Wir würden uns freuen, Sie in unseren niedlichen Cottages begrüßen zu dürfen, die sich in einer hübschen Stadt in Spartia auf Kefalonia, ganz in der Nähe eines wunderschönen Strandes in Spartia, befinden.

Jedes der 4 Cottages ist ein hübsch dekorierter Bungalow mit 2 Schlafzimmern, der perfekt für diejenigen geeignet ist, die nach Strandapartments oder einer kleinen Villa am Meer suchen.

Das Haus bietet Platz für 4-6 Personen: eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, das andere zwei Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Sofa, auf dem bei Bedarf ein weiterer Gast untergebracht werden kann. Der sechste Gast erhält ein Zustellbett.

Das Wohnzimmer ist in zwei Bereiche unterteilt: einen allgemeinen Bereich, in dem Sie sich gut unterhalten können, und eine Küche mit Esstisch, Kühlschrank, Herd und Spüle.

Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Waschbecken und WC.

Jeder Bungalow ist ca. 60 m² groß. Die Fläche, die die Hütten teilen, ist von 3.000 m² und ist gepflegt mit liebevoll angelegten blühenden Sträuchern, Bäumen, Blumen. Es gibt einen Grill im Hof, wo unsere Gäste einen schönen Grillabend organisieren können. Schöne Schmuckstücke, Blumentöpfe und Kunsthandwerk verleihen dem Gesamtbild Charme und zeugen davon, dass wir alles mit Liebe tun und versuchen, eine komfortable Umgebung für die Gäste zu schaffen. Kein Wunder, dass viele von ihnen Jahr für Jahr hierher zurückkehren!

Die Asphaltstraße führt zum Strand: Die Abfahrt ist kurz und wird Sie sicherlich nicht ermüden. Der Strand ist vor dem Wind geschützt und eignet sich perfekt für Familien mit Kindern sowie für die Fans zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen.

Ungefähr in 300 m gibt es einen anderen schönen Strand - Thermanti. Seine unglaublich klaren Gewässer und malerischen Strände werden Sie sicher erobern.

Am Strand von Kimatsias gibt es zwei nette Tavernen, wo Sie Kaffee trinken, frühstücken, zu Mittag oder zu Abend essen können.

Direkt über der Hütte befindet sich eine weitere Taverne, die leckeren Fisch und Meeresfrüchte anbietet.

Das nächste Geschäft befindet sich etwa 2 Kilometer vom Bungalow entfernt. Sie können Produkte und andere Waren über unser Festnetztelefon bestellen und Ihre Bestellung wird ohne Aufpreis geliefert.

Wir empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten, um unabhängiger auf Reisen zu sein und die gesamte Insel Kefalonia zu erkunden - es ist fantastisch! Genießen Sie atemberaubende Strände und azurblaue Lagunen der Insel: Myrtos, Petani, Antisamos, Alaties ...

Nicht weit von Spartia, finden Sie viele andere schöne Strände: Agios Thomas, Lourdas, Pessada, Ema ...

Etwa 2 km von Sparta entfernt liegt die Hauptstadt der Insel - Argostoli. Besuchen Sie es am Morgen und freuen Sie sich auf die Riesenschildkröten von Caretta Caretta, die am Wasser toben. Kommen Sie am Abend hierher, um die beliebte Straße von Lithostroto zu besuchen, in gemütlichen Cafés und Bars zu sitzen, Souvenirs zu kaufen oder einfach eine gute Zeit zu haben.

Spartia Beach

Excellent location, lovely host who picked us up from the airport and left cake for us during our stay. The fridge had been stocked with essentials on arrival and the bungalow was equipped with everything you could need. It is literally a 3 minute walk to a beautiful safe sandy beach and the restaurant 5 mins walk up the hill is excellent. We loved our stay in Katerina's bungalow, thank you Katerina.

The property was wonderful with very good facilities. As advertised, it is very close to amazing beaches that we loved going to. It is also a short drive to Argostoli and we found it a good base for exploring other parts of the island. What was best was the hospitality of the owners. They went out of their way to welcome and look after us which made the holiday very special and we are so grateful for their kindess and generosity.

Lovely place!

Very nice place, lovely small house. The location was outstanding. The beach was very nice with soft sand, few rocks nearby, clear calm beautiful water , perfect for children and adults alike. House has an amazing green yard. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. We 100% made a great choice for the money! And we highly recommend this cute house!

We had the most wonderful stay. The views, the location, the bungalow, were all even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Katerina and her daughter were the most thoughtful hosts we could have wished for. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Three days were not enough! An amazing stay ♥️

Cannot recommend this property enough! The bungalow is perfectly appointed, with great AC and an outside shower (one inside too of course) that is brilliant for getting sand and salt off! A 3 minute walk down to Spartia beach, which is fantastic (the photos on here don't do it justice) with good snorkelling and rocks to jump from. Spartia is a nice village, but you need a car to get to it from the bungalows and I would recommend one in general as there is so much to explore around majestic Kefalonia. The property is great, but the owner Katerina and her daughter Angela are really amazing. We were picked up from the airport and when we got into the bungalow there was a delicious meal waiting for us and essentials in the fridge. There was nothing that was too much for them, and they delivered another delicious meal to us on our last day. Thanks so much to you both! We'll be back for sure.

Best ever!

We've just returned from the best seaside holiday we've ever had, and we've had a few, but let me explain why this one was so special. The property is spacious, clean, well proportioned and well equipped. It is also extremely well positioned, a short 40 meter walk and you're on the beach. Let me just state here that the pictures do not do justice to both the property nor the beach, they are superb. But what made this holiday and property extra special was the welcome, hospitality and kindness shown by the owner, Katerina and her daughters. We arrived about midnight to be greeted by them and a fridge full of quality breakfast foods, the biggest watermelon you've ever seen and fresh, homemade lasagne for all four of us....we were knocked out by their welcome, friendliness and generosity, and this continued for the whole of the 10 days we stayed. Gifts of fresh local honey, home made sponges and more melons were daily and Katerina has perfected the art of being available to check everything is ok, without being intrusive. We were seriously spoiled and treated with kindness - even when I accidentally broke the hammock! (Too many homemade cakes!) So thank you Katerina for a memorable holiday, we will certainly be back and if anyone out there is considering a holiday in Kefalonia, this is the place to come without a shadow of a doubt.

die Entfernung zur Bucht ist sehr kurz, die Bucht ein wunderbarer Ort zum Schwimmen, schnorcheln und sie ist auch familienfreundlich (flaches Wasser), auch die nächste Taverne ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, zwei weitere Möglichkeiten sich zu stärken, befinden sich ebenfalls in direkter Nähe.

Fantastic beach break

We stayed in one of the 5 bungalows belonging to Katerina and her family. It was perfect for our family of 4 with all the equipment we needed to cook for ourselves and shared laundry facilities. The bungalow is 2 minutes walk from a sandy beach with rocks that our boys enjoyed jumping off and snorkelling around. There is a taverna within walking distance but we hired a car through Katerina after a couple of days which is highly recommended as it’s quite a hike to the local shops. Katerina was an amazing host, she went far beyond all our expectations and even provided us with a meal in our arrival. I think she really is the best host we’ve ever had, and she made our holiday truly special.

Fantastic time at Mihaila Bungalows

From start to finish Katerina and her family have been the perfect hosts. They prepared a wonderful arrival meal and continually delivered little treats including home made jam. The property is in an ideal location for the beach and wonderful tavernas. We highly recommend this venue and would like to come again.

A very warm welcome and a wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed the most wonderful holiday at the largest of the Mihaila Bungalows. The cottage was clean and comfortable inside and was set in its own large, beautiful secluded garden complete with hammock, palm trees, lawn and a shaded patio. We didn't need a pool as the local beach is just a minutes walk down the hill, so we could swim before breakfast and even night swim as the water is lit from above by the pleasant beach bar which overlooks it. We loved the area around Spartia, with its many beautiful sandy beaches and Spartia village with its great restaurant. The villa owner, Katerina, made our stay really special. She could not have been more welcoming. In fact, she was so kind our children now refer to her as 'Greek Grandma'! She and her daughter had cooked a delicious meal for us the night we arrived and the fridge was filled with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch the following day - including her homemade jam. She was never intrusive, but arrived throughout our stay bearing eggs from her chickens, jars of local honey, almonds from her tree, the best Greek yogurt and much more. We cannot thank her enough and we we will definitely be returning.

A perfect home away from home!

The cottage is located minutes walk from a small lovely beach. It is a two bedroom very spacious apartment with a nice view from the front terrace. The apartment offers 4 comfortable beds and a sofa that opens to a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a laundry machine for free use the private garage. Above all is the hospitality of Katerina, the owner. She filled the fridge with goods for breakfast, shares with us her cooking from home and was really willing to do anything to pleasure our time there. Although it is not located near one of the main attractions of the island, I must say that it is a small island and every beach or attraction is up to an hour drive. In the end of every day it was so pleasant to return to this place that was like a home for us for those days!

Все очень и очень понравилось , замечательное место))) и фрукты с дерева, и мармелад, и даже рыбкой свеженькой угощали)))! Просто домик мечты! Лучшее место, где нам доводилось отдыхать - все мило, со вкусом и душой, море под боком :)) Обязательно вернемся. Цена идеальная, а реальность превосходит самые смелые ожидания!

Superb holiday

I can honestly say that this is one the best holidays we have ever been on, and this cottage exceeded our expectations! It is in a quiet location and the beach is only a short walk away. It's close to 3 taverns: 2 by the beach and one few hundred meters up the road from. The outside space is great, - has lots of greenery and a BBQ area. The bungalow inside is clean, well decorated and comfortable. Thank you Katerina for your hospitality! Will most definitely book again next time we visit Kefalonia.
