Dieses Haus (190 qm) ist ein zweistöckiges Gebäude mit einem privaten Dachgarten, Hinterhof und Balkonen für bis zu 15 Personen. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 vom Eigentümer / Bauingenieur mit minimalem Stil komplett renoviert und besteht aus 2 unabhängigen 2-Schlafzimmer-Apartments (jeweils ca. 80 qm) und 1 Einzelzimmer-Apartment (20 qm-Studio). Der Raum und die Dekoration garantieren einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Das zweistöckige Gebäude besteht aus 3 Wohnungen, zwei im Erdgeschoss (80 m² und 20 m²) und einer im ersten Stock (90 m²).
Innenbereich: • Eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss (80 m²) mit 2 Schlafzimmern (2 Queensize-Betten und einem Schlafsofa), 1 voll ausgestattete Küche, 1 Bad mit Dusche und 1 Wohn- / Essbereich. Die Sofas werden zu Betten, die jeweils einer zusätzlichen Person dienen. • Eine offene Erdgeschoss-Wohnung (20 qm Studio) mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche.• Eine Wohnung im 1. Stock (90 qm) mit 2 Schlafzimmern (Queensize-Betten), 1 voll ausgestattete Küche, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche und 1 Wohnzimmer / Essbereich. Die 3 Sofas werden zu Betten für 3 zusätzliche Personen.

Convenient location & spacious!

Location was fantastic, around 1 mile from the Parthenon and great shopping within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and great for family stay. There are separate apartments which would’ve been nice to know in the booking description however each apartment had a bathroom and kitchen which was really nice. Everything was clean and well cared for. Our favorite spot was the rooftop.

Great location in Athens, close to trams

Great location in Athens. Quick two stop tram ride to Acropolis. Walkable to many grocery stores. The three apartments was easy for our group of 11 to have beds/space with shared courtyard. Check in was great and the host was very responsive and arranged transport for us to the airport.

Bucket list trip to Greece

We had 8 adults and the property worked well for us. Was surprised that it was actually 3 different apartments. Best part was closeness to the metro and the convience that provided. Could have used more dishes and some towels for the kitchens as we try to eat breakfast before we start out for the day. George was extremely helpful answering questions and arranging transfers from airport and to cruise terminal.

Perfect for a group

Perfect setup for a group . We had 8 people’s and room to have some privacy yet get together when we wanted to. Close to metro which worked well. Location was good, but access for shuttle buses on the street out front was limited. Taxis and shuttles were accommodating. Very good and quick responses from management company. George was great to work with and very flexible.

We were robbed the first night of our stay, completely advise NO ONE to stay at this home, police stated it was not the first time this has happened! US Embassy believes it is an inside job!

I must address your review with a very strict tone, as your accusations are completely unfounded and unacceptable. It is absolutely shameful that you would suggest an inside job without any evidence, especially when I have been a dedicated property manager for the past 12 years, managing over 100 properties with an impeccable reputation. You conveniently omitted the fact that you left all the windows open, which the police identified as a likely point of entry for the thieves. Your careless actions contributed significantly to the incident. It is incredibly irresponsible to defame my properties and my team based on baseless assumptions. I expect you to retract your defamatory statements and acknowledge your own role in this unfortunate event. Your baseless accusations are an insult to our hard work and dedication to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Good for a group

We rented all three apartments for our group of 12 and worked well. Just a couple issues. For both two bedroom apt which each had 5 people, only 2 rolls of toilet paper. One two bedroom had only a dish cloth and no dish towel. The other had neither. One had lots of silverware and the other barely had any. It worked since we could use each others. No mirrors other than in bathroom. All and all it was a nice stay. Supplies could be a little better.

Would Not RecommendI rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this apartment was deeply unsatisfactory. The most troubling issue was that a member of staff entered the apartment while we were staying there. When I confronted him directly, he apologised, but when I reported the incident to the office, they insisted that they had only notified us (via email during our stay) that someone would be accessing the exterior of the property — not the interior. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no proper apology or acknowledgement of the seriousness of the situation.Unfortunately, the rest of the stay only reinforced our disappointment. The apartment was poorly cleaned on arrival: cups and plates were dirty, the sponges provided were already used and grimy, and despite staying for five days, we were given only a single washing machine capsule. On top of that, none of the usual basic essentials were provided… no salt, pepper, oil, or basic cooking condiments, and not even simple necessities like toilet tissue or kitchen paper. For a stay of this length, these omissions were both inconvenient and unexpected.The property itself felt tired, worn, and in need of proper maintenance. Overall, the experience suggested that the management company is far more focused on maximising returns than delivering a reasonable guest

Dear Ian, Your review contains several inaccuracies that need to be clarified. You were informed in advance by email that a professional would need to access the property for scheduled maintenance related to the window, work that required both exterior and interior inspection. You opened and read this email but provided no response, which led us to reasonably assume you approved the visit. When our technician arrived and saw that you were actually uncomfortable with the entry, he left immediately. I personally apologized afterwards, and no further attempt was made to access the apartment. As for the rest of your comments, I must highlight an important detail you chose to omit: On the day of departure, you remained in the property until 13:00, two full hours after the check-out time. Our cleaning staff had already arrived and waited outside for more than an hour. When we reminded you of the official checkout time, that is the moment when all these “complaints” suddenly appeared complaints that were never mentioned once during your five day stay, despite our availability and multiple check-ins with you. The timing speaks for itself. It is clear that this review was written because we did not grant an extra two hours of stay. Finaly, the apartment was professionally cleaned before your arrival, and all essentials for the start of the stay were provided, exactly as described in the listing

I was pleased that the property letting agents tried to to help rectify the problems we encountered. The property is tired and far from the luxury described. The bathrooms in all flats are not clean and there is mould in all of them. The sift furnishings are stained and the dinning chairs last there best. The kitchens are not properly resourced and we had to ask for a kettle and basics such as a sharpe knife and bread knife. I realise that the agents did try to help us but the accommodation is in need of a general upgrade. It is not what UK or US visitors would be happy with. We made the best of it but it needs ether a more accurate description or to have further upgrading. Alison

One of the apartments is not suitable for staying

There were 12 of us and the place had three separate aparments. The one that my wife an I stayed in was modly, wet and extremely unsuitable for staying in. In USA it would have been condemned! The other two apartments were ok, but the stove and washing machines were not working, and then suddenly the power in two of the apartments went off, and after for hours sitting in the dark wiaiting for the electrician, he told us that you were not supposed to turn on the water heater andthe AC at the same time (it was 95 degrees, then!) George, the manager, was very prompt and helpful, but the place was not worth the rent that we paid.

We have seen the problem detected and we are ready to make whatever needs in order to have the small apartment super clean and without mold. Until then we are not willing to give it again to any guest!

Pictures are not accurate

The property looks much nicer in the listing photos. The bathrooms were not clean and the showers had mold throughout. The bedding had visible stains. We had issues with the water heater on the second floor. The property manager was notified and after 3 days I was able to fix the problem. We also had problems with water leaking either from the shower or toilet in the upstairs bathroom. The property manager sent a technician that claimed there was not an issue even though we continued to have leakage. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Die Wohnungen waren gut

Der Vermieter und die Organisation war super. Alles hat unkompliziert geklappt und der Vermieter sowie der Fahrer vom Transfer waren sehr sehr nett. Die Wohnung war auch schön, sie Betten bequem. Leider fehlt es an Küchenutensilien und das Badezimmer im 1 Zimmer Appartment ist stark schimmlig. Auch Putzsachen sind kaum vor Ort. Ansonsten gibt es einen Hof zum verweilen und einen großen Balkon. Die Heizung funktioniert super und auch Herd, Waschmaschine und Backofen sind einwandfrei. Wenn das Bad saniert wurde, würden wir auch gerne wieder kommen.

Quick trip to Athens

It was very nice stay, each family had there only little apartment. We were with in walking distance to a nice little restaurant and convinient store and a bakery. George helped me plan our 48 hours in Athens, could have never done it on my own. I appreciate George's patience with me as planes came in late and ship departure was early so some last minute pick ups had to be made. We simply loved our drive. Thanks again for all you help and letting stay in your house. Linda
