Der Suche nach einem günstigen Urlaub 50 Schritte vom Strand entfernt? Dieses 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad Wohnung führt zu einem Gehweg mit einer Treppe zu einem weißen Sandstrand an der Chesapeake Bay. Die sehr günstigen Mietpreis Offsets in der Lage, nicht auf den Strand von der Wohnung zu sehen, aber 50 Stufen kann nicht für den Preis zu schlagen!

Die Wohnung ist komplett Exekutive für einen schönen Urlaub für ein Paar eingerichtet, zwei Paare oder Paare mit Kindern (max Belegung: 4). Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und einen großen Schrank. Kleine Schlafzimmer ist mit einem / zwei Etagenbett, Schrank / Kommode, und ist, wo die Waschmaschine / Trockner befindet. Die Küche ist mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Teller, Gläser, einen Mixer, Toaster, und die wesentliche Kaffeekanne voll ausgestattet! Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine voll Couch und Ottomane, Couchtisch und Flachbildschirm-TV mit lokalen Kanälen und WiFi. Großes Badezimmer mit gefliesten Wanne / Dusche.

Nice location as advertised.

Property is accurately described in the advertisement. Close to the beach. The beach is very UNcrowded. We enjoyed using the kayaks. Apartment was adequate for lodging and a great jump-off point for day trips to area attractions. Busch gardens/ water country , Virginia Beach boardwalk etc. we all enjoyed out stay.

Ok, but not wow!

What was negative: Didn't receive welcome letter. So I have to work around to realize where Apt 1 is. It's 50 steps to the beach, but you have to walk through Bungalow backyard. I think Bungalow guests was not happy to see us every day. Never seen so many flys. Positive: Catherine is very nice person. Trying to help with minor problems. Like AC and wi-fi. All issues was solved. Beach is really close. Not crowded. Like I said- stay was fine, but not "WOW".

So nice to host you and your family George! The shared walkway is not usually an issue, but the family at the Beach Bungalow during your week did not speak English ... which was likely the only reason they didn't speak with you or perhaps seemed unfriendly! I was practicing my own French while we worked through the internet provider problem on Monday ! We hope to host you again, and perhaps at the Beach Bungalow itself! Cate & Tom

The property was well maintained, close to the beach as with access to watercraft.

First of all, Cate was extremely responsive to a couple questions that I had while there. I think I had answers within 30 minutes. She was also kind enough to warn us about a sever storm that was causing flooding on the roadways the day that we arrived. The property was one of two apartments located behind the main house along the beach front. The easy 50 foot walk past the main house is all that keeps you from the beach. We traveled in mid August and the beach was nearly deserted the entire week. It was a great time for out family including 1 and 3 year olds. The only issue that we ran into that is even worth mentioning is that the wireless router is located in the main house and the signal is very weak in certain areas of the apartment we stayed in causing issues with a child monitor. However, we were able to work around it. Overall it was a great little place with easy access to the beach and comfortable furniture and a wonderful host. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful Little Beach Bungalow

This is the second time our family has stayed in this same house and we loved it! Small, simple, out of the way, quiet beach front and well kept house equipped with everything you need. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We even videoed how long it takes to get to the beach from the door - 1 minute 30 seconds. Catherine is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly to questions/messages.

Great time, once again !!!

Recently completed our second week in as many years in the apartment...Just like last year the accommodations could not have been easier or better.... Very nicely appointed space and really only steps from the beach and the Bay...I highly recommend again and look forward to another visit here in the future....Ben

If you are looking for quiet family vocation this is the place. The house was amazing with everything you needed. We felt like we owned the beach . Definitely we are coming back .

Nice vacation, we loved it !

Great house as described. Clean and well equipped. Perfect destination for quiet families. House is really 50 steps from the beach, on the beach side. Owners are friendly. No garden though but you can relax on the beach at night.

What A Great Place !!!

This is a wonderful place to stay .... Great 2 BR apt., quiet, well stocked with all you will need for a time on the Chesapeake Bay....The beach is wide here, beautiful, and not crowded, and perfect for long walks....Cate and her husband were there when we checked in and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating....We loved every minute there and will most definitely be back...

Stunning View!

The bungalow apartment has all the amenities you need. Full kitchen that is well stocked, 2 BR's (1 being a trundle pull out bed, the other a QB), full bath. Well kept property and Cate is super sweet and accommodating. The beach is very clean and just a steps from the bungalow. No waves so perfect for relaxing or small children, not crowded at all. Stunning view!

Little slice of heaven...and an angel who runs it!

A 40 step walk to the the ocean view beach, this sweet 2 BR bungalow is a little slice of heaven. The apartment is newly renovated, it has hardwood floors, two bedrooms, with a nice full bath. Although located just off off of Ocean View Ave--it is quiet and peaceful. It is obviously loved by the owner, Cate, who meticulously cares for this and her other properties. All you need to bring is your suitcase and some sunscreen! Enjoy and make some memories--I sure have. So grateful Cate!
