. It is truly a fabulous property for a family gathering and we hope to use it again!!

Absolutely perfect!!!

This house is amazing! Once we figured out how to work the elevator it was smooth riding from there. Our grandparents really appreciated that feature! The views are to die for and the house is just gorgeous!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent beachfront property

My family & I enjoy visiting Carolina Beach every July. This year we included a few more family members so we needed a larger condo. There was plenty of room in this updated 2-level unit. The views off of the east-facing balconies were breathtaking. The master suite was spacious and away from the hustle and bustle which worked wonderfully for our infant. The elevator was a game changer; made having a 3rd floor unit so much easier! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. We would definitely book again!!

Perfect location amazing views stunning property

The place is outstanding in every way, even better in person then the pictures. The layout with open and big gathering spaces is perfect for large groups, massive deck with views and lots of seats, more private secluded rooms on the second floor which is great and the whole house was beautifully decorated. We made some really great memories here!
