Dies ist eine attraktive Erweiterung des Gästehauses im mediterranen Stil mit einem wunderschönen Pool und einem Spa mit rotem Ziegeldach.
Es befindet sich auf 5 Hektar, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom kleinen Dorf Santa Ynez mit seinen Cafés und Restaurants entfernt.
Es ist völlig privat mit eigener Auffahrt und Eingang.
Ein friedlicher Rückzugsort mit wunderschöner Aussicht und einem natürlichen, saisonalen Bach am Fuße des Grundstücks mit vielen Aktivitäten in der Nähe.

Kostenloser Highspeed-Internetzugang. Flachbildfernseher in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer, eine Waschküche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Dies ist nicht auf einer Ranch oft viele Meilen von Santa Ynez und Solvang Läden und Annehmlichkeiten.

Great Hosts

Colin and Rosi were great hosts and very warm and friendly with us in our four day stay. Everything was perfect for us with a wonderful pool on five acres in beautiful Santa Ynez. We really enjoyed hosting the Lofgren family coming all the way from Sweden. They were very friendly, and spent quite a bit of time in the pool. Wonderful property

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Santa Ynez, and Colin and Rosi are wonderful hosts. It's convenient to everything in the area, and peaceful and comfortable. Great spot for morning walks into town and to come back to after a day exploring. We would definitely recommend it, and hope to come back for another visit ourselves.

Great property for exploring Santa Ynez Valley

Greeted by warm and friendly hosts upon arrival. Everything was as described. Location is great with Santa Ynez, Solvang and Los Olivos all a short drive away. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics and the beds and sofa were super comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub as well. Would stay again and recommend. Thanks!

Fantastic Stay

Colin and Rosi were excellent hosts! The guest house was perfect for our New Years stay and were able to bring our 2 pups. The house was centrally located to wineries and Solvang. We will definitely be going back when it’s warmer so we can use the pool and spa!

Perfect pool getaway

We travel with our two Great Dane boys Doc and Wyatt and it’s not always easy finding a place that allows them. We visit my mother in law once a year in solvang so this was a perfect spot in between! Perfect location

We’ve stayed in the Santa Ynez Valley several times. Cooper’s Creek is in a great location and the hosts, Colin and Rosi, are lovely and welcoming. Perfect accommodations for a couple looking for a getaway in the Valley. Close to many good restaurants and tasting rooms in SY, Los Olivos and Solving. We’ll be back! Ann and Bob

Ann and Bob were perfect guests who left the place very clean. They were friendly interesting, and easy to communicate with. We can recommend them and would be happy to have them visit again.

We love the people, the weather, the facilities. We have lived in many parts of the world and Santa Ynez is one of the very best. We have been in the valley for over 20 years. It is also warmer and drier here than at the California coast.

Peaceful, secure, beautiful, great pool and spa, fully fenced, quiet road, a short walk or drive down to the village of Santa Ynez. Hiking, golfing, horse riding, tennis, gliding, cycling, all available nearby. Many great wineries and restaurants as well :)
