Most perfect stay ever

Fabulous house that is extremely well organized and maintained. Very helpful on site service providers. We have rented many homes and villas all over the world and this was by far the best experience we have had-every detail was thought of.

Absolutely Fabulous

We stayed in the villa, with a party that ranged in age from 22 to 83. The villa is stunning, the photographs of the view cannot do it justice, we felt safe, secure and privileged. Is there a probability of us using this villa again, definitely.

Cannes vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The house was extremely well appointed for a large group and the views from the house were amazing! The pool area was beautiful with shaded and comfortable seating areas. The pool table and ping pong tables were a treat. The town was a short 10 minute walk downhill and a quick taxi back for those who did not want to walk back in the heat. Jerome and Anise were wonderful and responded very promptly to any question we had. I would highly recommend!

Feedback on Cannes villa - summer 2024

The villa was gorgeous and ideally located to get into town. The views were stunning and it was perfect for a large family stay. There was everything that was needed for a large family including outside sockets to plug in and charge up the electric car! Both the property owner and property manager were extremely helpful, especially when one child had a small accident and we needed to take him to hospital. They provided us with all contact details for the doctor and the hospital. There was a big drive for at least 3 cars and it was great how the large patio doors opened up. Important to follow the instructions on the alarm though and shutters. All in all a fantastic place to stay and very clean and organised!

Great villa, excellent location close to downtown Cannes and beaches and a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful time in the villa. It was beautiful, very well situated with a view to the sea and had all of the necessities and then some. The location was in very close proximity to the beaches and downtown Cannes but yet situated at the top of a hill so it was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was very clean, well functioning and in good order. The housekeeper, Gerome, was great, very responsive and made sure everything we needed was provided. The owner Isabelle was also very attentive and immediately addressed any questions and needs that we had. We would definitely return to this villa on our next visit to the south of France.

Perfect week in Cannes!

Everything about our experience with this property and team was outstanding. Isabelle our host was very responsive and helpful with coordination and recommendations. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived. Jerome the property manager gave us a brief orientation on the villa and how to work everything from the gates/security to the pool and landscaping lighting. He was available by text if we needed anything during week. Anais was the housekeeper who cleaned 2x during the week which was a very nice service to have. The villa is bright, clean and fully updated with beautiful finishes. The kitchen is well-stocked. The villa is in a great location and it was an easy 10 minute walk down the hill to the Le Suquet area of Cannes, then downtown Cannes and beaches were just another 5-10 minutes walk. There were markets, gas and other shops within a few minutes walk. The view from the villa was spectacular and it was private and quiet. The air conditioning was great and each room had black out shades for great sleeping. 3 bedrooms on the main floor each with bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on the lower level, each with bathrooms. We also had access to laundry equipment which was helpful. Thank you Isabelle, Anais and Jerome for a perfect week!

Remarkable property in the perfect location

This is a truly remarkable property located less than a 20 minute walk to the Marche Forville in the centre of Cannes. We ended up walking to the market each morning to pick up fresh fruit (the figs! oh my), bread, charcuterie as well as prepared food like the quiche and paella. We would often walk down again in the evening for dinner. The property itself is immaculate and is very thoughtfully appointed. We were a group of 9 adults and used 5 of the 6 bedrooms. There are three bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. We loved the fact that everyone had their own bathroom and shower. We also loved that we all could control the temperature in our rooms. The owners have truly thought of everything including envelopes, paper for the wireless printer, bandaids. Although we didn't have any children in our group, there was a playpen onsite as well as a retractable gate on the stairs. The house was fully stocked with hand soap, paper towel, toilet paper and all the essentials. We were greeted with two bottles of champagne! The pool maintenance person, Jerome, was onsite to meet us on Saturday and returned on Monday to clean the pool. The cleaner, Anais, came on Tuesday and Friday. Isabelle was more than accommodating and arranged to stock the fridge and pantry for our arrival and recommended a chef to come to the villa to cook dinner for us. She was always available and responded quickly to any text. The villa felt like it had been recently renovated and was sparkling clean. It actually felt more spacious in person than the photos show. The views and sunsets are spectacular. It was the perfect size for our group. I can't say enough nice things about this property. We will definitely return.

Magnifiques espaces et trĂšs belle vue mer

Avec nos amis nous avons passé de merveilleux moments dans cette villa. Exceptionnelle vue mer des ßles au Cap Esterel en passant par le Suquet. On est à la fois au calme et tout prÚs du centre ville, ce qui est rare. La maison est facile à vivre, les espaces de vie sont généreux, biens conçus et elle est trÚs bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup joué au billard. La vue de nuit est féérique.

Magnifique vue et séjour au top !

Cette villa est juste sublime. Elle est soignĂ©e, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, on ne manque de rien ! De jour comme de nuit la vue mer est fantastique. Bien et au calme dans la villa, au bord de la piscine ou dans le jardin, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© de pouvoir ĂȘtre sur la Croisette en 5 minutes seulement. À bientĂŽt !!

Excellent séjour, vue superbe, excellent confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa contemporaine avec vue sur l'Estérel et la mer. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques depuis la terrasse. La maison offre 6 chambres trÚs confortables, un salon magnifique et qui nous a servi comme piÚce principale grùce au billard. Nous reviendrons.

Exactly as described fabulous views and great terrace.

Very quiet location with superb terrace and pool. Cannes is close by if you wish to indulge yourself and the Forville market can cater for all your fresh produce dreams. On arrival we were disappointed with the amount of refrigerator space , twenty four hours later two drinks chillers arrived so the response to any issues could not be better. Gerome the manager is always on hand if you need anything All in all an excellent place to stay.

La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Tout est prĂ©vu pour passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Les enfants ont adorĂ© la piscine chauffĂ©e, le billard, le ping pong, le jardin. La Croisette est Ă  5 mn pour le shopping et les sorties. Un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve en famille

What a nice stay in this villa! We had a great time in Cannes. This villa is very comfortable, well furnished and very pleasant to stay in. It's well located - very close to the centre of Cannes. We will come back.
