As soon as you reported the issue with the hot water, we took immediate action by arranging for a technician to visit the property. While the first intervention did not fully resolve the problem, a follow-up visit was carried out, and the system was restored—albeit with the taps mistakenly reversed, which we understand added further inconvenience. Once this was identified, the issue was fully resolved. Following this, we carefully reviewed your case and offered a partial refund in recognition of the disruption. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to our follow-up, so we were unable to proceed further.
