Geräumige am Strand 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad Wohnung, mit einem großen Balkon und absolut herrliche Aussicht! Alles in der Einheit wurde gerade renoviert, einschließlich: Neue Möbel, neue Flachbildschirme, neue Matratzen, neue Utensilien, neue Küchengeräte, neue Küchenschränke, neue Granitarbeitsflächen, neue Badezimmer, neue Terrassenmöbel und vieles mehr ...

Diese 2-Bett / 2 Bad Wohnung ist ca. 1300 qm, direkt am Strand, mit herrlichem Blick auf den Ozean! Es bietet Platz für 8 Gäste (6 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder unter 10). Es gibt ein King-Size im Schlafzimmer Bett, ein Queen-Size-Bett im Gästezimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Es verfügt über 3 Flachbild-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, Gästezimmer, und auch Schlafzimmer zu meistern. Die Wohnung kommt auch mit einer Waschmaschine und Trockner und kostenlose Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und ein Strandwagen für Ihren Aufenthalt!

Dies ist ein 2 Bett / 2bath Einheit, die maximal 6 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder unter 10 schlafen:

Exceeded Expectations!

My family had the best time here! The condo was exactly as pictured and came with a few chairs, toys for the beach, and a beach wagon which super came in handy. The pool was soooo nice and big and it was the kids favorite thing. There is also a little bar/restaurant downstairs with daily drink and food specials. The owners are really njce too. I highly recommend booking this condo and we will definitely be booking again. Our host was extremely nice and accommodating and would recommend renting from her

Beautiful!

We loved everything about this place! It's decorated beautifully, the tile floors are easy to keep clean and it was so big! The view was gorgeous, the table on the balcony was a perfect place to enjoy meals. The beach was close by, the pool was nice to have. The property is located close to all the fun.

Fabulous Condo

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The condo was nice and affordable. The only thing I would suggest is additional blankets for beds. I personally get cold at night. Beach access was perfect. Parking was good too. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

Wonderful tropical getaway

We really enjoyed our time here. The views were fabulous! Waking to see the ocean from our bed was something we will never forget. We loved the beach and all the shells we found. The “warm” pool, as the kids call it, was a fabulous way to end the day. Friendly and welcoming community! We will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

Perfect location!

Very nice condos. We have stayed for 12 years at PCB, this by far is the best layout condo and complex. Pools are large and clean and are easy to get to with lots of space, tables, and chairs. A ramp to the beach is always a plus!!!! Missed having a hot tub. I know you can't predict the weather but the ocean (double red flags) closed for 5 days sure is disappointing. I love the Gulf Coast just not the storms!!!

Amazing.

Simply amazing. Manal is always quick with responding! I messaged her about some things that needed to be fixed and was very pleased with her response of her husband coming to inspect and fix them! With that being said, I absolutely love this location. This is our second year with here and the stay has always been super amazing and has made it feel like home. The beach is just across the pool, there’s a heated pool across the parking lot, and the location is a great place where it isn’t just busy busy busy. Already planning a trip for next year!

Great view!

The location was a great place for all types of food and activities to enjoy. The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo is a little out dated but it was clean and I DID NOT see any kind of bugs. After reading a previous review about roaches, I was a little hesitant to book, but I’m glad I booked this condo. The condo owner always replied immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo. If you want a more updated condo, then pay more for one elsewhere. Oh yah! I almost forgot to mention that the condo has beach toys, chairs, beach wagon and umbrella to use.

This condo is very clean and well maintained. Recently updated with modern design. You can tell the owner takes pride in the condo. Very spacious! Gorgeous view. Slept great every night. Comfortable furniture. The pools and beach are clean and easily accessible. Parking pass was provided which made coming and going into town a breeze. The owner is very pleasant, and quick to respond to any question or concern. The beach chairs/umbrella/sand toys/wagon to transport it all the the pool and beach was a very nice perk. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. This is a very good deal for such a nice place to stay! Refund of security deposit within days. We hope to make it a yearly tradition 😀

The condo was unclean and clearly had not been kept up for a long time. Furniture had been broken and rigged back together. The furnace filter vent was so full of dirt and dust it was showing on the outside wall. It was advertised as recently renovated as if the work had been completed however there was patch drywall that had not been painted. There were stains in the sheets of the master bedroom. Trash under the bed of the spare bedroom. The dinning room furniture and master bed were rickety and falling apart. There were no drain traps in the sinks or tub in the master bathroom. No lightbulbs in several lamps. The handle on the fridge was practically falling off and it kept leaking water from underneith it. The washer and dryer took all day to wash and dry two loads of laundry because it kept shutting off mid way through due to overheating because of lack of ventilation. We addressed the issues with the owner who was quick to respond and offered to send people out to clean and fix things however we declined due to not wanting to spend our vacation waiting for maintenance. These issues were clearly poor cleaning and maintenance for a long time. The property was beautiful and the condo had alot of potential if it was taken better care of. The owner offered to refund cleaning fee but we have not yet received it yet Ive stayed at alot of places through VRBO and have always had a five star experience this was a big disappointment. The locations and view couldn't be better.

After reviewing everything you mentioned, I can confirm that all issues have now been addressed: the condo has been deep-cleaned, repairs and replacements were completed, and a full maintenance inspection was done. This situation was the result of that particular unit being accidentally skipped during routine maintenance—something that does not reflect the condition of our other condos. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and your cleaning fee refund is being processed. The location and property deserve a better impression than what you experienced, and I hope we have the chance to make it right in the future.
