Im ganzen Haus, werden Sie offen gewölbten Decken oben edel, bequem eingerichtet finden fließt mit einem Sand und Meer-Thema zu schaffen, es ist ganz eigenen Atmosphäre. Für höchsten Komfort, hängen Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer die Klimaanlage Komplimenten. Granit, Edelstahl-Geräte und digitale Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Leichtigkeit der in Ihrem eigenen Hause zu sein. Das Obergeschoss Master beherbergt eine außergewöhnlich komfortable himmlischen Kingsize-Bett, Meer farbigen Berber Teppiche, gesättigt mit Schrank und Stauraum. Das Bad im Obergeschoss an den Master angeschlossen ist, hat es einen schönen großen Granit Zähler nach oben, Sand Fliesenboden mit einem separaten Custom Dusche Ihre Tage und Augen in der Art zu öffnen und Ihre Tage mit beruhigenden Umgebung schließen Sie ins Bett zu schmelzen. Das 2. Schlafzimmer schmiegt sich ein gemütliches Queen-Size-Bett, fit für eine Königin. Meer farbige Berber Teppiche, mit viel Stauraum und eine Datenschutzwand vor dem Fenster, das Zimmer ist ein süßer Schläfer! Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist die Heimat einer voll / full Etagenbett mit einem Twin trundle oben auf Meer gefärbt Berber Teppiche sitzen, begleitet von geräumigen Schränken. Die f / f / t Koje / ausziehbares bietet viel Platz für die Kinder, aber groß und komfortabel genug, um die grups auch aufnehmen! Das Erdgeschoss gemeinsames Bad befindet sich zwischen 2 und 3 Schlafzimmer gelegen, ist es ideal für den Austausch zu machen. Es stellt eine Granit Zähler nach oben, Sand Fliesenboden mit Dusche / Badewanne Combo versiegelt. Great location! So many awesome places to walk to and a beautiful view of the sunset each day! There was plenty of room for our family or 4, and all the beds were really comfortable! The only disappointment was that the patio couch in the pictures had been replaced by a table. We were definitely daydreaming of lounging in the sun on the patio couch, and there was just a table and chairs there, so no room to lounge. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Grace! The location and view-complete with evening sunsets-are definitely the highlight of the house! Apologies for the missing outdoor lounge couch-a delightful place to relax and reflect-it was damaged and had to be laid to rest. The good news is new patio furniture (table chairs and lounge couch has been ordered and awaiting delivery! So keep that daydream alive and forward to sun soaking and lounging on that patio couch when it’s time for another visit to Del Mar!

What a wonderfully serene property this is. The hubub of downtown Del Mar is just a block away for when we wanted to go to shops and restaurants, and less than a block in the other direction was the Pacific. The house is so comfy and cozy and has lovely beachy decor. More than anything, tho, was the great care taken of us by Lauren was a gift. I’d stay here again at this gem of a home with a gem of a host over and over.

Perfect beach location

Ideal location for a beach vacation. Very short walk (5 mins) to playground and beach and only a block away from shops and restaurants. Lauren was a great host and quickly responded to any questions or needs. Kitchen is very well stocked and Lauren has provided everything you need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, towels, etc).

Amazing trip

Definitely one of the most well stocked places that we have stayed at. Probably the only thing that you need to bring extra are chairs and an umbrella. The area was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time!

Lovely place in perfect location

We have stayed in Del Mar area several times and this house is perfect for hanging out on a beach weekend. Our 23 year old son and his girlfriend met us here and we hung out at the beach, walked to restaurants, ran along the river...location can't be beat. The house is updated and is private with plenty of privacy between the master and other bedrooms. Will be back!

Our property is located on 13th Street overlooking the ocean, taking in deep breaths of ocean breeze, and perfectly situated in the center of all that our favorite city in the whole wide world has to offer!

There are various options in Del Mar when choosing a home or hotel to accommodate you. Not many can offer you the location of 13th Street or deliver the amount of home you are looking for as you are away from home. The wood shakes on the outside of our custom home to the grassy yard placing you in the midst of the action and tranquility are disarming from the moment you set sights high on the property. Upon entering our home, you will know why we want to share the love of our life with our guests!
