Wonderful place and had a great time!

We had a great time at this home that was large enough to accommodate our large family. The views were breathtaking and there are always plenty of things to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

Thank you - this 5 bedroom home is very unique being almost 4,000 sq.ft. as most homes as you saw in Gaviotas are tiny so having a party of up to 10 in this huge house does not feel crowded and having the 2 master suites upstairs is a big bonus and all the other rooms on main level and downstairs. thanks again. please come back and visit us soon. Beautiful view, very spacious

Solid vacation rental in Gaviotas. The views from the top, master bedroom balcony is great -- you can see the break easily. Lovely lower balcony and plenty of space all around as well.

Highly recommend staying at this house. Very spacious. Comfortably fit 9 people. Large kitchen and living room space for everyone to hang out in. Ocean views from the kitchen. Can check the surf from the master bedroom. Will definitely try to stay here again

We rented this large clean house for a boys golf and surf weekend. It was large and comfortable, albeit a little rough around the edges. But that is to be expected in Baja. Overall, I recommend it.

Just to clarify, the house is 3 stories. the first floor is the garage and next to the garage is a one bedroom suite with its own insuite bathroom. it has a seperate entrance from the front of the house. Cindy, we usually do not use or enter the bedroom thru the garage door which is normally locked so maybe that is why you mentioned this in your review. but, juts to clarify, the bedroom and bathroom are a seperate unit on the first floor and are not inside the garage. We Also noticed that you had left windows open on the street side of the house upstairs in the second master. we usually do not leave those windows open for the road noise coming in. if windows are closed, you do not hear it in the bedroom.

NYE Trip

Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!

Huge home with lovely view

The property was huge, clean, and beautiful. The only issue we encountered was that the first night we didn't have hot water, to be fair we checked in rather late and waited to reach out for assistance. The next morning once we contacted the property maintenance, they came within the hour and turned on the water heater for us. We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home and felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Kitchen was thoroughly stocked for cooking! Two large tables on patio were great to enjoy meals together. Super close to tennis courts and pickleball option. Will definitely return!!

Thank you Francisco for the good Review - I just wanted to clarify to you that we were not able to get you an early check in because we had a family leaving the same day and need enough time to get the cleaning crew to get the house ready for your stay. We time the cleaning between the check out time and check in time and that leaves us only enough time to get it nice and perfect for the next guest. when we do not have guests back to back, we always help our guests as house is always ready the day guests leave.

Sami - this Region of the pacific has very mild weather never exceeding 75-80 degrees due to the cool pacific waters. I do not believe there are any homes inside Gaviotas that have Air Conditioning. Unfortunately, we are having crazy heat waves this summer and it is even effecting this region as they had a nasty one during your stay.

The house was clean and large enough for a couple of families. The freeway noise was loud, but expected since the home is on the back row of the community. However central enough to quickly make your way to the pool and beach. Checkin and out was easy. Bring your own towels and toiletries.

One of the nicer places we've stayed at Las Gaviotas

The place was clean and bright. We had an issue on arrival getting the key, it did lack some basic supplies we thought it would have (like shampoo and bath soap, but we also didn't ask ahead of time), and the hot water was a little spotty. However, overall, I would put it as one of the better places we've stayed at Las Gaviotas. The rooms at the back of the house had a lot of road noise, but the views, the big balconies, and lots of common area hang-out space at the front of the house made up for it. Four couples meant we didn't need to use the least desirable room off the garage. We appreciated a little extra-time at check out and, overall, everyone agreed that we would rent it again.

Perfect Weekend Away!

We had the best time staying at Zev and Ximena's house this July. The house was super clean and super spacious. Everyone was surprised by how roomy their room was and the master suites were perfect for the families of the group. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for our big party and the deck was fabulous with seating for all 10 people! We barbequed 2 times over the weekend with the super convenient grill on the patio too. We had a little problem with the sink in the kitchen, but the response and fix time was super fast! When we got back from the pool one day, it was fixed! They were very friendly too! We come to Gaviotas every year and will definitely stay here if its available our next trip :) Thanks to great hosts!

we live down here in Gaviotas in our own home and take pride in always making sure this house is in perfect condition - we do not let any propety management company do any of our work - it is all done by us and all communications are done with us directly - either Ximena or Zev or our Dog Luna.

to begin with, the house is one of the largest homes in Gaviotas which is a great feature - it has 5 bedrooms and is about 4,000 sq. ft. - the 2 masters upstairs are a great feature. Secondly, it is centrally located right in the middle so getting to pool and jacuzzi and main area is a breeze. it also has a perfect view of the surf spot which is huge for surfers coming to surf here.
