The management team we have in place in Spain, who all live in the local village, were visiting the villa on a regular basis to answer all the issues, on the same day or at latest the next morning. The satellite TV technician, who is also German, showed them how to turn the TV satellite box on. We have a beaurtiful villa in a fantastic location, with easy access and just 10 minutes to Frigiliana village. This is an old farm house, the walls of the villa are 60cm wide, the villa is cool in summer and warm in winter. At the time of their stay there were unusally extreme termperatures of 38 degrees, normally they are 29 degrees, so I can understand why the clients felt hot. We do not advertise A/C, because we don't need it or have it. Almost all villas in this area do not have A/C. All the bedrooms face north not west so they get the very late evening sun, not the hot afternoon sun, and all have fans. There is normally a mountain breeze blowing during the day and night which also keeps things cool. We do not advertise a dishwasher, because we do not have one. The bikes are not advertised or available because previous guests have had accidents, so we have removed them for safety reasons. Please read all the lovely reviews we have received for this villa over many years. 60% of our clients have stayed at this villa more than once, evidence of what a fantastic holiday home this villa is.

Das Management-Team haben wir an Ort und Stelle in Spanien, der alle leben in dem Dorf, besuchten die Villa auf einer regelmäßigen Basis, alle Fragen, am selben Tag oder spätestens am nächsten Morgen zu beantworten. Die Satelliten-und Fernsehtechniker, der auch Deutsch ist, zeigte ihnen, wie man die TV-Satelliten-Box zu aktivieren, weigerte sich sogar, wieder zu besuchen, weil er gesprochen wurde sehr grob. Das Hausmädchen, die den Wechsel der Bettwäsche besucht wurde gesagt, zu verlassen und nicht wiederkommen. Wir haben eine Beaurtiful Villa in traumhafter Lage, mit leichtem Zugang und nur 10 Minuten von Frigiliana Dorf. Das Haus ist ein altes Bauernhaus, die Wände des Hauses sind 60cm breit, das Haus ist im Sommer kühl und im Winter warm. Wir werben nicht A / C, weil wir es nicht brauchen oder haben es. Alle Zimmer sind nach Norden nicht nach Westen, so dass sie die späten Abendsonne bekommen, und alle haben Fans.
