Hello Jim, Thank you for being our guest. With the newest technology, we also face a threat of fraud charges . The id and selfie is requested to ensure we are renting an actual person. To ask for the credit card front and back is to ensure that we are not dealing with a fraud charge and the card holder is in possession of his own card. Since we do not see our guest in person and the checkin process is completed online, this is a requirement. Thank you for choosing Wonder Vacation Homes, the menthol air freshener can be strong. I am sorry that it affected you. Pest controller was sent for ants and the home was treated, Florida is home to such bugs and that is why our homes are treated frequently. But this does not qualify for a refund. Also the pillows were replaced right after your checkout. We do not provide wash cloths and this is mentioned in the House rules you get to see on VRBO and on the rental agreement you signed. WE provide one towel and one hand towel per person unto the max capacity of the home and there are washer and dryer in the unit for you to run a fresh cycle. I wish more communication would have happened during your stay, a lot of this could have been explained during your stay rather than on the review. But we hope that you enjoyed everything else besides the towels and the hope itself. WE are here if you have any questions about your stay, before and after.

We would like to clarify that the master bedroom does include a king-size mattress per the manufacturer’s specifications; however, we will be reviewing the bed frame setup and mattress condition immediately to ensure it meets the “plush” description in our listing.
