CASA TORCHIANO is a beautiful villa in Mediterranean style with trullo, formed by 2 units at about 10 minutes of drive from the sea of Capitolo (Monopoli). The property is set in an evocative and panoramic area with seascape, surrounded in the maquis between sea and hills, with centuries-old Olive trees, carobs and big plants of prickly pear.
The property has just been renovated and it is equipped with any kind of comfort and a plain and elegant furniture which recalls the colors of our land. The main living comprises a large kitchen and a living room with a panoramic view, fireplace and double sofa bed that can be used, if necessary, with an additional fee;a double room, a twin room and and a large bathroom with shower. External laundry room with shower. Annex with a seaview double room and a bathroom with shower. There is also a trullo with its own entrance adjacent to the main structure and not connected to it, used as a relaxation area during particularly sultry days, being the trullo cool in summer, thanks to the chianche and the vault.Outside wide place with pergolas, tables, chairs and relax area with sofa.External shower of both cold and hot water.
Moreover there is an outside hob with sink and barbecue.The garden is enriched by an evocative balcony which allows to our guests enjoying an unique and unforgettable panoramic view thanks to its perfect marriage between sea and country.The ideal place in which you can leave the urban chaos behind, breathing the pure and uncontaminated area of Puglia countryside.
Pets are welcomed, except cats. 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day.
