Fantastischer Meerblick. Ein Schlafzimmer + 1. 5 Bad. voll möbliert . In las gaviotas rosarito strand baja cal. Es gibt eine 24-Stunden-Tor bewachte Community und wir haben einen Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennisplatz, Spielplatz. Sehr gepflegte Privatgemeinschaft. Ideal zum surfen oder entspannen
Diese Einheit wurde vor kurzem umgebaut. Hat großen Bildschirm tv. und vieles mehr. Kommen und entspannen bei las gaviotas gemeinschaft. Es ist sehr nah an puerto nuevo. Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung von der Wohnung.

Small and efficient for a short stay since no washer/dryer. The ceiling fans saved the day in 90 degree heat. Absolutely pristine clean. The 17 steps up to the door might be difficult for some. It was a comfortable stay.

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s very spacious and modern, we felt like we were living in luxury staying here. The proximity to the beach is a huge plus, basically right in front of the ramp! Rick is very responsive and helpful and we will definitely be back!

Hubby and I went on a mini vacation and really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful one-bedroom home. We had a nice ocean view from the balcony and took daily walks along the beach. The check-in process was smooth, making it a great place to stay!

Las Gaviotas is the gem of northern baja, perfect for couples, friend trips, or families. Rick's place was super clean, had very fast internet for the area (80mbps speeds) and comfortable. Will 100% be going back.

i usually try to respond promptly. i dont recall any calls or text from you . regarding late check in ., its a trade off for a late check out at noon. then we need a few hours to make sure the condo is nice and tidy . we dont want to rush and miss something. please let me know what was the issue .

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Your place had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We had a great time at the beach and in the jacuzzi. Our morning walks were so very nice. Los Gaviotas is a beautiful place, very clean and safe. Looking forward to returning next year with our boys so they can take advantage of the waves. Thanks Rick for everything.

Great spot to relax in Las Gaviotas

This apartment is in a nice location not far from the beach access in the community. The host was responsive when needed. Although check in was later than I would have liked, it was smooth. The place has all the necessary basics and is tastefully decorated. It’s also near some great restaurants and there are nice views from the balcony. I would recommend it to a friend due to its low price and location. Thanks!

Clean

We enjoyed the unit. However, it isn't prepared for people who want to cook some of their own meals. No storage bags, no napkins, no coffee filters, no extra bags for trash. Only if you want to do any cooking, otherwise, it is great as a hotel room.
