Diese atemberaubende Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage direkt im Zentrum der pulsierenden und kosmopolitischen Stadt Lagos.

Mit einer Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude und einer privaten Sonnenterrasse ist das Apartment ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die ganzjährige Vermietung. Es bietet zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten für Familien und Paare.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar und verfügt über eine Eingangshalle, die zu einer schönen, hellen Lounge mit französischen Türen führt, die zu einem Juliette-Balkon führt. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einer Tür, die zu einer großen privaten Sonnenterrasse führt. Beide Schlafzimmer sind zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet, wobei das Master-Doppelzimmer französische Türen zu einem Juliette-Balkon hat. Schlafzimmer 2 ist auch ein Doppelzimmer mit französischen Türen und Zugang zur privaten Terrasse.

Das moderne und zeitgemäße Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC.

The property managers were very responsive and helped us store bags, helped us when we got locked out and arranged transport to and from the location. It was a perfect location for our girls trip, right in the city center and close walk to beaches.

The perfect location in old town!! Could not have been closer to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, etc. Our host picked us up from the train station to help us check in to the property, absolutely amazing !! Will stay here again if we come back ;)

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our stay most pleasurable. The location was such that we were able to get anywhere. We wanted to go within a matter of a couple of minutes. I highly recommend this rental property.

Great location and nice accommodations. HOWEVER, I will never stay here or rent from Algarve Resorts again. This company seems to focus on what’s convenient for them rather than what a guest might need. Here are several examples of the terrible communication & service we experienced.1. We were sent confirmations for two different apartments. No one mentioned a change to the plan so I had to contact them to ask which was the accurate confirmation.2. Upon arrival, we agreed to meet our host at the apartment. She never mentioned that you canNOT drive to the property - it is on an alleyway. We drove in circles. We communicated with her about where we were and she kept saying “you’re very close”. We sent our location. But she provided no guidance. We were actually less than 50 feet away at one point but she couldn’t tell us how to get there or that we needed to park and walk! She was a native English speaker.3. When she showed us around the apartment, she neglected to communicate that there were hidden blinds that were electronically managed and could provide both privacy and black out for sleeping.4. When I asked for more toilet paper and bath gel (4 of us there for 3 days), she said their procedure is to provide only the first days worth.5. When I requested maintenance to get hot water in the bathroom, she explained that the temp was set approp for this property and no maint was needed.Too bad for apt owner that this mgmt company will lose biz for them.

We take all feedback very seriously and as a result I have taken the time to look further into this matter. As a result, I am quite shocked by this poor review for a property that is clearly advertised as not having parking available and being situated in the centre of the old historic town. There is a map on the VRBO advert that shows the exact location of the apartment and we always send out full arrival instructions, which include GPS coordinates in good time prior to the arrival. On the day of arrival further instructions and images were sent via whatsapp showing exactly where parking is available closeby and exactly where the property is situated. I fail to see what else we could do to make it easier. The fact or the matter is that these clients chose to totally disregard all of the instructions and then blame our staff for their own incompetence. We 'sell' accommodation on a self catering basis, which means that beyond the basic amenities (soap, shampoo, washing tabs and dishwasher tabs, loo roll) guests have to cater for themselves. On investigation, we found no fault with the hot water. May I politely suggest that if you want daily replenishments and a personal shopper you choose a hotel in future.

Great apartment in the center of old town Lagos

My wife and I rented this apartment for one week in July 2018. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay and would definitely want to stay here again the next time we are in Lagos. We didn't have a car and arrived by train. Adrian (the property manager) was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up at the train station and drove us to the apartment to drop off our luggage, showed us around the apartment and made us feel comfortable. There is very little parking near the apartment, so it is best for someone who plans to walk or use public transportation (train/bus). There are several very good restaurants very close by. We especially liked Casa do Prego and Mar d'Estorias, which were both within one block. There is a small grocery store within a block, with a larger grocery about one mile away. The beach (Praia da Batata) is a 10 minute walk and you can walk from beach to beach through a series of tunnels - at least when it's not high tide. The "alley" in front of the apartment is only for pedestrians (i.e., no cars) and is relatively quiet. We felt very safe, but were not out late at night. The apartment is on the first floor (meaning "second" floor) and you can either use the stairs or a small elevator. The bedrooms and bathroom are of good size. One of the bedrooms faces the alley and there is a very bright street light right outside, so you would need to keep the blinds drawn. We stayed in the back bedroom which opens into the courtyard. There are good air conditioners in each room that can be used when needed. The internet was reliable and fast. In summary, we very highly recommend this apartment.

Nicht gut

Seitenstraße in Lagos wo tagsüber Drogen verkauft werden und nachts viele betrunkene Leute unterwegs sind. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Größe der Wohnung ist ok, bis aufs Bad - wo auch kein Wasserdruck / heiß Wasser war.

Appartement prima, behalve kwam op het terras geen zon. Wij gingen er van uit dat er wèl zon zou komen aangezien er twee ligzetels en een parasol stonden. Dit was het belangrijkste minpunt. Daarentegen veel pluspunten: wifi-snelheid uitstekend en de airco werkte perfect. Eveneens de netheid van het appartement zeer goed: wekelijkse poetsbeurten waren inbegrepen. Winkels in de buurt: wel wagen nodig voor grote boodschappen; een paar kleine kruideniers wel te voet te bereiken. Grootste troef: enorme keuze en hoeveelheid restaurants om de hoek!

Ok lejlighed men problemer med udluftning og afløb i badeværelse. Lejligheden kunne godt trænge til en mindre overhaling. Ukurante tallerkner og glas. Netflix og aircondition, plusser når man trænger til en pause fra den meget turistede gamle bydel.

Tres bon sejour. Appartement fonctionnel, cuisine équipée (par contre pas de micro ondes). Terrasse tres agréable.

Great place to stay

The place was exactly how it’s described. Excellent location in the center of Lagos, near a parking for the car, lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Batata, the town beach is just a few minutes walk away whilst the Marina and the famous beach at Meia Praia is within easy walking distance.
