Fantastic 9 days at this apartment. The check-in process and communication with the owners and the manager were both great. The apartment has everything you need and is so comfortable. The pool area is lovely - always sun loungers and shade available - and the beach is a very short drive (plenty of free parking) or a short walk away. The Marina is only 5 minutes walk too and the main town is just over the bridge from there. Cobbled streets and beautiful tiled buildings, lovely little shops and lots of restaurants and bars. We would absolutely come back and stay here again!

Great apartment. Clean, quiet, comfortable and walkable to the Marina restaurants and the old town. Great balcony with comfortable seating. Inside is spacious with comfortable beds and good water pressure with ample hot water. Has everything we needed and more. Rob and Allison were very responsive to our questions. First time in Portugal

Loved our stay! Great location in the algarve. Place was clean and nicely accommodating. Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery store and beaches. Only thing I would suggest is to bringing your own beach towels.

Awesome. Beautifully executed place. All furnishings are high end and great quality kitchen appliances. Fabulous location- close to train station, bus station, marina, beaches, local Mercado, grocery store and old town. All within walking distance. Not to mention a plethora of beautiful beaches and outstanding golf course within minutes away. Super outdoor patio. Doesn’t get any better. We loved it. It was our fourth and last rental on our trip. We definitely saved the best for last. Highly recommend

Fantastic time in Encosta Da Marina

We had an amazing time, apartment is large and comfy with absolutely everything you could need, fantastic location, close to marina and short walk to beaches and old town, it also has an amazing swimming pool. Owners provided excellent support from initial booking through to close of holiday, would definitely recommend and will use again if back in Lagos

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable apartment. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and located in a quiet and well managed development. The Marina, beach, old town and Pingo Doce are all within easy walking distance. The excellent outside space was a particular bonus enabling us to make the most of very pleasant weather both during the day and in the evening. Rob and Allison proved to be excellent hosts. Quick to communicate and helpfully responsive to the one minor issue we encountered. We intend to return.Thank you Rob and Allison.

Excellent apartment

Very clean well equipped apartment in a superb location to the Marina, supermarket & the old town. Shared pool area with the other blocks is very nice. Views from the property are not great due to overlooking a car park & road but it is a fairly quiet. Overall I would recommend this apartment.

Welcome return

This was our second visit and the accommodation lived up to our expectations and previous experience. It’s a great apartment well furnished and equipped and spotlessly clean and well placed for the Marina, Town and magnificent Meia Praia beach. The local agent was friendly and very helpful. Can most definitely recommend it

Great apartment.

There’s nothing to dislike about the property. Clean and modern. It had everything we needed and a great patio to enjoy the evenings. Located a short walk from the Marina in a very safe area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, perhaps the best being Pizzaria Bell’Italia, less than a 5 minute walk away. The property manager was difficult to communicate with but the owners were great.

Great Apartment. Great Place

The apartment was great. It's well equipped and in a good location for us. It has a fantastic balcony, great for breakfast and to catch most of the daytime sun. We found it to have everything we needed and we had a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We had a great time over Christmas and New Year in Lagos. There were a reasonable amount of bars and restaurants open in the marina, which was only a short walk away and also in old town, which was a little bit further. Looking to return next time.

New modern well fuctioning apartment

We really liked staying at this apartment. It is spacious and well planned. Location is excellent and very close to Marina. A short walking distance to old town and good supermarket also nearby. At this apartment everything works well. Kitchen is well equipped and everything is still new. Rooms are spacious as well as bathrooms. Encosta Marina is very quiet because it is a comlex without traffic passing through. This is good location even without a car. Maya Praia beach is also in walking distance. This apartment is one of the best you can find in Lagos.

We found the check-in process confusing. All done online.Also, not enough toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I also sent text about safe that we could not open. Was told property manager would look into it but never heard back. Suggestion: there should be a check list when we check in.

Return to Lagos

We loved the property. Modern, very well maintained and equipped and spotlessly clean. It is very convenient for Lagos marina and town and also the fantastic beach at Mea Praia. The shared swimming pool is good but we would have benefitted from some sunbed mattresses but that’s perhaps being a bit picky! There is a good sized terrace and the views are uninspiring but this is made clear in the spec but perfectly good to enjoy a meal and sit to soak up the sun. Wonderful Stay

We are 2 Canadians who came to Lagos for a month (March 20 - April 20 2024) The apartment was clean and well equipped. We packed too many clothes, as one usually does, as there was a washing machine and 2 drying racks. We ate most breakfasts at the apartment and there was a small Nespresso machine and a kettle. We discovered we really enjoy instant coffee. We did discover that King bed in Portugal does not mean the same in Canada (we would call it a queen). The outside deck was lovely. In the morning we could hear the ocean waves as we enjoyed our coffee. The patio furniture was very comfortable. The pool area was very clean and was a little chilly at the beginning of our holiday, but very nice by the end. There’s even 4 lounge chair pads that you can take to the pool area to make the lounges more comfortable. The biggest plus was the location. We had a car for the first 3 weeks but we would not have needed one. The following are all within walking distance (anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes) the grocery store, liquor store, Train Station, Marina (with many restaurants and bars), what we call the potato beaches (Praia da Batata) and the long beach (Meia Praia), the town with all the shops, restaurants etc, the tour companies and you can even walk to The Ponta da Piedade where you can walk the boardwalk and view the most amazing sunsets (about an hour walk from apartment). The owners were awesome to deal with and very quick to answer any questions or wonderings we had. ❤️

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Die zwei Bäder waren für uns ein toller Komfort. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in der ruhigen Lage konnten wir uns perfekt erholen. Schlüsselübergabe hat prima funktioniert. Es war für uns eine tolle Zeit. Danke!

Super Ferienwohnung

Das Appartment ist modern eingerichtet und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage hinter der Marina ist ideal, wenn man auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum kommen will. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.
