Der Golfplatz wurde kürzlich restauriert und belegt Platz 4 der Plätze, die in ganz Hawaii verfügbar sind.

Die Nordküste von Kauai ist die schönste Gegend in ganz Hawaii. Es ist bekannt als "Die Garteninsel". Meilen von STRÄNDEN und VULKANISCHEN BERGEN bieten vielfältige Freizeitaktivitäten auf der ganzen Insel.

Lovely stay for a couple

Condo in Princeville

Lovely little condo on the top floor, easily cooled with open windows and fans. Groundskeeper and maintenance impeccable, not a cockroach or ant invasion in sight. Quiet neighborhood, though the nenes and albatross compete with chickens!

good location and the hosts are very customer focused.

The location and amenities were wonderful. However, when we checked in around 6 or 7 PM, the place wasn't cleaned. The bed was unmade, the bathroom was messy, and the bathtub was backed up. I contacted the hosts, who promptly fixed the issues within an hour. While it was inconvenient because we were tired, the cleaning crew arrived quickly, and by the time we returned from dinner about 2 hours later the place was perfect. The hosts handled it well, and I would rebook with them again. Thank you for the quick fix.

We stayed for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The place was clean with a great location, it was also stocked with pretty much anything could have needed. The beach chair and beach towels were so nice to have! The hosts were very friendly and communicated very well, would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy

The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and we didn’t need to purchase or rent anything to enjoy all of the beaches. Quick 10-15 minute scenic drive to Hanalei.

Quiet and beautiful

We enjoyed our 15 day stay at Doug and Cheryll's condo. The condo was clean, well stocked with many items, is very quiet and right on the golf course, pure paradise. Parking lot was never full so there was alway spaces available. Doug and Cheryll were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. This is a beautiful location with friendly people.

Quiet place to stay in garden setting

We have stayed in Princeville many times plus other locations on Kauai. Compared to other condos that we have stayed in, this is one the best. Some people have commented about the heat, but it is a fact in Kauai that it gets warm and most places do not have air conditioning. We kept the ceiling fan off in the bedroom during the day so that the heat stayed high and wasn’t pulled down. There were plenty of fans provided and pulling air in through the bathroom window kept the condo cool. It can depend some on the trade winds also. Other than a few tiles around the shower, this was the best maintained condo that we have been in. The kitchen was well equipped. We had the opportunity to meet the owners during our stay and they are quick to answer any questions you may have. There was a different feel here because not every condo in the complex was a rental with a constant parade of people moving in and out.

Excellent!

This was the perfect base for our activities on Kauai. It had everything we needed - full kitchen with supplies, washer/dryer, etc. It stayed cool most evenings and there were many fans when it did get warm. The bed was very soft. It was a quick walk to the cliffs to see the ocean and easy drive to everything else on the island.

Good 2 person condo. Well stocked with beach items. Washer/dryer works well. Infact everything worked well. The condo internet didn't show up on the available list however the phone still had access to the net somehow. There is a freshly hatched Albatross chick and parent close by the condo. Very quiet neighborhood. Good stay even with a fair amount of rain. (Note Kapaa traffic is very slow going!)

Great location, nice condo, choose this one!

Great place, only complaint is if you show up at night on your first night it is really dark. Condos are not marked very well so take it slow and use a flash light. Wash/dryer in one, do not dry your clothes it will fry them! Other than those two trivial things this place was perfect. Hit the grocery store less than 5 min away stock the kitchen and enjoy your stay!

Property Needs a Good Scrubbing

Property owners were nice and responsive but the property was not clean enough and several amenities were broken, or missing. I would not stay again. Examples: Shower grout was moldy, excessive rust (more than normal for Kauai properties), toilet was dirty or excessively stained, screen door did not close, bathroom screen has huge gap, hair dryer was missing from box, extra fan broke while in use, extra garbage cans cluttered deck, and outdoor light barely worked. Its in a convenient area and the resort property is nice.

We have stayed in many different condos, but this is the one that said "Home" to us. The views are beautiful and the home is peaceful. We want to share our love for Kauai and our Home Away from Home with you!

This condo is located right on the golf course (hole #15) with views of the mountains and the north shore coast.

There are so many amenities to enjoy in Princeville and Hanalei Bay, including kayaking, fishing, farmers market and surfing.

If you have the time available, the Saturday morning Farmers Market in Hanalei Bay is a must see. They have locally grown fruits, vegetables, dairy products and local artisan crafts.
