Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist Island Market, ein großartiger Laden, in dem Fleischspezialitäten sowie Bier, Eis, Milch und Eier verkauft werden. Stock und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen mit einem König im Master, einer Queen im 2. Schlafzimmer, 2 Einzelbetten im Etagenbett und einem Schlafsofa. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne und einer separaten Dusche ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Waschraum mit einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. The parking was so easy to navigate and the ladies on the second floor for parking passes were so very kind. It’s centrally located to everything fun to do in Gulf Shores. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We loved the location, pool area had a bunch of toys that everyone could use which was amazing! The mgmt property was very communicative throughout the stay. I did have a few things from the condo itself that was disappointing. The couches were horribly uncomfortable- pillows didn’t help, second bedroom closet was off the hinges, the patio door couldn’t latch so was unlocked whole stay, the dishwasher and washer makes very loud noises.

Just a few suggestions would be to remove the bed frame from spare bedroom, it’s too big for the room, remove door to bunk room or have it swing out or maybe a barn door. The main couch is due to be replaced, and the chairs in kitchen could use some pads on the legs so not so loud when moving them. None of these things ruined our trip by any means. Just some suggestions for the property manager. We would stay here again for sure!

With the minor Interruption of a cat 1 hurricane, it was a perfect location for our sisters getaway. The owners were just fantastic, kept in touch with us and even offered to put us up somewhere else during the hurricane. We felt very safe in this condo, big heavy hurricane doors, hardly heard the wind and rain. This condo has a perfect location, close enough to town but far enough away, and everyone staying there was very nice. We met a couple from Tennessee, had lots of laughs on the beach! Don't hesitate to rent this condo, you will be very happy here!

Cleanliness and broken items

Closet door in one bedroom was broken, smoke detector wires were hanging out of ceiling in both bedrooms. Underneath furniture was very dirty and the shower door in master bedroom had so much mildew at the bottom of the door. Very disgusting.

I am so sorry that your experience was not up to par. We strive for the best with guest satisfaction. We are available 24/7 and contact each guest as they arrive to address any concerns they may have. Unfortunately, we never heard any complaints from you. We noticed the smoke detectors and repaired them before your arrival, we would have been happy to address them further if we had known they had fallen. We also noticed that some of the caulk was wearing off of the master shower and we did re-caulk right before your arrival, if we would have known that it hadn't dried well enough during a quick turn around, we again, would have been happy to send someone out to address the issue further. We would have been happy to come out and cleaned again as well as repaired any item needing attention. Again, I am sorry for your negative experience and hope you will give us a second chance and PLEASE feel free to call us or any rental company at any time that you are not pleased so that we/they have the opportunity to address your concerns!

Great experience!

We’ve stayed several places in Gulf Shores but this was by far our favorite condo! It was spacious and the entire facility (including the condo itself) was very clean and well-cared for. We also really liked the security aspect, including codes for beach access/amenities and cameras present around the grounds. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. For such a big property, there were still plenty of covered parking spots, elevators, and luggage carts to use. Our 4-year-old loved the zero-entry pool and it was also nice that there was an indoor pool available to use during the rainy day we had too. The beach attendant who set up our chairs each day was very helpful and friendly! We only had one issue during our stay, which involved the dryer, but it only took a quick call and the management company had the dryer replaced by the next day! They were very available and responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely be booking this condo again for our trip next year! This condo is perfect for those with kids or even those enjoying an adults-only trip.

The following are items they don't meet the standard for a brace front condo. 1 . Wasn't as clean as it should , toilet un cleaned . Jacuzzi tub had brown stuff coming put when tub ran . 2. The fridge leaked water down in the fridge part from the freezer area into the fridge part , then onto the floor .

Beautiful view but I would not rent this unit again

Reviewer Comments: The Lighthouse Property was well maintained and clean for an older Property. The outside was very clean , elevators clean and fast, checking in was easy. I needed to replace my arm bracelet and the staff was very accommodating. Liked how easy it was to drive in and out of. When we got to our unit , we couldn’t get the door unlocked. The code wouldn’t work and we tried several times and contacted management and eventually they forced it open for us, however not until our last full day did we know the door never locked. Our Grandson told us , hey did you know I didn’t need the code your door is always open 🤦‍♀️Now here’s the problem with the unit itselfBlack mold all over the master shower Bathtub faucet leaked whenever we used the shower , I had put our extra toilet paper in the tub since we would never use the tub and $10 worth of paper destroyed. Thanks for your feedback. Your door code did not work when you arrived because it was before the 4pm check in. We did remotely unlock it for you so that you could enter early. You did let us know that your code worked after the 4pm check in time. In all of our correspondence, we note that you do have to lock the door when you leave as it does not automatically lock. We contacted you multiple times during your stay and your response was always that everything was great. Had we been informed that there were issues, we would have been happy to address them. We will make sure to check on the dishwasher and the master tub as we have not had any complaints of either leaking. We will also check on the blinds and the patio furniture. In the future, no matter where you stay, Please let your hosts know if you are not happy or are having any issues so that they have a chance to remedy for a better stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and comfortable and it was in a great location with the balcony facing the beach and beach access from the pool area. There were plenty of resturants and shops in walking distance. A couple of the baseboards behind furniture could've used a wipe down but the place also smelled like cleaning supplies when we walked in so I was satisfied with the cleanliness and I'm kind of a germaphobe. I've stayed places that I was scared to walk around barefoot, but the floors were nice and clean and the rest of the place was impeccable, which is a feat with everybody tracking in sand. My bathroom and shower was nice and clean. The kitchen was spotless. It was a little confusing finding where to check in since only the central elevators go to the office but the staff was helpful, I just wish there was some more signage. It had all the amenities with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, kitchen supplies, tv, even a laundry hamper. There was even a little basket of books and extra blankets in the closet. Cute decorations too. The remotes to the ceiling fans didn't work but that was pretty minor, I didn't bother asking for more batteries since it wasn't super hot and we could adjust the thermostat.
