The central gardens and pool are truly beautiful. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The place is in a wonderful location - near beaches and restaurants. It’s a good starting place in the morning to explore other parts of the island as well.

The room was exactly all we needed for our stay. We were able to prepare and cook meals, and we also used the bbq area. We did some laundry (5.50 for a load to wash & dry/ coin-op only, but there is a change machine). We swam in the pool daily. Gorgeous pool! The grounds are like some tropical microclimate jungle full of the most beautiful and colorful flora and fauna you could imagine! Also, many chickens, parakeets (?), and geckos! All so cute! We were able to get parking every day except our very last night, but there was ample street parking right by the property, so no problem there. There are wonderful walks to do from the property into cute little neighborhoods and even Baby Beach. Across the street is the ocean! This is a very quiet and peaceful retreat. The loudest things are the birds! Ha! We will definitely enjoy staying here again for many years to come.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management at office was very rude yo me. Stayed on this property many of times before and this was by far the worst communication ever from kauai vacation rentals. The lady Alicia i spoke to was rude and condescending to me. Talked over me and made me feel like an idiot. Very disappointing and dissatisfying

We really enjoyed this studio. The bed is wonderful - king size and very comfortable. Even with a king size bed there is plenty of space to sit and visit. The kitchen worked great; we appreciated the full-size refrigerator. The closet area was good and the big set of shelves was very useful for laying out our clothes, etc. Bathroom is well lit. The grounds are truly a garden paradise, with beautiful tropical plants and flowers everywhere. The pool is also very nice. I loved hearing all the birds...my husband was not a fan of the roosters crowing at all hours! We would stay here again, and recommend it highly. The only drawback was the stairs; my husband is recovering from knee surgery so it was a bit difficult for him, but he did OK!

We had a wonderful stay here and would happily come back again. The condo is extremely well equipped with everything you might need, including plenty of towels, laundry detergent, and even snorkeling gear. The A/C is a bit loud, but it works very well and kept the unit comfortable throughout our stay. The property is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and the swimming pool is fantastic. The location is excellent, within walking distance of a great snorkeling beach and only about a 5-minute drive from Poipu Beach. 40 mins to Waimea canyon and few other scenic spots. There are also food trucks and a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab meals and supplies without going far. One thing to note: there are chickens and roosters on the property, so don’t be surprised if you’re woken up early in the morning. That’s not really the property’s fault though, this is Kauai, often nicknamed the “Chicken Island” of Hawaii, and free-roaming chickens are part of the deal. Overall, this was a great place to stay in Kauai, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shower curtains wouldn’t stay closed while showering. Shower is really tiny. A smaller kitchen would have given the shower more room. We managed but larger people would have a big problem. At minimum, get larger shower curtains that don’t insist on bunching up when the shower is on.

The studio was perfect for my stay on island. Poipu is always a great choice. This unit was located 2 minutes walk from one of the best sunset spots on island. The convience of a full kitchen was greta and the bed and pillows where super comfy!

Great location, super efficient

This small (essentially studio) apartment packs an amazing number of amenities. Everything you need. Pool is great. Location excellent for excursions. Pretty much equidistant to Waimea and western attractions and Wailea (East) and the Nepali coast (North). Walk to a choice snorkeling beach across the street. Poipu beach is a 5 minute drive.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was the perfect size for us. Spacious bathroom and ample room for our clothes. The kitchen was tight, but worked well. The location was great, close to Poipu Beach, we could walk across the street to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets, and it was easy for us to get everywhere we wanted to go. The parking was great, right next to the building and covered from the heat. We did not have a lanai, which was our choice. We sat by the bbq place to have a beer outside. We met a few nice people, but it would have been nicer to have had a bigger area.This was great for our purposes and would gladly rent again.

Lovely!

Wonderful location in Poipu! Awesome to have snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for beach days. Nice view of the pool and tropical gardens, and a walk downstairs and around the building led to being able to see the ocean. Well furnished, good condition of cookware and appliances, and easy parking (the Lawai Beach Resort was the most convenient). Thank you for having us!

A Perfect Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place to bring my niece for a vacation in Hawaii. We were mostly there just to sleep, because we spent a lot of time exploring the island. We found the bed comfortable, and the place was furnished with everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parking was a daily hassle. The place was good value if you don’t expect updates. Everything was provided and everything was clean. No bugs in this building and beautiful grounds. Had a good stay overall.
