I'm shocked at your review but not surprised and pride ourselves on offering a nice clean home for people to enjoy! When renting on the Vrbo platform all amenities are listed.It's up to you what matters at the homes you chose.Things like air-conditioning, hot tubs,firepits,fireplaces ect.have to say photos of my property speak for themselves.We have new appliances in our kitchen and our livingroom was just redone paint, paper, window coverings, furniture and rug.We are Premiere Hosts with Vrbo,a hard task to achieve, by responding , communicating,offering a safe clean home and rarely retaining any of renters security deposits unless really warranted. Yes we do have security cameras outside our home, 2 ,visible to all.Its for your safety as well as our homes none inside !Our policy we see you arrive. Once all guests are there we shut off our alerts. The only time we look at them is when we feel uneasy about our renters.This was the case here.You arrived, which I wasn't aware of right away.I own a business it's craxy busy. When I realized you were there I immediately saw you sitting on my furniture Smoking under my porch a violation of our lease,safety fire reasons! I text you gently reviewed the fact that there's no smoking in or outside on our porches to give you the hint. Stop smoking. YOUR Reply. No One Smokes in our group!!! REALLY? That was your que not to. Your wifi texts thst you couldn't hook up yo our went on and on I replied to each triing to help you, I told you exactly where the wifi password was and it went on deaf ears till I said take a photo of the shelves. You sent it to me, I circled exactly the frame the info was in for the wifi and you got on.I asked you when you were leaving where to put your trash, turn the lights off ect. And none of those things were done.HENSE, we kept your deposit because your continuously broke our lease agreement. When we arrived to clean our home smelled like cigarettes ,and you left the Twinkle light on our trees inside the house, such a fire hazard .At that point we reviewed a few spots of our security system and saw you smoked entire time under our porch,you propped open a kitchen door with chair all the time and smoked there,and let in flies and bugs. Of course we aired it out deep cleaned ,disinfected every touchable service,as we always do..Our home ready once again for future Better guests ! Please in addition read all the reviews.We gets 5,s and 4, We are Premiere hosts

Tony you are right. As listed on our vrbo site as well as the lease that you signed no sheets and towels are provided. Took your suggestion and now offer this service for 200.00.so nonother guest arrives without any. Your call at 4 am was a bit over the top but I let you know where some were to help you out any way I could. Our cleaning crew were notified about your comments and will improve the efforts. We notified our plumber about the tub issue. Wish you would've called me I would've sent him right over . I know you had fun and you are welcome back again. Thanks for staying with us
