Beautiful beach

The property and condo were nice, the beach was beautiful. Valet parking was the only option for 40/night and that should have been disclosed in the description instead of “valet parking available “. The pool and hot tub were drained during our stay as well. When I messaged the property manager, they replied too late to do anything.

Great location for a great time

This property fit our needs very well. The layout was perfect for two couples. Access to the beach was easy and effortless. Distance to restaurants and other activities were minutes away. The is a clean, well-kept property.

Great stay

Location is AMAZING. There’s shops and restaurants within walking distance. The view was perfect. Both ocean and intercostal. There is a large rock in the ocean that the kids enjoyed snorkeling around. The room was spacious. A few updates are needed but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Stay on Singer Island

Great property. The condo is perfect, laid out well with beautiful views. Must try and stay there during new years eve. The fireworks from the balcony are amaze balls! We wanted for nothing on our stay. Only downside is that it always very windy in January. Other than that this place is the bomb, with a water slide to boot. Cant recommend it highly enough!!! 5 stars!!!

Condo on the beach

We stayed at this property for 10 days. The condo is beautiful and has everything you may need. Immaculately clean and decorated with taste. It’s located directly on the beach with a balcony facing the ocean. Property has 2 pools and kids club. Although we didn’t utilize the kid club. There’s a restaurant in the building and many others nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

nice property and great location. Living room tv is archaic, porch chairs are old and nasty ( we have stayed in this condo at least one other time) and the kitchen utensils are sparse. Come on man, spend a little for these upgrades.

Great relaxing beach getaway

Room was beautiful and clean. It was also very spacious. It was nice and relaxing even though it was a large hotel. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. The property staff also followed distancing guidelines well. My only complaint is they nickel and dime you on any amenities such as beach chairs, bikes, etc. There were not a lot of dining options so if we didn't eat dinner at the hotel, we had to go down to Palm Beach or order in. Overall great stay and I would definitely go back.

We do include a guest guide (available by an app as well as a link via your booking confirmation email) including local dining options and activities categorized by distance from the hotel (such as within walking distance and within 5 miles, within 10 miles). Beach chairs are included in the unit and you are most welcome to rent larger serviced loungers by the hour or day through the Marriott beach attendant. The resort does offer other paid amenities including bike rentals and beach activity equipment. We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay overall and always look to exceed guest expectations. Large space with a great view

We had a great time in West Palm. There were a few issues that were promptly taken care of by Singer Island Rentals. It was very crowded the week before Easter with lots of families with small children, so we stayed away from the pools and really enjoyed the beach. Most employees were friendly and helpful. The workout room, restaurants and beach were pros...the valet parking can be a pain, you just have to call 10 minutes before you go anywhere. Overall, great location and nice property.

Florida visit

Nicely furnished unit with good layout. We had issues opening with the slider to the patio. I'm 6'2" 240lb and could barely open the door. My 125lb wife could not open it. Very frustrating. The place was also dusty particularly the shelves in the closets. Otherwise the experience is what you would expect from a Marriot type rental.

We encourage guests to please notify us if there is ever an issue with the balcony door, so we can give you instructions or have our maintenance staff stop by with to spray the track with white grease. From time to time, the salt air impedes the gliding nature of the door, a common occurrence with oceanfront properties here in South Florida. Additionally, the closets were recently painted during that process and droplets from the painting spray machine dusted the wooden shelves causing a coat of white sprayed paint to land in some areas of the shelving. The owner is in the process of having the shelves retained to avoid confusion. We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island.

Lovely Condo and Resort.

This condo is lovely. Furnished nicely. Views are spectacular. Resort is nice. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Two complaints...The cost of the valet parking is ridiculous. $32 per day Is a lot anytime, but our stay was for 28 days so it cost us $900 for the month and then, of course, there is the tip. No option to park your own car. And the valet service was terrible. Lost our car a few times. The second issue we had was beach chair/umbrella rentals. Because we were not “guests” of the hotel, the lounge chairs and umbrellas were $10 per day per chair and per umbrella. The unit provided us with our own beach chairs but if we used our own chairs we were told we would have to go to the public beach next door which was further away from the rest room and amenities. All in all we had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the unit. We just felt nickel and dimed on the 2 items mentioned above for the price that we paid.

While we do wish we could do more for our guests regarding self parking, valet by Marriott is the only on-site parking opportunity. The ocean front foot print of the property is limited to one parking zone. We have noted additional fees and paid services on our booking listing page on Vrbo as well as your rental agreement. Beach chairs are included in the unit and you are most welcome to rent larger serviced loungers by the hour or day through the Marriott beach attendant. Marriott requests that guests using their own beach chairs to sit slightly to the left or right of the Marriott serviced beach chairs to reduce foot traffic and as a safety precaution. BEWARE!!!!!

We stayed at the Marriott in April, rented a unit through Singer Island Rentals. I tried to cancel my reservation within 24 hours but owner refused to let me out of the rental agreement. The unit was full of cockroaches, the carpet was filthy dirty, daughter wore white socks and the bottom of her socks were black. Dirty Q-tip found in her bed. Furniture was dirty and outside cushions didn't fit the chairs. We notified Thomas at the check in desk about the cockroaches and was told he would contact the rental company and owner, we heard nothing back from Marriott, Rental company or owner! Pathetic. We were told by the rental agency that the furniture and decor of the unit was kept up to Marriott Standards, Really?? I wish i could upload the videos of the cockroaches, the furnishings etc.. The employees by the beach and beach bar were very attentive and this review shouldn't deter you from going to this Marriott. Just not unit 1709. I would not rent through this rental agency again. This review will also be sent to Marriott's Executive Team but will include photo's and videos. I communicated all of this with the rental agency and NO response. A True Disappointment.

Property was as described, biggest surprise was valet parking. Cost an additional $1,000.

Liked the unit & hotel. Didn’t like valet parking additional cost. Appliances need updated, but realtor agent was very prompt at addressing issues. Overall 3 star.

Ultra luxury

We've stayed at all of the Marriott resorts on Singer Island and this one is our favorite. The rooms are very luxurious to the highest Marriott standard and seem a bit larger than the other Marriott properties we've stayed in. This property is in my opinion located to the best section of Singer Island / Riviera Beach with a really interesting rock formation that peeks through at low tide making for great snorkeling. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful and the beach team especially take good care of the guests. This particular unit was immaculately appointed and maintained and our hosts were very responsive and ensured that everything was perfect for our stay!

Beat Expectations

Lovely oceanfront condo with all advertised amenities. Property management was attentive and responsive. We would rent the same condo again.

Family Vacay

Property was nice, check in easy, amenities great. Totally disappointed in the “kitchen”! We notified maintenance that our convection oven didn’t work, never got repaired while we were there. We wasted a lot of food since we had the expectation of a kitchen. Also led to extra costs eating out.

Beautiful!

It's was a beautiful condo. Super clean, lovely view, great pools and the Marriott employees were wonderful and helpful! The only complaint I would have is that in the description, it states that you have the ability to bake. We bought food items that we would use to bake but the microwave oven (that had baking abilities) was broken. The condo owner provided another microwave but you couldn't bake. We had to throw away all the food that we would need an oven for. Over all, we had a wonderful time!

Singer Island stay

The Marriott is a gorgeous property itself. However The room was rented through the owner so the Marriott doesn’t do the cleaning they said. The lockout had dirty sheets, pillow cases and cookies left on floor under night stand. The main shower handle was broke. Not being able to bring your drinks to the pool was a bummer but we still had good time. Cleaner room would have been nice.

Located on our looking listing page as well as your rental agreement, we provide cleaning service a la carte for your savings and convenience as we offer steeply discounted rates. Marriott themselves are only cleaning every 7 days at this time, so you have flexibility with us if you'd like to schedule cleaning services at your leisure. Upon reviewing your guest file, we do not have any communications or call requesting maintenance or housekeeping services for your stay. We do have a full time housekeeping and maintenance staff who are happy to address any and all guests' needs immediately. We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island!
