Great condo in a nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and very well equipped. Lots of beach gear. Beach is within walking distance. Shops and restaurants can also be reached by foot or a short drive away. The apartment complex is gated, well maintained. The management is super responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was great! The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The main bathroom was a little small but not a big deal. The AC did pretty well. It had a hard time keeping up in the evening, but the room ACs did pretty well. The view was pretty great from the lanai. The condo was a nice short walk to the beach (Kamaole 3 Park). It was great to swim in the ocean and have sea turtles swim by us! Location is great for getting to near by restaurants and shops. We had some activities up in West Maui which was about an hour drive at the times we were going which wasn’t bad. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Overall, a great experience! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Thank you for being our guests. We appreciate hearing the positive feedback in regards to the comfortable beds, great location, pretty views, and our responsiveness as hosts. This condo has 3 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms which are rare and well appreciated features by guests. The unit has a newer split system AC system in each bedroom and the living room area. Guests are able to control the temperature and fan speed. Perhaps you had one unit on "economy" or the fans low but the system does a great job keeping things cool. We make ourselves avaible 24/7 and would have been happy to assist with any airconditioning questions. Thanks for being our guests.

The property was nice and clean. It was well stocked with beach supplies like boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. There were a couple of issues with hot water, but they were quick to come and fix them. The only downside was that the air conditioning blows hot air on the lanai so if you want to be outside you have to turn off all the AC units first.

As with all units at this resort, the ac condenser needs to be placed in the lanai closet and to stop it from blowing hot air, the ac units need to be turned off as mentioned on the label on the lanai door.

We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler which made beach going easy. A closet full of balls, frisbees and games kept us entertained.

Excellent condo! Beautiful grounds! We had a party of 7 and it fit all of us with plenty of room. Nice to have the loft area for extra space. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai! Parking for the unit was very close to the elevator. Unit is close to the pool area. We had a problem with an alarm going off and our host was very responsive to come over quickly. Love that the property is right across from the beach. We highly recommend this unit!!

Nice condo that is centrally located in Kihei. Unit could have been cleaner and we had some trouble with roof leaks during a recent major storm. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

Clean and spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great. It is very spacious and super clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the basics to be able to cook meals there. It has a washer and dryer and all the beach equipment(toys, chairs, cooler, umbrella) including towels for the beach. The staff around the property were friendly as well. My only complaint would be that the parking spaces are very small. We rented a large SUV and it barely fit in the spot between the lines. We had to get out of the vehicle before we parked because we wouldn’t be able to exit otherwise, but this was the case all over Hawaii. Would rent this place again though.

We had a great time at this condo in South Kihei on the 4th floor of Kamole Sands resort. It was literally right across the street (easy walk) from Kam-3 beach. Sunset views from lanai. The condo was well provisioned, providing a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Very comfortable for my family of six. Convenient location to explore all of Maui. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this unit. It was nicely equipped and beautifully decorated. Everyone slept comfortably on the beds and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Beautiful view of the ocean. Would absolutely stay in this unit again.

Maui Bliss!

This property was the perfect spot both for access to Maui’s beautiful beaches plus serve as a central point for our adventures on the island. Perfect accommodations. Even the utensils and pots and pans were organized and fully equipped. Great property!

Great quiet location with quick access to beach, pool and other adventures.

It is a very clean, spacious accommodation with a bathroom for each bedroom. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is easy to access the beach or pool as well as other sites to see such as the road to Hana or other public beaches.

An amazing stay!

We had such a great time staying at this location. 6 friends to celebrate a 40th birthday - and it was perfect! Plenty of space, VERY walkable to the beach and coffee/food, and well-stocked with beach chairs and towels. Matt was super responsive as well. Would highly recommend this spot!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands! The unit had everything our family of 5 needed and more. The property and grounds are very well manicured and kept. I also liked that we had an assigned parking space. Wonderful 3 bdrm/3 bath resort stay and close proximity to the beach.

Fantastic Condo and Location

Our family, siblings and spouses, enjoyed a week at this wonderful condo. All communication was excellent, the condo was wonderful. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to take to our days at the beach. Would highly recommend!
