The studio is located in one of the most commercial streets of the Mallorcan capital, all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, in addition to live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere in the area. And is that the heart of the city is at your feet. At the end of the street is the Plaza Mayor. Plaza España, from where you can catch buses or trains to anywhere on the island, is a few meters away.

This studio has a capacity for 2 people. It has a double bed, a living room with a French kitchen that is equipped with all the utensils and utensils necessary for your stay: ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. In the living room you will find a modern sofa and a table to enjoy your meals. In addition, the studio has a full bathroom with a shower tray and a hairdryer. We offer free Wi-Fi in addition to air conditioning with heat.

It is very important to note that you can only access the apartment via stairs, since it is located on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator.
