Aloha, willkommen in Waiohuli Beach Hale, in unserer wunderschönen Einheit mit Panoramablick auf das Meer in Kihei. Diese komfortable, zweistöckige Eigentumswohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist ein versteckter Schatz mit einem großartigen Aloha-Gefühl - entspannt und ruhig. Sie befinden sich nur wenige Schritte von einem wunderschönen Sandstrand entfernt, an dem Sie schwimmen, kämmen, sonnenbaden, schnorcheln, kajak fahren und windsurfen können - kilometerlange, friedliche Strandspaziergänge. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie bequem Restaurants, Live-Musik, ein Einkaufszentrum und Märkte. Kurze Fahrt zu zahlreichen Golfplätzen, darunter Wailea und Makena.

Unsere schöne 2-Schlafzimmer- / 2-Badezimmer-Einheit im zweiten Stock liegt direkt am Meer und bietet vom schattigen Lanai, dem Wohnzimmer, der Küche und dem Hauptschlafzimmer einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und den üppigen Garten im Innenhof. Das Gerät wurde professionell und komplett renoviert, mit neuen Bambusmöbeln, Fliesenböden, Granitoberflächen, Spülmaschine, voll ausgestatteter Küche für Ihr Kochvergnügen, Edelstahlgeräten, Möbeln im hawaiianischen Stil, einem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher zur Wandmontage / Blue Ray / DVD und sicheres Highspeed-Internet speziell für dieses Gerät.

Unser Gerät ist weit weg von Straßen- und Verkehrslärm. Es ist sehr ruhig, komfortabel und komplett eingerichtet, einschließlich Küchenutensilien, Kochgeschirr, Strandtücher, Badetücher und Bettwäsche. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Genießen Sie morgens Ihren Kaffee auf Ihrer Veranda und beobachten Sie das Meer. Ja ... besser geht es nicht!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein California-Kingsize-Bett, Klimaanlage und einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Es verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit einer neuen ebenerdigen Dusche aus Glas / Fliesen.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und ist ebenfalls klimatisiert.

Das Waiohuli Beach Hale ist ein Juwel auf Maui und verfügt über einen wunderschönen Innenhof und Blumengärten mit einem eingezäunten 60-Fuß-Solarpool, der sich hervorragend für Runden oder zum Baden eignet und über zahlreiche Liegestühle zum Aufsaugen der hawaiianischen Sonne verfügt. Gasgrills zum Grillen im Freien und Shuffleboard für Geselligkeit. Gemeinsamer Waschraum.

A great location

We really enjoyed our stay here, as it was right next to the beach and pool, and very accessible to grocery stores and gas. The only problem was that after the first day, the hot water didnt work and we had to take cold showers for the rest of our stay there.

Comfortable, quiet, cozy stay

Very well-maintained property. The short walk across the grounds to the beach was great for sunset views. Kitchen and grills were good for dining in and there are plenty of restaurants a short walk or drive away, also a grocery store, drug store, and your choice of snorkel gear rental places. Not huge for two couples but big enough.

Location was perfect, close to the beach. Property is slightly older but the interior was adequate for a family of 4, the bedrooms have portable AC units but they kept the rooms adequately cool along with the ceiling fans. The view of the sunsets from the balcony were phenomenal. Kitchen was great for meals and the grocery stores were couple of minutes from the unit. Great vacation spot.

Easy like a Sunday morning

Seriously, check in was easy and the property had everything we needed. It was easy to clean up after ourselves and we felt safe the entire time. The view was beautiful, we watched sunsets from our balcony frequently. The property had the beach equipment we hoped and the bathrooms were well stocked.

The views are beautiful

Very happy for the most part with our stay. The property is well-maintained and the views are breathtaking so close to the ocean and the garden area is so beautiful and well kept. Condo was comfortable it had everything we needed. The reason for four stars instead of five is because all the fees add it up to make this cost double.

Fantastic Unit in a great location.

A wonderful quiet property with the best of both worlds. It overlooks the ocean that is easily accessible and swimmable. The kids loved the pool and the evening sunsets. Great facilities and we used the BBQ most nights whilst the kids played in the pool. Walkable to great shops/ restaurants and the Church, St. Theresa's is next door with a beautiful Sunday service. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. A fabulous place to stay, would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful Week in Maui

We stayed for a week at this condo and it worked perfectly for our visit. We visited our son who moved to Kipahulu a year ago and we had a great time snorkeling, beach walking and dining out. Good location for us and accommodations worked well for privacy for all. The amenities in the condo were very much appreciated. We had a few noisy neighbors at times but all in all was a great stay. We contacted the management a couple times with questions and got quick responses.

Spacious stay

An overall excellent choice for your stay. Beachfront, excellent views of sunset, close to shopping and food. Very spacious. Powerful air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms. Reasons I gave it 4/5 were for minor issues and caveats: - listing says living room was air conditioned, however it is not. It got quite hot in the afternoon even with windows open. I even confirmed with the property manager who admitted listing was wrong. Please fix the listing. - wifi name ans password in instruction manual was wrong. I contacted property manager who gave corrected info. - Pool has no covered shelter or gazebo, can be hard to sit beside pool in the afternoon. Also Minimum Height is 3.5 ft so my 4yr old couldn't splash around. Another property I stayed at had a kids shallow side. - its in a busy and main part of north kihei, as soon as you exit the property while walking to local store past 9pm, you may encounter a few homeless or drug users.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are exactly as the condo looks. The pool is maybe a 2 minute walk and the beach is maybe a 3 minute walk. It's as if you have your own private beach area. The condo is equipped with everything that you need for cooking as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and an ice chest. There is a grocery store about a half block away so that is very convenient. The management company was wonderful to work with. The only downfall to the condo is that there are a/c units in the bedrooms but not in the remaining part of the condo so it got very hot in the rest of the condo during the day however it cooled down nicely in the evenings. We were not in the condo much during the day but to be getting ready in the 2nd bathroom was very hot. It was my husband and I plus another couple that stayed and we had plenty of privacy and room. We will definitely stay there again.
