Definitely recommend. We will be back!

Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was amazing! All the rooms were lovely decorated and so clean. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didnā€™t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!

Holly Tree Barn

We booked the Holly Tree barn for a hen do and couldn't fault our barn. Each room was laid out beautifully and had robes and towel facilities. The barn had character and was decorated very nicely. The kitchen area and amenities were excellent, with a wide range or mugs, glasses and crockery. The couch was lovely and comfortable and the garden facilities were brilliant. The hot tub was amazing, there were regular checks to ensure the it was working correctly and the temperature was fantastic and hot all ready for when we wanted to use it. We had a brilliant time and definitely made the most of the fantastic facilities, all in all 10/10 for the bride to be and all her hens, would definitely recommend. The online process for adding early check ins/late check outs was also extremely easy

The house was equipped with everything you would possibly need. There were some lovely touches added such as robes and slippers available and also a welcome basket was left. If like me, anyone has any worries of cleanliness (especially given the current pandemic) you honestly do not need to worry - the house was spotless and also a AM/PM hygiene check (phd levels etc) on the swim spa were carried out which was very reassuring. Natalie was a little gem! Super welcoming and very prompt with answering any questions (our bbq gas canister ran out and a new one was replaced immediately) nothing was to much to ask. We had a walk to the fishing lake which was lovely, other than that we didnā€™t feel the need to leave the house and the little one loved the swim spa to much! We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again in the future! Many thanks again to Natalie and the family x

Can not fault this place, amazing stay!

We stayed at Ashlin Farn Barns recently and it was just perfect. It was set in an idyllic place but also super close to Lincoln and other awesome things to do (Rand Farm, amazing). The place itself was perfect, huge, each bedroom had an en-suite and of course hot tub was brilliant! The hosts were nothing but lovely too :) Can't wait to go back, once we are allowed. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Family last minute staycation

We had an amazing week staying at Holly Tree Barn. The property has everything we could ask for. Well furnished throughout to a very high standard. Great family spaces where you can spend time as a large group but also space to be able to sneak off for 5 minutes peace and quiet. The hot tub was the icing on the cake and was loved by kids and parents alike. We loved it can't say a bad word about it. Thanks for a great holiday.

What a fantastic weekend we had, everything was so perfect. The barns them self are out of this world, but the little personal touches were what made it so special. Champagne glasses and a bottle presented on arrival, a homemade cake, robes, slippers etc. The hot tubs were fantastic and the barns had so much space and each so unique. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for a fab stay!!

My 60th birthday made amazing by this fantastic place

My 60th birthday celebrations were made perfect by staying in such a fabulous place. 10 ladies but we had loads of space. Made even better with each bedroom having a ensuite and lovely bathrobes. Lovely touch with the cake and cheese left for us. Charlie is a lovely man who greeted us. Very friendly and helpful. The log burning was so nice and the underfloor heating. The main feature is the huge hot tub that was amazing on a cold dark evening! Would recommend this highly!

Comfortable, spacious and cosy

We recently stayed at Holly Tree Barn and we were most impressed with the space and the overall presentation. All the bedrooms are a reasonable size with own bathrooms. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is a lovely space and the perfect place to relax - looking out onto a private court yard and hot tub. The barn was beautifully decorated for Christmas with lovely personal touches. The location of the barn is in rural Lincolnshire but close enough to enjoy the city also and next to a nature reserve ideal for country walks. We would definitely stay again. Thanks to the hosts for their customer service and friendly manner.

Surprise 50th Weekend

Had a fabulous time celebrating my husbandā€™s 50th amongst good friends. The barn was absolutely fabulous and we had a great time in the hot tub. Everything about it was 5 Star Plus and we will definitely return. Thank you Ashlin Farm Barns, it simply was a blast!!!

An amazing place to stay - exceeded every expectation we could've had!

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The barn was huge, beautifully decorated, and truly luxurious. The customer service we received the entire time was second-to-none, and the extra touches that had been added to the barn were incredible - toys for the little ones to play with, a gorgeous lemon cake, Lincolnshire cheeses, games for us to play - there was literally nothing that could have made this weekend getaway better for us. We were so sad to leave and we will absolutely be booking again. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ashlin Farm Barns for an amazing getaway.

Lovely place for familyā€™s to be together

We celebrated a 70th birthday with our family, country walks , fishing , seaside . Loads to do round and about including choc drop factory and shop just up the road which went down really well with the Grandsons . Lincoln 10 mins away has lots to offer. Holly barn was amazing and would definitely return for the hot tub and lemon drizzle cake and cosy barn.

Ashlin Farm Barns must be the best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in - spacious, warm, comfortable, elegant, spotlessly clean, well equipped throughout, en-suites for all the bedrooms, thoughtful and tasty starter food provisions provided by the owners and toys for the dogs. All that for a very reasonable price. We were lucky to find Ashlin Farm Barns in our search for a suitable holiday house in Linclonshire.

We had the most amazing time staying in Holly Tree barn. The place is absolutely stunning and Natalie and the team couldnā€™t do enough for us. Absolutely everything had been thought of and all the little touches really added to the wow factor. It is the perfect place for large groups to get together!

We had the best stay in holly tree barn. They had thought of everything to cover our needs. The barn was excellently furnished and perfectly clean. Great location to Lincoln. Couldnā€™t fault it one bit. Would definitely stay again!
