Das Allegretti House ist eine frisch renovierte Wohnung eines berühmten römischen Architekten, die komplett möbliert ist und sich perfekt für Ihren römischen Urlaub eignet.
Wir sind 50 Meter von den Vatikanischen Museen und 100 von der U-Bahnstation Ottaviano entfernt.

In der Umgebung finden Sie alle Arten von Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkten und sogar einen großen und traditionellen lokalen Markt, Wäschereien, Apotheken, Banken, Bus- und U-Bahnstationen. Es gibt auch ein nahes privates Parkhaus, das zu Fuß erreichbar ist (Euro 20,00 pro Tag).

Casa Allegretti ist ein neu renoviertes und möbliertes Apartment eines bekannten römischen Architekten, das mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist und sich ideal für einen unvergesslichen römischen Aufenthalt eignet.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem wunderschönen historischen Gebäude aus dem späten 19. Jahrhundert, nur wenige Meter von den Vatikanischen Museen und der U-Bahn-Station Ottaviano entfernt.

Die Nachbarschaft ist mit allen Dienstleistungen ausgestattet (Museen, Geschäfte, Friseure, Bars, Restaurants, Fast-Food-Restaurants, Supermärkte, ein lokaler Markt, Apotheken, Krankenhäuser, Wäschereien, Banken, U-Bahnen und Busse). Wonderful place for family to stay in Prati!

It was a wonderful property in the quiet neighborhood of Prati. Ideal for families. They provided a booklet with plenty of information to get around the city and suggestions for restaurants. Property was clean and in a great location. We were two blocks from the steps to the Vatican Museum which was super for our morning tour time slot. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Amazing Property in Prati

There isn't enough praise for the property and the management by Elisabetta and her team. The size and layout of the unit was perfect for our family of four. The location was very convenient to the Vatican and other major tourist attractions and is only two blocks from the Metro. The neighborhood is a little quieter and has a lot of little restaurants and a Carrefour Express a block away. Elisabetta and her team made the entire experience seamless and pleasant, to include arranging transportation to and from the airport for a very reasonable additional fee. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again.

The best experience

Everything was perfect, The host was amazing, friendly and helpful. The location is within easy walking distance to the Vatican and just a few bus stops away from other key tourist attractions. The apartment is gorgeous. Elisabetta has even taken the time to prepare an extremely helpful informational booklet. It included everything you needed to know about the unit, how to get around, important phone numbers, and amazing restaurants that were outside the normal tourist places. My niece summed it up the best, this place knocks it out of the park!

Perfect Spot in Rome

This place was better than we expected! Super clean, updated and had everything we needed for a week-long stay for our family of 5. Location was great: shops, restaurants,Vatican, metro just steps away. Even though there is construction happening on the facade of the entire building, we were not bothered at all. You cannot hear a thing once you were inside. There is a small elevator but we took the stairs up to 3rd floor each time. (Just be aware.) Staff was very nice and very responsive to communication - helped coordinate transport to/from airport which was seamless. One of the best properties I have rented.

Wonderful apartment

Newly renovated apartment in the Prati neighborhood. Very close to the Vatican, metro and bus stops, grocery store and good restaurants. Unfortunately, my sister lost her phone. Elisabetta contacted taxi companies for her. We didn’ t find the phone but because of Elisabetta’s help we felt we had done what we could do. Thanks Elisabetta! We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, safe, modern, comfortable apartment. This spacious apartment is the perfect place for a Roma holiday.

Great apartment with A/C near Vatican

What a great place! My group of four could not have been more pleased with the nice size, updated condition and excellent location of this lovely Prati apartment. Every room was well-appointed and very clean. Rome is notoriously hot during the summer months, so we really appreciated the apartment’s excellent a/c during our 6 day stay. We also loved the convenience of having a washing machine AND dryer as well as access to strong wifi. We enjoyed the atmosphere and ease of the neighborhood. The Vatican, Ottaviano metro station and the bus stop are within easy walking distance, and there’s a plethora of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops and grocery markets nearby. Elisabetta was a wonderful and helpful host. She and her assistant Svetlana were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Comfortable and Convenient Apartment Near the Vatican

This was our 3rd trip to Rome and the first with our teenage children. This was the first time that we stayed this close to the Vatican and will be our choice from now on. The apartment is located in a BEAUTIFUL courtyard building with private access and is just 2 blocks from the Vatican. Not only did it make the Vatican easy to tour, it allowed us to return to St. Peter's square in the early evening before dusk and just hang out and enjoy this magical place. The apartment has all the conveniences, super comfortable beds and great AC if you need it. It also offered a great washer and dryer and the conveniences for cooking. Our hosts were wonderful, timely and gracious. We were so happy with this apartment and are adding it to our list of ones to return to. Grazie!

Beautiful place / Fantastic location

We loved the place. It was so spacious and beautifully decorated. Elisabetta was so thoughtful. I mentioned to her that my family and I were going up to celebrate my birthday and when we got there she has this cute string of lights that said Happy Birthday sitting on top of the table in the living room. The courtyard leading to apartment is beautiful and the apartment provided plenty of room for our family (6 adults). The apartment is walking distance to Vatican City, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and shops. Elisabetta also had a book providing info on places to eat, buses or trains to take to visit different areas of Rome. She also arranged our transport to/from airport and was outside of apartment ready to greet u when we arrived. This apartment is not only beautiful and conveniently located but the helpfulness of Elisabetta made it stand out even more! We loved the place and are sure to be back.

Our Stay at Casa Allegretti

This apartment was perfect for our group of six people (three couples). The apartment contains three bathrooms so we each had our own one. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms had modern fixtures. The gathering space was roomy and we enjoyed gathering there together in the morning and evening. The refrigerator was adequate for the food and drinks we purchased. The location was good. It is close to the Vatican and a Metro stop. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Elisabetta was great to work with. She arranged for transportation from the airport and back to the airport for a reasonable fee. Elisabetta met us at the apartment and answered all of our questions. She was also helpful with suggestions about nearby restaurants and metro routes. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. It was great!

Besonders ruhig das Zimmer zum Innenhof. Die Lage der Wohnung und die Größe für uns 4 Erwachsenen optimal. Sehr persönliche und freundliche Betreuung. Keine Mängel.
