It was a real pleasure to have you with us. We were more than happy to accommodate your special requests following your back injury, including preparing all the beds in the apartment and providing extra pillows and blankets to ensure you had different options for your back comfort. Our beds feature high-end luxury Italian mattresses designed for premium orthopedic support; while we understand that a specific injury may require a much softer surface than a professional-grade mattress, we did our very best to tailor the setup for your needs. Regarding the building, it is an intimate, authentic Liberty-style palace with a narrower structure compared to the larger historical buildings in Naples. Being a private residence with only one apartment per floor, the staircase is smaller—a characteristic and charming feature of these historic homes in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is a small compromise for a prime location just 5 minutes from the port and 10 from the station, surrounded by authentic local cafes and gourmet delis. Lastly, following our full renovation in February 2026, we installed top-tier specialized soundproof double-glazed windows to ensure our guests enjoy total silence and peace, despite being in the vibrant heart of Naples. We would like to inform you that the apartment comes with all th efeauters shown and advertised on our verified premium lisitng which highlights that it has a washing machine but no dryer, however we provide a cloth rack that you can place close to the huge windows and balcony or the radiators. We are sorry you consdider the apartment street noisy, we are actually located in the most calm, peaceful, residential and safe area of the city center of Naples, being central Naples the neighbor is of course lively during the day with all the boutiques, univerisities and offices around but at night it's way quiter because we are not in the night life area with all the bars and restaurant, even tho those are located only few steps away According to your review people would sleep in the country side and then come for the day to explore Naples because unfortunately (thankfully for most people ) the city is vibrant and this is what makes Naples one of the most authentic Italian destinations :)
