Welcome to your holiday home near Vilamoura just a 5-minute walk from Aquashow water park!



This spacious 3-bedroom villa with private pool is perfect for family fun. Picture yourself relaxing by the generous pool after visiting the water slides, enjoying shaded BBQ dinners in the generous garden, or cooling off on hot days. All en-suite bedrooms have pool views, making it ideal for families of up to six.



Step inside to three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms ground floor double with pool view, first floor master double with private terrace, and twin bedroom with balcony all spacious with great sunlight, giving everyone comfortable private space.



The bright kitchen overlooking the pool has all appliances and utensils for easy family meals. Cosy living room with fireplace, air conditioning, cable TV (English channels) and dining area opens directly to the garden and pool.



Guests love the huge garden and 9×4 m pool (heating available April-October by request with additional cost) with shaded dining area, charcoal BBQ and plenty of garden furniture.

Disappointed

When we booked the listing stated ‘non over looked’, well this turned out to be untrue. We arrived to building works right next door to the villa. Not only were we overlooked by the builders but the noise they made drove us out of the villa some days. At no point we’re we told about this or given an opportunity to change. I contacted the management company about this and other issues but they decided to ignore my complaint with regards to this. They did sort out some other minor issues very quickly. We Feel we were miss sold our holiday. The pool was also in a bad state With many missing tiles and a broken cover to the filter at the bottom of the pool. My husband, who swims a lot, came out of the pool with a very sharp tile imbedded in his hand on one occasion leaving a very deep cut. They management company did respond to this complaint very quickly and we were given one free night. Overall we were disappointed with our 4 week stay here. It could be a really nice villa, needs updating, mattress on the beds were very hard and the walls need either a lick of paint or a good scrub in places.

Bom serviço de apoio ao cliente, quer ao nível dos funcionários no escritório, quer dos funcionários da manutenção/reparações. Sempre disponíveis para ajudar o cliente. O revestimento da piscina necessita de intervenção urgente. O serviço de televisão (apenas canais estrangeiros) e internet (wifi lenta e com inúmeras quebras de sinal) não é o melhor. O facto de a casa ao lado estar com obras em curso não é agradável nem ao nível do sossego, nem da privacidade.
