Villa K1 in The Islands ist etwas aus den schönen Häusern von Hawaii. Das Dekor ist elegant und dennoch praktisch. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Töpfen und Pfannen, Back- und Serviergeschirr (innen und außen), Kleingeräten und Küchenutensilien. Es gibt genügend Teller, Tassen und Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr für 6 Personen. Es wurde darauf geachtet, alles zu beschriften, was die Villa sehr benutzerfreundlich macht. Es gibt auch ein privates BBQ auf Ihrer Veranda.

Die drei King-Schlafzimmer mit Bad sind geräumig und luxuriös. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine private Veranda mit atemberaubendem Blick auf ��ppige, farbenfrohe Gärten und den Norden Kohala in der Ferne. Die Duschen sind unglaublich: Schwarze Schieferwände und Kieselsteine unter den Füßen. In jedem Badezimmer hängen zwei Bademäntel. Das Shampoo und die Spülung in voller Größe sowie die Körperwäsche in jeder Dusche werden Sie beeindrucken. Die Handtücher für Strand, Pool und Bad sind ausreichend vorhanden. Haartrockner in jedem Badezimmer und ein tragbarer beleuchteter Vergrößerungsspiegel sorgen dafür, dass die Vorbereitung von zu Hause zum Kinderspiel wird.

In der Wohnung finden Sie viele Bücher zu Inselvögeln, Meeresleben, Tierwelt, Flora und Fauna, von denen sich viele direkt vor Ihrer Veranda befinden. Wenn Sie mit dem Leben auf der Insel vertraut sind, können Sie einen frühen Sonnenaufgang und einen frühen Sonnenuntergang erwarten, was volle Tage begünstigt und sich dann um 21:00 Uhr für das Bett bereit fühlt.

Nur wenige Schritte von der Villa entfernt bietet The Islands einen großen Freiform-Pool mit Wasserfall, Grotte und Whirlpool. Der Poolbereich verfügt über Propangrillgrills, einen Kühlschrank, Esstische, Waschräume und viele Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme.

Es gibt einen schönen Sandstrand in der Nähe. Sie können es in einem 15-minütigen Spaziergang entlang eines schönen gepflasterten Weges durch ein Lavafeld und alte Fischteiche erreichen. Oder Sie können 4 Minuten fahren und innerhalb der gesicherten Tore parken. Mit der Karte für den Zugang zum Strand erhalten Sie das Parken und die Nutzung der Liegen und Cabanas sowie der voll ausgestatteten Waschräume. Speisen oder Mittagessen in Napu's Restaurant. Mieten Sie ein Paddelboard, einen Schnorchel oder ein Auslegerboot bei Mauna Lani Sea Adventures.

Lovely property

We had a wonderful stay. They had everything we could possibly need including a cold bag to bring lunches and water to the beach. The place was immaculate, close to shops and the beach and the pool was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous property

We loved this place including the location and the added amenities such as the tennis centre. It is a short walk through the beautiful fish ponds to the beach and the pool was very quiet even though it was the busy holiday season. The set up with 3 master bedrooms was perfect for our family with adult children. We can't wait to go back.

Perfect condo

We’ve stayed in the Islands before, but preferred this condo because of the location - near the pool, farther from the road with a large grassy area in the back free from misplaced golf balls. We didn’t have young children with us, but this spot is perfect for those that do.

30th Anniversary Celebration

We really enjoyed this house. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house was exactly as the listing showed and very well equipped. The bedrooms are all equal and very comfortable. We had fun visiting the resorts nearby for dinner and golf but also cooked at the house in the well stocked kitchen.

This beautiful property exceeded our expectations in every way, from the attention to detail within the house to the fantastic management team with their communication. Comfort +++ with the beds and furniture and the beautiful decor. All the extras in the kitchen, we could cook up a storm. Exceptionally clean! Just a ‘please shut the gate’ on the front gate would be brilliant to stop the goats eating the beautiful plants.

Wonderful property in Mauna Lani area

This large, beautiful house/condo is in an excellent location on the Big Island. The setting is quiet, it is near a fantastic walking path, has access to a beach club with excellent snorkeling and is close to a shopping area with a good grocery store. The property manager was helpful and responsive and the house was well-equipped. My only complaint is that vehicles must be garaged and a remote garage door opener was not provided. Only one car fits in the garage so if a group has more than one, extra cars have to be parked outside the gated area (the equivalent of 2-3 blocks away).

A Piece of Paradise

This place lived up to its billing. We wanted a place where we could walk to the private beach. Beautiful walk took 15 - 17 minutes. I wanted private lanai's where we could sit outside. We ate outside and sat out there during the day. We wanted space. This place had plenty of it. It was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were gorgeous. Hung out in the comfortable living room. Price was steep, but we had no complaints and would definitely return. We used the athletic facility as well. We hung out at the beach, used the chairs furnished as part of the townhouse. I highly recommend this townhouse. We definitely want to return.

Fabulous property and vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the K1 house in Mauna Lani. I have previously stayed at rental homes that looked great and had 5 star reviews but were not wonderful. This is not that place. It was exactly as described or better. They had everything you could need in the kitchen, and even little things made life so much easier (ie ziplock baggies, tin foil, laundry and dish detergent). We didn't have one complaint! Loved the chairs and beach stuff to use (wagon, umbrella, boogie boards). It was a fabulous location and the Mauna Lani beach club was so fun! We didn't even have to bring chairs there bc there were chairs available. And it was a great snorkel beach. I think we will just stay here from now on, it was perfect.

Family time

This property is beautiful, the online photos don’t do it justice. Very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. The kitchen has everything you would need. We were very pleased with all the kitchen had stocked. Very impressive. the one area of improvement would be towels. Each bathroom has 3 small bath towels and there weren’t any extra, so we washed more frequently than we would’ve liked and we had to purchase our own laundry detergent. There are only six beach towels and they are small. But we would absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful time. The walking trails are great! Proximity to grocery and shops:restaurants is very convenient. We had a lovely vacation!!

Beautiful home

Best stocked vacation rental home we have experienced. Plenty of cleaning supplies, paper products, soaps, etc. Plus beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to borrow. Beach is a 20min walk or 5 min drive. Be aware of Ironman Triathalon road closures during October.

Wonderful and beautiful property. Prefect for an all adult/couple family vacation. Loved all the extras for the beach and in the kitchen/living spaces. My only complaint was the temperature of the bedroom on first floor stayed warm regardless of thermostat and after reporting.

The home is beautiful on all levels... furnishings, artwork and setting. The 3 ensuite layout was ideal for three couples. The location is walkable to the Mauna Lani Resort, which we did each morning for coffee and a walk on the beach. The property management company was terrific as well. Highly recommend, and look forward to staying again!

Absolutely loved this home—elegant, spacious, and even more beautiful than the pictures. Multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the beautiful lawn, trees, and wildlife out the back. Truly appreciated the ability to use the sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc available in the garage. We had everything we needed. Only warning—for gym users, the gym nearby is an additional $250 per person per week. We opted and enjoyed hiking and running. Loved our stay!

K1 Islands at Mauna Lani was as listed. It was immaculate, well stocked with basics and essentials, well located to the community pool. It was a great week!

The property was exactly as advertised on the pictures and owners were very accommodating! Beautifully remodeled, modern, clean, next to the pool and great location. We would stay there again!
