Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in this private 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house located on our 3 acre ranch just outside of downtown Solvang! Take in the sights of the rolling hills and the nearby goats, lamas and horses! With a location that is absolutely ideal for any fun you plan on having in the area. We are literally less than 5 minutes away from the local shops, world renowned bakeries, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, grocery stores and natural market place!
This is a rural and quiet family neighborhood that has ranches and farms located throughout the canyon. The highlights of this area are the beautiful hills and the different animals that live throughout the canyon. This area is a hot spot for bike riding, walking or running. There is plenty of room for parking onsite. We ask that guests have no more than 2 vehicles. Guests can walk or drive to town.

Really enjoyed this charming house only 5 minutes from downtown Solvang! Comfortable, clean, and everything we needed for this short trip to the Santa Ynez valley. Would highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere quiet but close to great wineries, restaurants, and shops!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay! It was a perfect place for the 3 of us. We have a 5 year old and he loved it. The place was located close enough to Solvang to visit and also in nature. We saw deer, goats, horses, tons of lizards and birds. The place was fantastic.

Cozy and quant!

My sisters and I stayed here for a long weekend in the spring. We loved hanging out on the deck, enjoying the view and it is perfectly located with less than 10 min drive to everywhere that we wanted to visit. Very cozy and clean place. I would love to come back and stay again!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this “Trendy Farmstead”.The decor was beautiful and had lots of natural light. The deck off the back of the house is the perfect place for coffee. The house was immaculate. The bedding was comfortable and cozy. We both slept well. It’s very quiet and hidden from the road. Beautiful old growth trees surround the house. Hope to visit again. Highly recommend this property.

Great Guest House next to Solvang

This 2 bedroom guest house was very quiet and comfortable. A full kitchen, washer, dryer, and air conditioning are included. The rear deck is very roomy and has a great view of the rolling hills. It is centrally located very close to the Solvang shops. The wineries in Santa Ynez and Buellton are a short drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean & cozy!

We really enjoyed staying here! Everything was clean, plenty of space in the closets for our clothes and suitcases, and loved having the porch connected to the bedroom to step out and have coffee every morning. Was a nice surprise to find a reverse osmosis water tap in the kitchen since we are picky about our drinking water!Just a few minutes from Solvang, and 10 minutes from Santa Ynez, yet still was quiet and felt tucked away.Overall a lovely stay!
