Really comfortable beds. Living area furniture in need of replacement and walls and decor ready for refresh. Kitchen had no microwave worthy pieces for preparation and no liquid measuring cups and incomplete dry measuring sets.

Local get away!

Great views! Great kitchen. Sun zero refrigerator was annoyingly difficult to open as suction was too strong. Kitchen also needs a deep clean. Very spacious . Beautiful condo and complex!!

Had a great time

Beautiful property. Prickett Properties were perfect, responsive, and reliable. Spectrum on the other hand (company in charge of cleaning the hot tubs), not so much. The hot tub was pretty nasty and Spectrum kept telling us that they were going to thoroughly clean it, but never actually did. Though overall, a very nice place to spend a vacation. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay

Had a fantastic time staying here. The condo was spacious and beautiful. The only issue we had was the hottub didnt work the entire stay. They were obviously having issues with the hottubs at Tourquoise place. We had a total of 9 different people come in and check on the chemicals over our 5night stay. Which was definitely irritating. Also the front toilet was leaking. Had to have a plumber come and swap out a broken tank. Just not the kind of problems you want to deal with while on vacation. That being said, the resort and amenities where fantastic. We will definitely be back.

No indoor or outdoor pools or hot tubs available and constant maintenance intrusions for what appeared to be routine or perhaps catch up for being delayed. 2-3 day checks of hot tub on hold by health department, dryer vent cleaning, ice machine issues, monitoring of access vents and breaker panel.

Relaxing Vacation, busy location, limited restaurants

Prickett Properties was a great company to work with I would definitely use them again. I will say Orange beach is beautiful similar to Pensacola. The resort all in all is great for kids with a lot of amenities but the lack of elevators for the amount of people was disappointing. While beach resorts often have sand this one had tons and under the couches were clearly not cleaned for a while and there was a lot of dust. The condo was great but there's some broken items but it's just decorative items for the most part. The biggest issue we had was the lack of restaurants and walking available. There are no sidewalks in the area so you can't just walk to a restaurant or shopping and the restaurants in the area are not good with limited food options.

We were grateful to be able to stay in a place like this. However, spending so much money we definitely expected things to be cleaner than they were. The management company was apologetic and sent someone out to clean again but the pictures of the things I sent that needed to be cleaned ( chips on the floor in rooms, long black hair on the wall in the shower, filthy washer/dryer) was not cleaned, even after they came to clean again, I did it myself. There were roaches on the balcony. We had to call maintenance to fix the jacuzzi tub in master which took 2 days because they had to remove the tile to fix it. The tv did not work in that bathroom. There was NOT an extra sofa bed in the room with the two full size beds as pictured in the listing. It is a chair someone can sit in. Super disappointed after what we paid for the week.

Great property at a great price

This is our 3rd staybat turquoise place and first with prickett. The property was less expensive then our previous stays but i fully believe that os because of some of the small issues. The master jacuzzi did not operate, there was a huge crack in the kitchen granite, and the condo was a little dirty upon arrival (we asked and were granted early check in so that is likely our fault) All in all the condo is a great deal at the price as long as you aren't a snob. We will likely book again.

Human feces found in indoor pool two days in a row. More amenities were closed than what was communicated by Pricket Properties through email. Should have received a phone call Always dodging maintenance and yellow caution tape the entire stay. No help getting luggage to room. Logistically not efficient. Prickett Property management wasn’t very nice when I called to inform them of this information. Lights did not work in unit. Light bulb was left laying in the hallway when we checked in. Main hallway light continuously flickered. Wristband keys took five to ten minutes to find sweet spot to enter unit. Finally got a key card on day 5 that worked very well.

Beautiful location and condo, some amenities unavailable

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views! Lots of room, huge kitchen and fully stocked with kitchen-ware. Beds were all great and roomy. Maintenance was very responsive and helpful. A few things based on what we paid we expected: Only half the grill is available for actual grilling and temperature guage didn't work. Lazy river and some pools were closed. Deck hot tub closed down while we were there, but got a discount for that!

We had an amazing time and the condo was perfect but we did have an issue with the front door lock when it stopped working due to a mechanical issue and the the hot tub wouldn’t heat and had to be reset. Otherwise it was just what we were looking for.

Great location and plenty of space. Resort amenities are top notch. We never did have luck getting the wristband keys to work. We struggled and struggled. Even with a new set from the front desk. There were some issues with cleanliness but over all it was ok.
