Ocean House # 1905 ist eine innere Golf-Front 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Eigentumswohnung auf der 9. Etage im Gebäude mit Blick auf ich auf den Golf von Mexiko. Das Gerät ist ca. 1000 sq ft mit Blick auf den Golf aus dem Wohnzimmer und Golf-Seite Master-Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit WC entweder mit einer Wanne / Dusche Combo oder Stand-alone-Dusche. Der Golf-Seite Master Badezimmer ist über das Schlafzimmer und Flur zu erreichen. Die Straßenseite Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit einem Stand-up-Dusche.

Ocean House I und II sind 9 stöckigen Gebäuden mit 6 Einheiten pro Etage 1 Meile westlich von Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House hat einen großen saisonalen Null-entry-Außenpool und ein kleines Kinderbecken. Das Anwesen hat auch einen Grillplatz, die beide Gebäude I und II-Leistungen.

* STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN: Die Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von $ 89 wird niemals zurückerstattet. Stornierungen, Änderungen des Aufenthalts oder der Unterkunft innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Ankunft führen zum Verlust der Anzahlung. The ONLY “fuss” I have is that we were not told that the parking pass was cash only. Otherwise the stay was really nice. Clean, beautiful views, and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to a lot of rental condos over the years. This one was one of the best. No complaints about it at all. The view is lovely from the top floor. I think they need to update some of the walkway area to the beach. One area is old wood that is breaking down and is covered by black (in the heat?) outdoor carpet. It really needs replaced and I worried about splinters and it was hot.One thing I will add that I wish I may have seen in reviews is the jellyfish in the area. This has nothing to do with the condo, but if I'd known this is a known jellyfish beach I'd probably have gone elsewhere. Two of my kids got stung on separate days, then they were afraid to go back in the water. Many people got stung this season according to a store owner where we went to buy sting medicine. Just a consideration for families. Maybe do some research before your trip to see how it's looking at that time of year.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The AC didn't work when we arrived. We called and 20 minutes later they had maintenance there and he fixed it quickly. The balcony was our favorite area of the condo. Early morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by!We would all stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location and the unit were fine. We did not use the pool due to the weather, but it was a nice, clean area. We were a bit surprised about the lack of “niceties”…..not a problem (and definitely made aware of prior to our visit ) but it made shopping an immediate need.

The condo was exactly as the pictures!! Very close to everything. Quiet and very family friendly! Only issue we had was when we came back to condo around 10 pm and there was NO parking!! We lucked out and someone was leaving the 3rd time around the lots. Other than that we had a great time!! And would definitely recommend to other family.

Great property. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Great view from upper floor. Parking not an issue. Elevator worked well. Only wish - the exterior door to condo would automatic lock when you exited. If you do not lock it the condo is open to all.

Love this condo!

This is the second year in a row we booked this condo. Location is great and we love the balcony view of the Gulf. Having two king beds and two bathrooms is ideal for two couples and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. We highly recommend this unit!

Loved our stay!

The condo was so nice! It was decorated so nicely and the view from the 9th floor is absolutely beautiful! Location is perfect and close to grocery store, restaurants and main attractions. Pool is spacious and the kids loved that it changes colors at night. Super cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo & Location!

The condo was exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable for two couples. It checked all of our boxes--a king bed and private bathroom for each couple with a balcony facing the gulf and just steps away from the beach. The location was perfect with it being in a low-key area but plenty of restaurant choices close by. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach chart delivered by the rental company proved to be great convenience for our week's stay. We would definitely stay here again!
