Das Splash Resort ist ein wunderbares 'rauchfreies' familienorientiertes Resort. Es gibt eine klimatisierte Sykbrücke, die die Ost- und Westtürme verbindet, sodass alle Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts von jedem Turm aus leicht zugänglich sind, ohne das Resort verlassen zu müssen. Der Ostturm verfügt über einen Pool, einen Lazy River, ein Planschbecken für Kleinkinder, eine Snackbar, ein Fitnesscenter, 2 Gasgrills und eine Lobby / Sitzecke am Golf. Der Ostturm ist der erste Turm, in dem Sie ankommen, wenn Sie das Resort aus dem Parkhaus und der Lobby betreten. Vom Ostturm aus können Sie eine zweite Skybridge überqueren und gelangen zum Westturm mit dem Wasserpark, dem Whirlpool, dem Pool und dem Spielzimmer.

ÜBER DIE WOHNUNG
Es gibt ein volles Schlafzimmer, zwei Kojen auf dem Flur und zwei Badezimmer. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit geräumigen Gemeinschaftsräumen und einem großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf und den Strand.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein sehr komfortables Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player, Plantagenrollläden und ein eigenes Hauptbadezimmer mit einer riesigen Gartenwanne. Neben dem 2. Badezimmer auf dem Flur befindet sich eine Nische mit Etagenbetten. Fliesenboden in der gesamten Wohnung.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player, eine Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem größeren, nebeneinander aufgerüsteten Kühlschrank mit gefiltertem Wasser und Eis in der Tür und Granitoberflächen. Voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr und Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Die Waschküche verfügt über eine verbesserte Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, um große Mengen Wäsche zu waschen. Kostenloses WLAN in unserer Wohnung und im gesamten Resort. Auch in unserer Wohnung befindet: Haartrockner mit Nachtlichtern in Badezimmern, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit. Splash is located in a great area of PCB. Close to everything but without the large groups of spring breakers. We were excited about the kids water park but unfortunately, the water was still to cold for us to enjoy. The unit we rented was a very spacious 1 bedroom / 2 bath that would sleep 6 people comfortably. The owners, Anthony and Trang, were very responsive to any questions I had. They were great to rent from.

This is our 5th time staying at Splash. This particular unit was really in need of some TLC. The furniture was really dirty. We have had great stays before. So maybe this property owner just needs to update their unit.

Not what I was expecting

The location was perfect. The beach, the emerald waters. Close to shops, restaurants, and fishing. The unit itself was a total letdown. The unit has a lot of updates that need done. It was my 40th anniversary trip for my wife and I. Never been to Florida and we expected more than the worst unit in this beautiful resort. We won’t do that again.

We had bare sheetrock showing in the bedroom, unclean bed sheets when arrived on master bed, pool bar that is advertised was never open. Splash isn't worth the money, and we will not return to the resort. Although, VRBO owner did let us check in early on the day of arrival which was a plus.

All feedback are much appreciated. I take pride in providing a clean, comfortable stay. Please read my other reviews to get a clear picture. I can assure that all linens are exchanged between reservations so this is the first I've heard from Nichole about the master bed sheet. As for the sheetrock, the complex found some water leaks from the windows during heavy rain from the units above ours. They had to cut out a portion of the sheetrock to investigate all units below. The sheetrock are put back so it's in no way affect your stay. Until they fix the issues from above, maintenance will not refinish the area.

Loved Splash resort but condo was very outdated.

First time staying at this condo. The resort itself was very fun for the family. Loved the pools and lazy river. The condo #205E we stayed in was very outdated. The furniture was old and falling apart. The chair had a very large tear in it which i saw listed in another review from 2023. Rugs were very worn and dirty looking. Some of the appliances didn't work. The kitchen was very limited on dishes, silverware and cookware. The bottom piece was broken off of the microwave. Coffee maker didn't work however the owners did drop off a new one. The TVs were very small and the one in the master bedroom didn't work. I would probably stay at this resort again but not in this condo. Owner would have to do quite a lot of updating before i would pay the prices they charged for this unit.

Not worth the money!

Not worth the money furniture is all old and broken down. The master bathroom shower doesnt even work. The toilet runs non stop. The ice maker doesnt work. Something all over the balcony curtins. The kitchen was lacking utensils. There were no luggage carts everything had to be carried up the stairs because the elevators are so crowded and slow!

The chair in living room is literally caving in. Couch is old and dirty. Pull out feels like you might as well sleep on the ground. Sliding door to balcony is real bad and grinds at the bottom. Can hardly pull it open or shut it. The master bed crunches and makes loud noises when you move an inch. Tub drain is broken. Ice maker on fridge was messed up. Overall the place was decently clean, just not worth what we paid given the lack of taking care of the place.

Honesty is the best policy

I will start with the positives. 1) beach access was great. 2) well lite onsite parking. 3) elevators worked. 4) washer and dryer in room was was nice, but washer is extremely loud. 5) nice view from baloney, even tho we were right above the pool it wasn’t too noisy. 6) access to streaming networks was great. The NEGATIVES The bed was the MOST uncomfortable thing we had ever slept on. Dreaded going to bed each night. Not only was the bed uncomfortable but the toilet ran 24/7 and it was loud. All you can hear. It was the worst. Shutting the door did not help. I even think the hallway toilet was running as well. Constant water trickling is the last thing you want when you’re exhausted. The shower head in the master bath is pitiful it barley puts out water. We had to shower in the hall bath to properly get the sand off. There were several of the over head can lights out (that’s Just laziness on the staff). The WiFi NEVER connected. We tried the new and old 205 neither connected it just spun and spun. The ice maker did not work and the Fridge had no inside lights. Is the sliding door to the balcony supposed to weigh 200lbs? The living room furniture needs an update. The arm Chair has a hole on the inside big enough for a baby to fit in. The rug is disgusting. Splash resort it’s self seems good. But i think the lack of care the owner took in his rental kinda turned us off from coming back to this resort.

A decent stay

The property was easy to navigate and finding the room was not a problem. Room was pretty clean when we arrived. We did notice that the lightbulbs were burned out in the lamps and in the vent-a-hood over the stove. The kitchen is minimally equipped. There were no measuring cups or spoons and no blender. The ice machine was stuck on crush and it made a mess in the floor everytime you used it. The decor was decent, although it did not flow. There was a zebra print rug in the living room and there were bright colored fish on the walls. I don’t usually pick the condo based on decor, as it doesn’t matter that much to me. But it was worth pointing out. The king mattress was well worn with indentions on each side. The room was on the 2nd floor but there is a lobby and ground floor as well so technically you are on the 4th floor. This makes a difference when you are traveling with someone with a disability. This is not the owners fault, I’m just simply pointing out how they number the floors. Considering what we paid, I would have expected a little more but it was a decent stay overall.

Worth the stay!

We truly enjoyed this 2nd floor rental and property. Condo was clean, organized, and had almost everything we needed. (Bring your own salt/pepper) We loved all of the pools and amenities for the kids and Alvin’s right across the street was a bonus. Area is well lit and the property itself was a breath of fresh air compared to other condos we have rented. Parking was a breeze and beach is steps away from pool area. Even though this was a family type property, even for July 4th week it wasn’t overrun by children or noise. The only cons were the elevators were extremely slow but I expected that. We would definitely be back!!!

Perfect Condo for a young family of 4

Everything was perfect! Great room great location beautiful beach, what more can you ask for! Property manager was very easy to stay in contact with, only negative was the TV remotes didn't work very well but honestly who goes to the beach to watch TV so it didn't bother us much at all! 100% will attempt to book this same room for future vacations. Thankyou to the property manager for providing a great condo with everything we needed for a perfect family vacation!
