Paradise by the beach

The Condo was so spacious and clean. We had 6 people and all had our own space. We loved that the spa was cleaned and checked daily and the views were amazing. We will definitely come back again.

Turquoise property was amazing. Surprised by all of the activities, poolside amenities and bar. The unit was very nice. We were a little disappointed with the beds. They were not a plush as you would hope for on vacation. And the unit was lacking additional blankets. Other than that we would stay in this unit again considering the. Price was reasonable considering the property

We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us with the 3 bedrooms. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space at the beach and pools. I would recommend using the chair service as it was very convenient and reasonably priced. The only suggestion would be to let folks know prior to booking the hot tubs are out of order on the balcony rather than a few months before the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend getaway

Room very spacious. floors were very sticky when we got there. Also, we had to kill alot of large roaches from the balcony area. I think they are coming from the barbeque pit area. would recommend spraying. Also, would be nice if added memory foam to mattresses. not too comfy. overall nice place.

Love Turquoist Place

We love staying at Turquoise Place, and this is a beautiful property. There is plenty of room/storage for everything. We had a couple of issues with the condo, but called the property management company, and they sent people out to complete repairs promptly. I forgot to mention that one of the bedroom doors does not latch, but I'm sure that they would have fixed it, had I mentioned it. I'm pretty sure that the clothes washer has had issues for a long time, but if people stay in the room and don't call the property management company, they would not have any idea that there are issues. And again, they fixed it right away. A couple of recommendations would be that some of the furniture needs cleaning, and that it would be awesome to have some beach chairs and beach toys tucked away in one of the closets (like some of the other Turquoise Place rentals do) Since we flew in, we had to buy chairs and floating toys, and then literally have to throw them away after a week (because we can't take them home) I wasn't sure if the cleaning staff would allow them to stay in the room after we left. All in all, it was a beautiful week, and the Turquoise Place is the best place to stay in Orange Beach.

Nice complex, terrible mattresses

Turquoise Place is one of our favorite places in Orange Beach! The amenities are top of the line. This particular unit was not super nice as far as decoration is concerned, especially compared to other rentable units. The mattresses are TERRIBLE!! Be warned… your back will hurt after night one. The rental company is super easy to work with. They responded quickly when I messaged.

LOVE the Turquoise But...

So over all the Turquoise is the best place to be by far. I've stayed other places and I just love this one the most. Now with that said let me say that condo 2102 was lacking. #1 This kitchen needs some help...I had to go buy a working can opener, a larger frying pan, some pot holders and a dust pan. I feel that should just be staples that come with a condo that cost that much. Don't worry I left it all behind for the next renter! #2 The beds SUCKED beyond belief hard as a rock and squeaky as all get out! #3 They say leave the lid on the hot tub and it will get warm and it does BUT as soon as you take it off it cools off ASAP. and that was no fun. #4 The hot water heater does not make enough hot water for a large group of people! That is all the down sides. The upside the view is EPIC and the firework show is spectacular and over all the space this condo gives you is fabulous. I just feel like this condo needs some things improved.

Beautiful property

Loved the size of the condo at 2400+ sq ft. Loved the kitchen, high end appliances, and the large balcony along with the included grill. There was a hot tub on the balcony but the hot tub couldn't stay hot after removing the cover. (Within 1 hr, the temp will drop from 103 deg to 98 deg (great for a pool, but not for a hot tub). Despite information posted on the the turquoise website, MOST OF THE POOLS ARE NOT OPEN!! ONLY THE MAIN POOL for the WEST tower. On another note, this unit is in the east tower which is still under renovation from the 2020 hurricane. .
